Do yourself a favor and get your Ice Cream here when you’re in downtown Bellevue!Compared to other shops in the area, Fog Rose is a step up in every dimension. Flavors are more unique and better tasting. Texture is way ahead of competition. The setting is also much quieter (and with places to sit).

The best. My husband and I are so in love with this place. The ice cream and even the cake is so good. Nothing else compares to this place.

Adorable little spot for ice cream. I had the cookies n cream in a waffle cone and wished I could eat more than my stomach would allow. The flavor was fantastic - just incredibly rich. Worth the visit!

Ive cream flavors were limited and meh. Ice cream texture was nice but the waffle cone tasted stale. Biggest problem was their cake frosting...why was it so solid and flavorless? The frosting texture was the same even left in room temp an hr later. It was so unpalatable that I just dug out the cake part to eat, which was also quite flavorless, and only because I didnt want to dump an expensive cake.

We asked FogRose to serve ice cream for our wedding and they said yes. Quyen helped us customize our menu and one of her staff even performed a demonstration for one of our photos. The ice cream station was one of the most popular parts of our wedding. I think we nearly sold out! Were very happy we went with FogRose.

Representation of food is so cool.. I just loved it when I saw it.. they have taken care in amid pandemic for every thing.. place is neat and clean.. service was good.. the lady who served us icecream was warm and welcoming. It’s just they have very limited options for ice-cream flavor specially for those who are ice-cream lovers..

Very posh, perfectly curated ice cream in great flavors. Very creamy, the toppings are great and equally as posh. Avocado toast ice cream is legit! Add some premium chocolate bark or cotton candy, and you are set. Just opened after remodel, looks great! Pleasant staff, very helpful, very nice dessert stop in downtown Bellevue.

Had a sweet tooth and this place looked bomb. It was fun watching them make the ice cream too. They have a moderate menu with vegan options. They also ask if you have an allergies. The portions are huge and some of the ice-creams they add a live flower. My fiancée was super impressed with the banana cream. I enjoyed my cookies and cream. Definitely recommend. Staff is very friendly.

Wow this ice cream is amazing!!! Its made in liquid nitrogen and it makes it so creamy and yummy. I had vanilla bean and it tasted so fresh tasting. The party recommends blueberry lavender and other off beat flavors. To make my vanilla bean unique, I added meringue cookies on top. So good!

A cute ice cream place with interesting flavors and toppings!I am waiting for the Atelier to open as it looks a lot more exciting! Its part of a food court of sorts so the seating area is common. Not a big deal but just something I didnt know of.Also, the first place that I have ever seen which had olive oil ice cream! Not a bad flavor actually! Do try it once!

I had heard really great things about this place and was very excited to try it out. Admittedly though it left much to be desired. Sure, the ice cream looked pretty. But their website online doesnt have a menu that I could find anywhere easily. And the information that Facebook provided was incredibly out of date. The flavors listed and five types of ice cream to choose from were certainly not the case when we got there. I wound up getting plain vanilla with honeycomb and edible flowers. Their plain vanilla was nothing to write home about and I definitely have tasted better store bought brand vanillas. I may try it again in the future, but it definitely did not live up to the hype that other people procured for it.

The servings are huge! They put fresh flowers on their creations as an add on. When we went the petals were not up to standard though when we said we didn’t mind they were willing to provide it as a “no sale”/free addition. It comes with a small cracker. I didn’t think the honeycomb add on was worth. The olive oil flavor is really unique and delicious.

FogRose is one of those hidden jewels that you sometimes find. The ice cream and pasatries are exceptional and well worth treating yourself to. They make the ice cream using a nitrogen process that makes it exceptionally creamy. After a couple of days in the freezer it starts turning ionto normal ice cream so you have a good excuse for finishing it as soon as posssible. My one criticism is they love exotic flavors and the basics (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) are not always available. The pastry is beautifully presented and, as in Europe or Japan, the pastry is not too sweet so the natural flavors come through. During the pandemic you have to pre-order and pick up during limited hours. Check their web site for details.

The ice cream tasted and looked great, but I am not sure if it was worth the price. It also took a while for the ice cream to be ready.

