UPDATE: I got an update after I posted this review. Im not sure if its because of this review.I fitted a Bettinardi putter with the stock regular sized grip, on 9/28. After the fitting, I found on the Bettinardi website that they offer jumbo grip without additional cost. The fitter Christian Case didnt mention this option during the fitting. He only mentioned they could do the Super Stroke grip. So that night I emailed the Christian Case whether they could change the order to jumbo grip. No response. on 9/30 I called Club Champion (they always redirect to HQ although I called the store) and the Customer Service Specialist Matthew Blitstein sent another email to Christian Case for the same request (I was in cc). No response. on 10/4 I called Club Champion again, another Customer Service person said he would send a reminder to Christian Case. I dont know if he did as I didnt see any email in my inbox. Its been a week since my fitting and my request to update the order, but I havent heard anything back from Christian Case or the store.I feel once the order is placed, they never care about customers anymore. Reading through the reviews, many other people had the same experience - no responses to emails or calls. They just want your money and customer service is non-existent. Really disappointed.

I have had many issues trying to get in contact about my clubs arriving. No one tends to answer emails or call back. The arrival date has changed about 3 times. It will be about 13 to 14 weeks by the time i get my Irons when they said it would be 6-10 weeks. I understand they can not control all of the shipping process but if they would have been more communicative about the arrival of my clubs i would have given a 5 star.

First experience ever at Club Champion and I was blown away! From the moment I walked in Chase greeted me and laid down what we were doing and didnt try to upset me, but looked out for the best tools to help me update my 15 year old clubs. Imparted a lot of valuable information and answered all the questions I had for a smooth and easy process. I left very excited for my new set of irons and will be back to see these place and Chase.

Complete letdown, clubs built wrong and did it without notifying of the issue prior to picking up my order. 2 out of 3 clubs built incorrectly and the answer for me was to try it first and see. Got passed around to 3 different fitters and no help. Why pay the for the so called premium fitting experience when you can do it yourself for free. Waste of time and money, go find another trustworthy fitter.

This is the place where you want to get your fitting done, period! I had an excellent experience with Dane and he was extremely patient with me during my driver fitting sessions. We finally landed on the driver shaft combination after going through 12 plus combinations and he kept me well informed during every stage of the assembly process. I finally got my hands on my new driver and OMG , the feel is just unreal!! There is no comparison in feel and distance between my old driver and the new one. Club fitting is expensive but you can be rest assured that your investment will be good for the next 5-6 years.

Fitting process for a set of irons was great. I would give that five stars by itself. Eight weeks delivery time for a set of almost stock irons diminished the experience. Still trying to get comfortable with the distance of the individual irons. Guess I will have to play more golf.

Excellent Experience: Exceeded ExpectationsI golfed for years with my natural swing, left handed. I tore my wrist joint which resulted in 6 surgeries. Needless to say, I’m now learning how to golf right handed. I went into the Seattle store rather nervous feeling like I’m a beginner again. Dane heard my story and was extremely patient trying to find the ‘right ‘ set up of clubs for my bag. He explained not only how the process works and why it works, but the things that I would need to overcome mentally going forward swinging right handed rather my natural lefty.It’s been a great experience to be treated soencouragingly and helping instill new confidence in my golf game. I’ll definitely be back and refer my friends and colleagues to Club Champion.

Great experience. The fitter was very knowledgeable and talked me through the entire process so I had a full understanding of how we ended on the club and set up we did. I highly recommend getting a fitting here.

Highly recommended. James was great to work with. He helped show me the numbers and dispersion and based on the rotation of clubs/shafts, we were able to nail down clubs/shafts to my specs. Already advocating people to go here no matter what level they are. Will definitely come back to get fitted in the future for anything else I need to upgrade.

Club Champion is great at what they do. They are honest about your fitting and they wont try to turn you into something youre not. Be truthful about your skills and they will be able to make you better.

Great experience with Sean. He fitted me for some new irons. Cant express how important getting fitted for golf clubs that are meant for you and your swing. I have gotten fitted in the past at other places, but never to this extent and in depth as club champion. He was patient and knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. If your serious about golf and want something tailored to you, go to club champion.

Sean at Club Champion Bellevue has taken great care of me. He actively listened to my needs and fitted me with an amazing set of irons, wedges, hybrid and putter. My golf game has improved dramatically since I decided to get properly fit here. Everyone at this establishment is professional, courteous and experts at what they do. Anyone who wants to play more consistent (and more fun) golf needs to experience the process at Club Champion. In my opinion, the only way anyone who plays a lot of golf should buy their clubs.

Brian in the Seattle shop is outstanding. This was my first real club fitting. The Club Champion process, and Brian’s communication, patience and explanations exceeded my expectations. I would recommend club Champion to any golfer that wants to elevate their game.

If you want to take your golf game to another level... get clubs that work for you. Club Champion will fit you with equipment that works for you. And, no they didnt pay me to say that.

Excellent, thorough whole-bag club fitting. A must before buying new clubs!

James made the total fitting an enjoyable and learning experience. He efficiently worked thru my bag to make club recommendations before my swing tired. I came out of the session knowing which of my clubs were worth upgrading and which would have little to gain. I also learned about the equipment itself and where my swing and putting stoke needs improvement.

Quickest scientific way to improve your game!Eric and Andrew are both very knowledgeable club fitters with excellent customer service as well. They give you unbiased and statistical feedback to help build the best clubs for your goals and budget. I personally gained distance, accuracy, and height on my irons after the fitting process. I will be a lifetime customer and will highly recommend this service to anyone serious about golf.PS - get your shafts pured, its totally worth it!

I walked into the store oblivious to modern golf tech but Sean Howley patiently and methodically analyzed data based on his recommendations to narrow down both target accuracy and ball flight consistency, speed, and spin rate. I confidently walked out knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt I bought THE SET of clubs I needed, puting an end to the constant fishing in the used club market...further, he provided a thorough putter and stroke analysis which concluded with him bending my current putter to an optional position after I elected to not go forward with a new purchase. 5 stars across the board!

Fitting clubs to you, removes the possibility of equipment being used to explain flaws in your golfing experience. Get fitted, if you want improvement.

Very high tech facility and the process was great. Andrew knows his stuff and helped me find my new clubs.

Really enjoyed my experience.

I had a full set of irons, woods and putter fitting at CC. I also had a custom driver fitting. I love the clubs. Unfortunately, the driver (about $500) failed on me early this year. The shaft broke during a drive. Im a low single-digit handicap, and in 40+ years of playing have never broken a club.I took my driver to CC in Bellevue. They gave me the head back and kept the shaft and connector. They said they would look into it and get back to me. That was about 9 months ago. I bought a new shaft (and had to buy a new adapter).Love clubs (5 stars for Callaway), but the customer service and follow-through by Club Champion are worth one star. Go somewhere else that will support the product they sell (like, almost anywhere else).

Club Champion cant be beat5 big stars for Club Champion but mostly for my master fitter Chase Foster! Chase took extra time and attention to spec out a full bag (minus putter) for me! Its been 6 season since Ive purchased new clubs so I was ready! I am really excited to play with my new sticks! Chase really took great care of me and was a pleasure to work with.
