While they have a great selection, the staff was quite rude to every customer that entered. Constantly making snarky comments about how stupid or blind everyone was for not reading the signs posted all over the store. I will stick to the Game Shoppe out west for future purchases…their staff is much more welcoming.

Love everything about this store, from the moment you walk in being greeting by the hosts of the store (I wouldnt even call them employees). To the moment of instant gratification from buying your favorite table top paraphenialia with a rewards system to save you money on your next purchase. This is everything a local game shoppe needs to be, keep up the fantastic work.

Great selection but these people will not just let you shop in peace. I get 20 questions EVERY time I go in. Its not fun when you dont want to small talk with the employee. I just want to get my stuff and go.

This is a store I wish I visited more often. They offer so much more than D&D and dice (though thats my main reason for going). If youre looking for games of all types, from family friendly to horror to steampunk to strategy, they have it all. I was stoked to find puzzles here, too!

Stopped here on a whim this afternoon then came straight here to write this review. The selection of games and gaming accessories is impressive but I was very pleased in particular with the manager, Becky. She was not only friendly and intuitive, but she was very knowledgeable about all products in the store. She took the time to advise my boyfriend on his DND pursuits, as well as taking a genuine interest in finding the perfect game I would love. I simply told her what I liked in a game and she selected something PERFECT for me. She also sent me home with a list of additional games she thought I would like. I am very impressed with the customer service and selection of games there and thanks to Becky, will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

What a wonderful place this is. The vast selection of games of all varieties is astounding and its extremely exciting every time I go in. Ive been coming here for 3 years now and I honestly believe the greatest thing about this place is the dedicated staff. Mrs. Becky and John are just a couple names of some amazing people here who really care about the people coming through the door and always welcome you warmingly. If youre looking to find something game related, please do come here. You absolutely will not regret it.

This place is a treat! Im just getting exposed to board games (I know, total noob), and I felt all of my questions were answered. More, the staff is very well versed in the products that they were able to easily recommend a few co-op games and assess our needs. Becky (owner) still found time to chime in her own suggestions while the entire back room was filled to the brim with a Magic The Gathering tournament. I dont know how she does it! Its easy to see that theres a lot of passion exuding from each member of the staff!P.S. The wall of miniatures (pictured) was very impressive!

This place has a vast inventory of many genres of games. You can find tabletop gaming dice, books and miniatures, as well as card games and simple and complicated board games. The employees have always been friendly and helpful.

Fantastic customer service, all of the employees are passionate about gaming and are very willing to share their experience and opinions about games. The help was much appreciated for someone just getting into the hobby!

These guys are fantastic. If you are just getting into board gaming they are more than willing, in fact they seem genuinely excited to help find the next great game for your game night with you. They have an immense knowledge of almost all the games in their store, and are more than willing to answer questions. They stock pretty much every type of tabletop or card game. I have never once felt unwelcome, or bothered when just browsing around. They also have a great rewards card if you shop there enough. They also are always getting new stuff, and the way they organize their store is easy to figure out if you have an idea of what type of game you are looking for. Also they have tons of games in the back for you to try out and learn, and lots of different groups that meet up throughout the week. Love this place, one of my favorite stores ever!

Exceptionally rude. Walked in having forgotten my mask in the car, so I stayed at the entrance (minimum 25 ft from anyone) and figured Id ask if they had 2 specific things I was looking for. If they did, I wouldve gladly gotten my mask and come back.Bald guy working the counter started yelling at me. Refused to answer if the 2 things were in stock. So I said bye and left. Maybe they shouldnt have even reopened until the pandemic was over. =/

Amazing selection and will special order things not in stock. Staff is super helpful and has been around awhile so good at catering to customer needs.

The Game Shoppe in Bellevue is always amazing. Becky and the rest of the staff are awesome. They will help you find what you want, or make suggestions if youre not sure what you want. Theyll even let you try games before you buy (and play with you too).

I LOVE this place. Ive gone to this one and the one in Omaha. Its a great place to meet random strangers and play all sorts of tabletop games. Their selection of games to buy is also fantastical. 10/10 would recommend to people looking for games.

This place is awesome. The staff is super awesome and the regulars that go there are really cool too. Everyone has been super nice to me and allowed me to ask questions about magic the gathering and have been patient with me. Dont be intimidated by the enthusiastic staff theyll let you browse if you say so. Prices competitive with online and no pesky waiting for the shipment to arrive. They always know exactly where everything is if you know what youre looking for.

