First time coming here to mail out a package, actually never knew this location existed. Upon arrival, there was no line whatsoever and was immediately helped. The location seemed neat, clean, and friendly staff. Ill definitely look at coming here more often when needing to send packages out. I absolutely dread going to USPS due to the long lines and atmosphere.

Needed to get a marriage application notarized, waited outside for 40 minutes and no one showed up. Store is supposed to open at 8AM, I even confirmed with an employee over the phone last night that they open at 8AM and was closed so I eventually left.

Mr. Sharma,Ive been going to UPS for upwards of 10 years to get books bound and ship various items. This has been my best experience. I watched one of your employees, Tina, manage the store and take care of customers by herself this morning. Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered my product online last Friday and came in today (Monday) to pick it up. Only one person working at the time. I gave the associate my order number and she didn’t even bother to look at it. She said our store doesn’t have an order number. She all very frustrated looking through my order online. She asked if it was for this location. I showed her my order and ensure her it was this location. She kept mumbling about how stupid it was about my order and called the franchise owner. They told me to come back at 4pm and I needed my order right then. Didn’t offer me any resolutions I suggested if I can print the documents on the computer. The owner did that’s an option. The associate was very rude the whole time to me and said she can’t deal with me right now and all I wanted was my documents. After she talked to her owner and finally try to be somewhat helpful. Never in my 37 years I have experienced with this horrible customer service. Franchise owner myself will suggest the owner hires someone helpful and friendly. Will never do business here again.

UPS drivers are not following “front door” deliver instructions per customer request all the time.After I made complain thru customers service about my recent delivered package in mailroom, the driver called me back and LIED in my face said that my apartment property require them send it in the mailroom and they could not against my property wishes, which I confirmed with my property that they NEVER requested anything like that. Instead, my property would like them to deliver in the front door SPECIALLY in the situation so that all of us could decrease face to face contact to protect ourselves.This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

My friends from Chicago were super impressed that I could email a document to Nate with a note saying wed pick it up later -- and it was ready just as requested. They thought it was neat that I knew both Nate and his mother, Marge! And that my friend used to babysit Nate! Gotta love small town connections!

Huge help as a DM to loves getting into all sorts of non-DnD styles games, their low prices on printing really help on getting reference materials for my players to make the introductions to games a lot easier.

Using the notary service for two signatures. First signature was at 3:45pm and Was tOld by the notary he would be servicing till COB 6:00pm but showed up at 4:05pm for the second signature and he was nowhere to be found.

These guys are the best! helped my 94 year old mom send out a package to her great grandson for his birthday! helped with packing, etc; no extra charge for her.

Very convenient store for Amazon returns and great for getting copies...they also have a nice office supply area with paper cutter and layout table right beside the many different types of high-quality printers

The staff are always helpful with my packaging problems and have even given tips on how to get the most of my hard earned dollars. There is no need to go chasing around, standing in long lines, or dealing with less than friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need to send packages or getting packaging material is right here. Highly recommended.

Had a quote over the phone. Shipping was 4x as much as printing off my computer. Packing was agreed upon the price of $28. I lug 70lbs up, unload to be told packing was $80+Went to Uhaul and got a box, packed and shipped myself for mess than 65.No, I will not pay 200. For marked up boxes and shipping, NO.

Never really had any bad experiences with this place. Staff is friendly. I tried to ship a computer case (completely empty) and the cost ended up being a little over $200. No way I could afford that! I suppose thats just the struggle of shipping anything related to tech. I would recommend this place to others for simple shipping needs. For something heavy like my computer case? No, look locally.

The Indian guy working there is totally clueless and couldnt look up a tracking number for one package, and an already prepaid code in their system for a package I was mailing back. I had to explain to him what a prepaid code by the manufacturer was. The package is still sitting in my trunk, I need to make it out to another location where people have a clue. I will not ship here.

Staff are helpful and efficient. They give my elderly mother a spot to sit down, and have packed large quantities of antique glassware with amazing care. We are always completely confident our items will arrive safely.

I went to a few different shipping stores and the staff at this location led by Pravin was by the far the best I have ever dealt with. I had issues shipping car parts with other locations and no one could help me. When I brought it to Pravin he took care of everything and made it the easiest experience one could have. I would highly recommend this location. Pravin needs a raise!!

I love the people who work at our UPS store. They are so helpful, know their jobs and services offered and do it all with a smile. I highly recommend them. The fact they are open on Sunday is helpful.

I went in for a simple lamination of a certification card I have to carry for work and wanted to make it water resistant. They were very friendly and chatted about my job as we waited for the machine to heat up and process the card. Ive always had fast,professional help at the store as well as friendly staff and a clean facility.