Review №26

The ice cream is okay but not worth the wait or price. $12.50 for ice cream (after modest options and a standard tip). Also, took 25 minutes for the order to complete for two people. The presentation is pretty good but the substance doesnt justify the price or the experience. Theres much more impressive ice cream in the Greater Seattle Area (Full Tilt, Mollys, Salt & Straw). If youre seeking a Destination Icecream spot, go elsewhere. If youre stuck in Bellevue, this place is okay but you might as well go to a near by restaurant and order a proper desert.

I love ice cream a lot! But I wanted to try a new place other than the popular creameries like Molly Moons (still a fave though!) and came upon this little place in downtown :) My friend and I got 4 scoops to share $2.50 each:Mango Cream- by far our favorite! It was so creamy and tasted like real mangoes. No artificial flavoring. Its not overly sweet but has that nice mango taste to it. We even agreed that it was better than the Hagen Daaz Mango ice cream and that is pretty good too.Blueberry Lavender- I personally liked this one. Blueberry flavor was there for sure with a hint of lavender. I did feel like it lacked a bit on the lavender flavor but only because Ive had Molly Moons lavender ice cream and that is strong. Overall, I still really liked this flavor for its blueberry taste.Caramel Popcorn- we were both really surprised to find popcorn chunks in it and we loved it! This flavor did get a little too sweet towards to end. Its quite caramel heavy with a bit of salt. Honestly it did taste like popcorn though.Lemon Poppy Vegan- this one was interesting for me. I liked it but also at the same time it reminded me of soap. I like lemons and glad we got this one to add a refreshing balance to the other sweet flavors that we got. Because its vegan it wasnt as creamy as the others but also didnt really feel like a sorbet? Poppy has a pretty distinct taste so I was surprised that they were able to extract that flavor and incorporate it into the ice cream! Anyways, I kinda used those one as a cleanse palette because its light and lemony!Overall, its an awesome ice cream boutique! Very high quality and generous portions imo. Comparable to some of the more well known ice cream places. I loved the decor too so check it out if youre wanting to try a new ice cream place!

Delicious ice-cream. Set your standards higher and experience this boutique. We went in just as they were closing so limited flavors, but the olive oil ice-cream was ridiculously smooth and delish. Also tried the caramel popcorn and lavender Earl Grey. It is worth the price, if you are looking for cheap chain-type ice cream parlors where the product tastes like artificial flavoring then go to your usual spot or eat from a half-gallon out of your freezer. If you think you deserve better and are willing to pay an extra couple of dollars then by all means indulge yourself in Fog Rose. The young man closing up was friendly and accommodating considering we showed up 5mins before closing time. Cant wait to try the other flavors and the new Atelier soon.

This review is for the downstairs food court kiosk, not the main boutique restaurant.Ice cream sold at the kiosk is pre-made, not fresh out of liquid nitrogen mixers. Chocolate and other tastes I had were not as super creamy and flavorful as other liquid nitro ice creams Ive had. Given its out of the way location, did not seem worth $4 small single scoop plus $1 topping, esp. for paper cup takeaway vs. boutique lounge/cafe experience.

It is just ok. Texture is excellent but flavor is lacking. The whole concept behind the nitro is that is supposed to really make the flavors come alive and pop and here it falls flat. I have been other places where nitro ice cream flavors are so multidimensional. Disappointed especially given the cost for just ok.

I really wanted to take my son to a nitro ice cream experience and sub zero was out of the way so we tried this place. The prices were much too high for what we got. $20 for 2 single scoops of ice cream (plus the mandatory tip)?? They say there are so many flavors to choose from then hand us a menu that genuinely had 3 or 4 options. I paid extra to get strawberry topping on my coconut ice cream and got a single strawberry sliced and standing on top. My son didnt order extra strawberries and got a ton of them with his order. His serving size was also much much larger than mine. Seeing the other reviews and pics of serving sizes I think I got jipped. The ice cream itself wasnt bad but not something Id make a special trip for. Our wait was extra long because on their first attempt at making ours they over froze the base and it seized up on them and they had to start over. It also seemed like they were low on ingredients and the employees didnt really know what to do. Maybe they were training that day I dont know but I cant see us ever going back. On the plus side they were very friendly and polite.
