Ceasar and staff at Omega were very professional yet patient. I came in and got a his and hers watches from Omega and we love our outcome. I definitely recommend anyone looking to break into the Omega family to consider working with the staff over there ASAP. Well be back 4 more and stay blessed :)!

I had a sublime purchasing experience of a new Speedmaster. The assistant managers personal service was impeccable, I had to have 3 adjustments done for a perfect fit, but he was always available and such a pleasure to work with. Will surely come back.

Ive been buying pieces and accessories from this Omega Boutique since early 2017 & purchased about half a dozen pieces. Colton and Cesar are my go to people whenever I stop by. They’re very knowledgeable about their products and great to bounce ideas off of for current releases or potential future acquisitions. Know when you walk in there that youre going to be taken care of and treated with the utmost respect regardless if this is your first purchase or tenth, you cant go wrong with purchasing an Omega from this location!

Easy (and fun) shopping experience!I was sad to see Seattle’s boutique go, as I live in Seattle, but Bellevue’s boutique is fun, with a with a world-class staff. Highly-recommended. Horologist Heaven.

My boyfriend picked up two ladies Omega watches for me. One for my birthday and one just because he wanted to surprise me. We worked with Colton at first and finally Cesar to complete both purchases over time and I cannot say enough on how helpful and patient they both were with our many questions and discussions on which model would work best. These gentlemen are great to talk with about watches and are very knowledgeable with the products they carry, without all the pushy feelings you get from other jewelers here in the PNW. I look forward to other purchases from this location.

I’ve been to several of the Omega boutiques in the US and overseas and as wonderful as everyone always is, the staff at the Bravern is still my favorite. I have worked with both Cesar and Colton to purchase watches, have them serviced, and buy accessories on several occasions. They are both incredibly helpful, accommodating, and honestly just really fun to chat with. Omega is known to take are of their customers, but it’s the personal touch from the staff at the Bravern that I truly appreciate and that keeps me coming back. They are not just looking to make a sale, they want to make sure that you love the watch you buy. Both times I went in thinking I wanted one watch, and then after talking to Cesar, seeing the watch on me, and then trying on his recommendation, I went with the watch he recommended. Neither were more expensive then the watch I originally wanted. When I’m ready for my next watch purchase, I know I’ll be back at the Bravern Omega Boutique.

Great selection of Omega watches and nice staff. Fortunate to have this here. I visited yesterday, didn’t buy yet but thinking about a constellation or aqua terra. Love this store.

I have not had good experience at this boutique, particularly with Ms. Marina on two occasions. On my last visit, I walked in with a mindset to make a purchase but during all of the time I was there, it felt like I was inconveniencing Marina by asking to try on the Speedmaster or trying to explore the timepieces. Its hard to describe in words, but its that feeling when someone wants you to go away. It was just off-putting to the point that I ended up making my purchase on omegawatches.com. Will avoid going here. The experience here was opposite to what I enjoy at local someone like Alvin (Rolex, Brietling etc. AD).

Over the last year and some, Ive been in to the Omega Boutique several times to window shop and make purchases. The entire staff is always very friendly and professional, from the gentleman at the door to Marina, Colton and Sarah. They support each other and do a great job at making the experience fun, before and after the purchase. One of my favorite places to shop!8/13/21 - New purchase, new review - same great service & experience. When I was finally ready to make my next watch purchase, I called the store for an appointment. What I wanted was in stock! Hooray! Colton and Ceaser were excellent to work with - Colton was even willing to alter his schedule for me, so I could pick it up that day. The entire staff was positive and supportive. There are other watch brands I am interested in, however my experience with the Omega brand along with the treatment I receive by the staff at the Omega boutique keeps me coming back.

I had a great experience. Marina was working with me and showing me what I wanted to see. They were extremely helpful. And no one was pushing me to buy a watch (I had come in just to try some on to see if the size of a particular watch was right for me). They even gave me 2 free complementary magazines about the Seamaster and Speedmastet watches! I didnt expect that, given I am a younger man who doesnt exude an aura of wealth. I will definitely be going there again.

Jake is one of the best salesperson, he keeps clients informed and is very professional, he is professional in person, on the email and on the phone. He answers questions promptly. I have purchased many Omega, online or boutiques. I have the say all of the Omega boutique stores are all great, I especially like the staff in Bellevue. Keep up the good works, I will be back for more purchases.

Amazing store. The manager Colton, and his associates go out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I have purchased several items from the store, watch, bracelets, rings, and sunglasses. There are so many things available, and if there is something not available, they make sure that it’s available next visit. I have recommended this boutique to many friends, and enjoy getting together, for group shopping.I see 3 negative reviews that seem to show up at or around the same time ( sort date order ) and suspect that it’s the same person or family members just trying to trash the store. So sad that neer-do-well people have nothing better to do. I have been shopping this store, as well as many other folks I know for over 3 years and the same level of professionalism, exist each time. My birthadayis coming up, and I have plans for my 3rd Omega watch, and accessories. Keep up the high standards.

These people ripped me off. Very disappointed in their service! Would never recommend going here and buying a watch. The service here was absolutely horrid. They have no return policy, and their exchange policy is a hoax. Caesar was nothing but rude to me and I don’t deserve this if I’m buying such an expensive watch from there! If you are looking to be treated with respect this is definitely not the location! Please very careful from them so I just see some one post review that all fake by there store guy or some tendon who don’t know nothing please don’t by anything fro omega boutique Bellevue they are bad peoples

Caesar has by far the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He was tremendously insulting. As a paying customer of Omega I do not deserve to be treated this way. If you value good customer service do not go to the Bellevue location.

While the man helping me seemed to be knowledgeable enough, he was highly insulting. While looking at a watch and asking about a similar one that wasnt currently in stock, he saw the need to request the watch back from me so that he could lock it away in his drawer while he briefly walked away to retrieve his tablet. I assume he thought I would otherwise try to steal it. Never has this happened to me in any other jeweler or watch boutique. I will sooner purchase a watch online than give this location my business.

Cesar was very helpful and gave good advice in selecting an appropriate Omega time piece. Great selection on premises too.

The assistant manager Caesar is very ill-mannered and disrespectful. For one, they have no return policy. Secondly, their exchange policy is an absolute fluke!! Would not recommend this location. Absolutely appalling.

I recently came into the Omega Boutique at The Bravern and was greeted by Colton (found out he was the manager) and have been working with Cesar. Everyone there seems so very professional, well dressed and great manners. I have read some of the other reviews and just astounded. First of all, I have been in many boutiques, and its is common practice, and probably a company policy that when you leave the customer, you dont leave the watch in front of them. Obviously these folks are not used to high end products.They asked alot of specific questions, and showed me many variations of watches that I was interested in. Omega must have 12000 combinations of watches. Right now I have 2 or 3 that I am thinking of, choices. They are NOT pushy, or rude, and even though I didnt buy anything, treated me as if I purchased a solid gold Seamaster.I found out that they have many accessories, and will be bringing in my fiance to have her look at rings.

Ive owned several Omega time pieces over the years. I recently came into the boutique I met with Alex. I dont think I have ever met someone in person who knows horology than he does. He is a master of his craft, knowledgeable and kind.
