Did a great job with a custom framing project. Staff were very friendly and helpful making design choices, and the end result is perfect - just what Id hoped for. Not cheap, but worth the $.

I had a wonderful experience getting new matting for an old piece of art. They were very careful with my piece, which I appreciated. They helped me pick out matting that would match the piece. They made sure I was clear on the timeline and price, so helpful throughout the whole process. I will return here for future projects.

I love to frame art and keepsakes, and Bellevue MQF is my go to spot. The staff are friendly, remember my face, and are so welcoming to my young kids when they pop in with me on occasion. I have framed photos and art at other places because I was enticed by the low price point, but you truly do get what you pay for, and I always ended up regretting not having my framing done right to begin with. Museum Quality Framing is really the best!

Brought in our wedding guestbook - consisting of around 100 signed cardboard tiles from the board game Carcassonne - to have it framed. The staff helped us pick out good backing and mat colors, and a good frame, and they did a fantastic job of putting it together for us. Very happy with how it looks on our wall now.

I love going to BMQF to have stuff framed. I never feel rushed or like I should have some sense of style. I am able to pick out silly frames and the person working with me will recommend borders and spacing, theyll stop me if a frame wont look good and will recommend others. The women that work at Bellevue Museum Quality Framing were incredibly helpful. They looked at all of my photos to determine the largest size I could print and retain quality, which took several back and forth emails while I sorted through which photos would turn out best. I ordered 6 Chroma Prints of my wedding photos and they all look amazing!

I had 2 counted cross stitch pictures framed st MQF and they did a fabulous job. Im picky about the framing on my projects, since so much time is spent on stitching them. They explained the steps they take to ensure my pictures look great and dont stretch out over time. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely get all my projects framed there.

I brought in my daughters high school photo that she won 2nd place in the state high school photo contest .....that was in 2011......they honored the certificate she received for complimentary framing!!I then returned to reattach the backing on an antique mirror. They honored the quote I was given months before and it turned out great! They even added new hooks for hanging and cleaned up the glass mirror panes!! I was very impressed . I went in with a last minute framing need. It was oversized and had a firm deadline. I also did not want to spend a crazy amount as it was a holiday image. Not only did they come up with a solution, and get it done ahead of my deadline, but they also did a beautiful job of it! I have gotten frames here before but this will now be my go to store for all of my picture framing needs! Very thrilled!

Had this pretty little mirrored tray, then the mirror broke. I thought it was a goner. I took it in for repair, no problem. Not only was the staff super friendly ... They fixed it! Looks better than before and the price was shockingly reasonable!!! Very happy, I’ll definitelt use them again!!

I got an embroided piece of art when I travelled im Vietnam. I wanted to frame it properly and give the artist the deserved respect. The employees at MQF were amazing and helped me pick the best frame. I can honestly say that it was the most expensive frame I have purchased but what I got was exactly what I envisioned and was willing to pay.

After a bad experience at a big box store, we took our two pieces here. This is a decision that we will be thankful for for as long as we have the pieces. Beautiful store with great staff. I have been a loyal customer of Frame Central (part of the same group) when living in Seattle and am so happy I found BMQF on the Eastside. My craft project was a bit challenging because I needed them to work some magic with edging and they came through! They helped me choose a beautiful matting and frame which looks great.

I took in a picture to be reframed. Then I went on vacation and came home to being evacuated for fires around my home. They kept my picture for 2 months. Always very nice when I called and said I know its there just cant get it yet. Did a great job reframing too😁
