After getting some very poor service at another lighting store, I came to here and was pleasantly surprised by all the beautiful lightings displays and the great customer service. Marci helped me with a lighting plan, and Denise helped with my lighting selections and all my orders. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful, too.

Nice store, great showroom service, however buyer beware, the after sales support is truly a disgrace.We purchased a product from North Coast Lighting which after delivery we realized was defective. NCL refused to accept a return on this clearly faulty product, they did not return most of our phone calls, and to add to the insult they made a shockingly low offer that must be way less than their markup - unbelievable !

After being to A LOT of lighting stores. This store is by far the best! The greeting when we walked in was wonderful! Very warm and inviting! There is coffee and tea for your enjoyment! Tables, lamps, mirrors, chairs and more! The best store! I will be back in!!

Chris Austin- I spoke to him about a few lights he promised to research them, never got back to me. Two separate emails and he never got back to me. Followed by two calls where he never got back to me. And i am a returning customer who has spent a few K with them. Disappointing!
