So I was going to try this little store, until I walked up and all the employees were maskless. Good luck with that business decision. Too bad the no one can be bothered to enforce the mask mandates. Enforcement is a joke, even in blue cities. Disgusting.

The selection of products here is almost overwhelming. Very high quality and great prices. The smoked fish is excellent. I only wish I lived closer!

I love this store. Im always able to get such a great selection of produce, including some more exotic fruits Im not able to find elsewhere.

Pretty good selection of European candy, beer, preserves, pastas and frozen pierogi. Some good meats too. I like that its not only Russian and Eastern European food but also a lot of other imports: Italian, German, Austrian, Czech, Turkish etc. Exceptional service too.

Very tidy and well stocked Russian deli and grocery store. Amazing selection of pickled,cured, smoked fishes and caviars. Excellent meat counter with huge selection of salamis. All manor of Russian cheeses and house made salads. The sandwiches are supposed to be fantastic but have not tried yet.

They sell fresh baked rye bread, and have a large selection of European/Russian foods, and the desserts are always so delicious, and never too sweet. The owners are the cutest couple, and theyre all very friendly and helpful. I wish their Bothell location was open more than 3 days/week, but its worth the drive to Bellevue when theyre not open.

Very nice people. But very tricky to deliver with the truck. Call ahead, you have to wait till evening so mostly everyone is gone.

I used to go there frequently, and I love the selection. But NOBODY in the store is wearing a mask (and it is December 2020). Seriously? During the pandemic? In a public place? I find it irresponsible. Will stop going there until I am vaccinated 🤷. I mean I like tasty food, but I like being alive more.

Update: the conditions in the store have significantly deteriorated in the last few months. While the offered products are still fine, the stores disregard to the current pandemic guidelines is appalling. None of the workers are wearing masks, there is no enforcement on the customers to wear them as well and Ive seen at least 4 people during my last visit either completely without masks or wearing them only over their mouths. The store also enforces no customer limit and social distancing and the store tends to be packed, especially on the weekends. Im really disappointed to be honest, since Im Polish and its an awful testimony to Eastern Europeans.

Great store for shopping for Russian and other regional food.

Went early in the morning to beat the Christmas rush and I go in to find that the 3 employees there are blatantly not wearing face coverings. They have a plastic shield at checkout but other than that it is business as usual for them. Cutting deli meats and serving ready to eat foods to customers without masks is not right. Will be avoiding this place until they change their policies but it is truly disrespectful how they are running their business during Covid.

Been there two times and noticed the owner and workers weren’t wearing masks or gloves. Pains me to give them just one star, but I want this virus gone, not my parents or compromised friends. If you’re endangering my loved ones it doesn’t matter what else you do.

Very rude costumer service. Yelled at a costumer and false blamed for taking pictures. Dont have a price on most of the products. Costumers dont know how much they will pay until they get to the checkout. The checkout has only a plastic cover and employees arent wearing masks nor gloves when giving food or talking to the costumer. Never going there again.

Too many new things to try, everything was labeled, and clean and organized. The owner was helpful with suggestions.

Store personnel and owner refuse to wear face masks as required by Washington State law.The male owner stated when I asked him why no masks for you and sales personnel behind the couner I have a medical condition which is a lie and the standard answer for people who belong to a certain political party.When I asked him after first stating that he is endangering the health of his customers if he was a Trump follower, his answer was Always.

This is a blessing if you are looking for German/ Russian (or Eastern European) food. They actually have real bread (German)!!! They have good quality products and quite a selection, although the shop is not spacious. Staff is very friendly and tries to help as much as possible when you have questions despite the language barrier. I understand that the products are imported, but they are more pricey than I would expect. However, I would still recommend this place. Overall satisfied.

The food isles are large enough to accommodate carts going in both directions. This store has most everything anyone needs a grocery store to have.

Disappointed so much.My dad just arrived home and telling me how rude the service is at Bellavue store International deli he also brought some sweet goodies and its made from cheap cream looks nice and tastes like glue.I used to go there until I found some other stores who produce a wonderful products and tasty baking goods.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would.... Horrible service I had today in this store... good selection in food but be aware that the gentleman which is cashier has very rude/arrogant attitude!!!!! On my questions about some products expirations dates he answered that I’ll have a very hard life asking too many questions.... It’s my right to ask these questions.... And I asked him if he is having a hard day - which he said that I can decide to buy it or not on my own risk.... I Felt like I’ve been in Soviet Union- such a jerk. If he is the owner he will loose his costumers, because I’ll prefer to go at the different store just because of his unacceptable costumer service.

They sold me salami that was beginning to spoil on the outside. Apparently they cut off the spoiled parts, and sold me the rest, sliced. With a smile and a happy holidays wishes. Too bad I discovered this only upon returning home. Good that I wanted to taste a slice and this product did not end up on our dinner table. This is outright disrespectful. Shame on you.

Its an ethnic grocery store that manages to cram a large variety of products from various Eastern European countries in a relatively small space. Friendly staff. Its my favorite in the greater Seattle area
