I have lived here for over 20 years. Sometimes you have difficulties with neighbors like any neighborhood. The best part of living here is the current manager Perla! She is very caring and does her job extremely well!!! Very friendly and the best manager I have had in this neighborhood. She addresses concerns timely and if she doesnt have an answer she finds one for you! Excellent manager!

Pretty calm area. The only thing you have to worry is about the little children that are out on their own in the middle of the streets. Most of the times you have to wait for them to move because they usually wont. But other than that, its a pretty safe place and no one really bothers you.

I live here & love it! It’s family oriented & clean. The new owners are getting rid of all the old dilapidated trailers & putting brand new beautiful ones in. Space rent is very reasonable & I love the office manager! She’s Sooo much better than the last manager, cuz she actually knows what she’s doing.

Old but quiet park.

What can I say its a trailer park. They do have a very interesting trailer its a camper that someone has put additions on! If youre in the area I recommend you swoop through and check it out it truly is a sight to behold!

Not a bad little trailer park community located in a nice area in Bellevue. A little cramped and no handicap accessibility

Not real helpful when something breaks down. Rent is high on most units. AC broke down last May still hasnt been replaced (10 mths later)Was told at time reported -2 weeks! Longest 2 weeks ever!

The kids in the park run and play outside. Its nice to see that.

I live here the management is terrible . They never answer the phone or call back when you leave messages. They also lie and say i never got a message from you.

Seems the place is overrun with roaches and the management doesnt like taking care of problems.

Does this trailer park believe in street lights in the area???..Awful Dark there..Very cringy..🙄

This is what you call a trailer park not mobile home community. Vehicles on blocks, unkept yards, if you have the misfortune of driving through, LOCK YOUR DOORS!!

Management is very rude isn’t willing to come in on the weekends or have maintenance help on a Saturday even tho they only do emergency...there attorney is not very good as far as getting back to you you can’t get a hold of the actual owner of the park you have to go through the office manager..I’ve seen multiple drug dealers in that area..it’s very run down very nasty especially that office manager she’s rude