Been here dozens of times and the staff is always standing by to assist in choosing a game or with any questions you may have. The shoppe also has an extensive library of games you can test out if you are unsure about purchasing. Think of it as a try before you buy. I love the shoppe and I love the awesome staff.

They have also been willing to look up and see when/if something they dont have on hand can be brought into the store.Pre/Post Covid they hopefully will be able to host tabletop games and tournaments in store again

This is an awesome place to gather and play Pathfinder or starfinder. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is awesome and I usually find a few things I want every visit.Highly recommend!

Great shop full of friendly employees and a vast collection of board games, mini games, magic cards, and accessories to choose from. Multiple events held throughout the week, loyalty program, and board games available to play for free as well.

My wifes family lives in the area, do every time we make a trip up there, we are sure to go too this shop and say hello!We bought a membership the first time we went in, which was years ago, and it still works! No payment to upkeep it and it paid for itself.Staff is always super helpful and willing to spend time with you to give you details on new games that have come in it give you info on a game that night for your tastes if you give them info.In the back of the store, there are several tables set up for people to play done games from the store (I think you can bring your own in as well for a play area). There is usually a couple of friendly people socializing in the back just chilling playing a game.There is an area that is stocked up with paint stand some models as well if that is your thing.

Very customer minded store. Cleaner and not run down as some game/comic stores can be. Plenty of space to run a game and a regular game schedule with different games on various nights along with steady staple of Magic the Gathering players.

I love the Game Shoppe. I go to the Bellevue location pretty much every Monday for the Open Board Gaming night, and we have a wonderful group of people who are all very welcoming and love to learn and teach new games!

From the first time I hesitantly stepped into the store, to be greeted by all the staff members that were there I knew this was a good store. As Ive continued to go back its only gotten better. The staff is very friendly and helpful, my kids even love going in with me just to say hi. I have never gone in the store and not been greeted within a few steps in and that is just one of the things that make The Game Shoppe great. They selection of games is amazing, and the fact that you can go in and try games from their amazing selection of tester games is amazing. They have everything a table top gamer could want. Huge selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a great atmosphere make this a go to gaming store in the Metro area.

Stopped in with some friends whom I was visiting. We just stopped in to have a look around and had no intentions on purchasing anything. The staff were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our plans for our first ever game of D and D after we told them about it. The staff were very knowledgable and almost seemed eager to talk to us about anything and everything in the store. In the end we ended up purchasing several mini figures and some other things. Ive been going to the game shop since 2006. It always as friendly staff plenty of selection and holds fun tournaments. Its a little different than what it used to be we used to have what I would call Casual tournaments that were unique Magic the Gathering format and theyve kind of shied away from those. But it is an Open Door place and they welcome anybody to come in and just test the games play for fun and so on.

I havent even stepped into this shop yet and I already received the best service Ive ever received in my life. I work in customer service and finding professional and super friendly service is a hard thing. I was shopping online looking for an expansion for a game I was going to buy and I thought maybe I should check locally first seeing it was 160$. I called and the most amazing General Manager answered , her name is Becky, not only did she go out of her way to explain that the game is being reprinted but also to help me save money entirely. She contacted the new publisher and got a reprint date and price for me and even put me in the preorder list. That blew my mind and I will not only continue to shop here , but I am sending everyone I know to shop here. Can not wait to meet the staff and stop in when my preorder gets here.

The folks at The Game Shoppe are fun people. There has not been a single time that Ive gone in that they havent done everything they could to help me find what I was looking for. They search their inventory their second stores inventory as well and will go online to see if theres a product I was asking for that they can acquire for me. They have a sort of buyer membership card that cost me nothing to have and every time I buy I earn points towards discounts. They also leave room in their shop for people to come in and just play games to try them out. Its a great place.

The owner, staff, and community are wonderful. Sunday afternoons theres a casual crowd for Magic: the Gathering EDH games, and new players always have someone helpful and friendly to game with and learn from, but the calendar behind the counter is full of different game days and events. There is an abundance of more casual games as well, and if you are shopping for gifts anyone behind the counter can guide you down the right path.

Great shop one of the largest in the area.lots of tables for gaming regular tournaments for card games a friendly staff .I should add a bit to that an amazing staff I have seen people bring their young children in and the staff actually sit down and teach the children how to play the card games.this is something I have never seen anywhere else and it seriously impressed me.this place can get pretty packed when tournaments are going on.and if you are interested in this kind of stuff I highly recommend this place.the Korean place next door is awesome to
