This was my first time using Walmart Neighborhood Market in Bellevues pick-up service, and I am extremely impressed! Robin courteously answered all my questions in detail, after my daughters confusion with the pick-up process, and parking instructions. Within a few minutes of arriving, the groceries were loaded, and she was on her way! I will most certainly use them again, and highly recommend their contactless pick-up service!

Do not use them. Waited a total of 3 hours in the parking lot for my order. Got home to find about half my order missing! 3 weeks later I am still waiting on a refund! Ive been using Safeway delivery ever since without issue.

I did curbside pickup from Walmart (neighborhood market on 99 in Lynnwood) for groceries 3 different times. 2 out of the 3 times, Walmart got my order wrong or they gave me food that was already going bad. They don’t seem to care if they’re giving customers bad food or not, must be above their pay grade to be considerate. I did curbside pickup with Safeway and I didn’t have this issue. From now on, I’ll just go into the store so I pick out what I want.

Finally we have a store such as this in Kirkland. Very happy of all of their items. Great customer service... reasonable prices, and very clean and organized store. Keep up the good work!

The delivery experience is terrible. I ordered a lasko cooling fan and it took a while week for them to deliver is after promising me that it would just take two days. Absolutely terrible.