Terrible experience. I needed a package to arrive on a specific day and thought I had sorted it out only to leave the store and realize the manager had sent the package to arrive a day early. Had to spend the next afternoon on the phone trying to sort it out and he refused to apologize and refund me the difference in shipping price due to his mistake. Not trustworthy!

I had to get a form notarized quickly. Their notary interrupted her lunch break to help me Great group of people very polite and helpful!

I would recommend avoiding this UPS store at all costs. The employees are very rude and condescending. UPS caused a tremendous amount of damage to a computer part we were sending for warranty replacement. This store failed to notify us on multiple occasions they had received our merchandise back. They also refused to file a dispute for us when they wouldnt reimburse us for the damage to our package. It took over a month of fighting them, and myself having to call corporate over a dozen times before a resolution was reached. They were very disrespectful everytime I had to deal with the store, and constantly changed what the policies were. I will never use UPS again thanks to this store and the way the treat their customers.

Took 20 min to send a letter via certified mail. The guy helping me was on the phone with capitol one. The other guy stepped in to help me, and then kept helping people behind me if the origional guy walked back over.. Not usually so disorganized here.

Dmitri, who owned this store, refused to ship some Trijicon sights back to the manufacturer to get them refurbished. These sights were not on a firearm but because he asked what I was shipping I told him gun sights. He did this for totally political reasons. I ship quite a bit of stuff but not from there anymore.

Scheduled an appointment for a notary since its advertised at the very top of their website. Checked to ensure there werent specific hours or anything. Take off from work early and arrive to find there is no notary. Told to go to the Dodge location, 20 minutes away - whats the point of scheduling if youre just going to waste my time? Falsely advertised, inefficient for those with a busy schedule.

I had to come into the Bellevue UPS store today to get an email that was sent to me printed off, we have just lost out home (complete loss) due to the flooding.. I really needed to get some paperwork printed off so I can send it into FEMA..and everyone there was willing to help me out with getting everything I needed done... Pravin- he is the Manager- he is really great, he will always help with anything I need help with past present and Im sure hes willing to help me in the future no matter what, craziness I might come in with...lol....CJ- today CJ help me out with everything from getting the things I needed printed off that were sent to me in an email, but he knew I absolutely needed them to meet with my FEMA lady tonight. Last but not least Tina- she was very caring and interested in what was going on in my situation with the lost of our home, a very kind hearted person..so I would really just like people to know that even when your down and out there are still people out here that will do there best to help you with what they can!! So thanks to yall at the BELLEVUE UPS STORE for all your help...and just know I most likely will be back tomorrow need yall to fax some stuff for me!! I had a package shipped to the store by mistake. It was delivered there because that was the information the sender had because thats where I sent it from. The sender said I could pick it up and the store would try to waive a $5 receiving fee. Or I could just say return to sender. The store manager was asked by another worker about the fee. It was not waived. I was about to pay the fee then decided I didnt want to. I have been patronizing that UPS store long before they moved to the current location. For my shipping needs in the future, itll be tough going back to this store. That wasnt taking care of a long time customer. That $5 was a nuisance fee.

These guys (and gals) go out of their way to assist in any way possible.Love their service!

I shipped a pair of shoes to California, 11 dollars. Few weeks later I shipped an item less than 10oz in an envelope to GA ground at the cost of 18 dollars. Never using this store or the ups again, neither will my business and this location has been my primary shipping spot.

Someone at ups decided that 801 w 29th Ave bellevue ne 68005 is somehow not an address. Rather than contact me to try to fix the issue, someone apparently decided that they should just send my package to a previous address. So over $1000 in wedding presents end up at a house I havent lived at in over 9 months. Now some random stranger has my packages and I dont know if Ill be able to get then back. Ive been on hold three times, cant reach a supervisor and everyone I talk to at ups seems to see nothing wrong with the way this was handled and has been utterly useless. My weekend is ruined and Im stressed out to the point of tears. I will never use ups for any of my shipping in the future. A truly horrible experience.

We needed a notary, so I looked this up online, scheduled an appointment, drove 20 minutes to get here, unloaded my husband who is in a wheel chair, only to find out, sorry. We dont have a notary. I dont know why the website said we did and confirmed your appointment. False advertising. Very frustrating.

When the post office lines were terrible, I was able to walk right in with my packages and had service within 2 minutes.

I would leave 0 starts if possible. NO COMMUNICATION on how long the job would take, was left to wait, wonder, and I finally had to ask. Then the two workers still didnt communicate with each other, just kept passing me back and forth between the two. Called and was lied to about the managers name.

Sign on the door says they open at 9am on Saturday yet it is now 9:23am and they still arent open.

Fast and in great shape when delivered.
