I have flat, wide, size 13 feet and have always been unsupported by my shoes. On the way to a hike, I decided to try some insoles and they worked out amazingly. Gabe was extremely helpful and knew the answer to all of the questions I had about insoles and finding the right one for me. Thank you!!

I was returning a pair of shoes (thanks to the awesome VIP 90 day policy) and had already ordered a replacement pair online. When I realized my timeline to get in shape was very short, I decided to cut to the chase and go to mylocal store for help. The man who helped me instantly agreed to take the other shoes back, no questions asked, and then had the shoes I wanted and ultimately bought out on the floor in minutes. He was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I am so thankful for all the help I’ve gotten at Roadrunner over the years, but this visit was the very best!

Fantastic experience here with Gabe and Kiniya. We now own three pairs of Road runner shoes and these folks are simply the best. Road runner is much much better than buying a pair of shoes online. The shoes are truly amazing and really support the foot. The customer service is out of the world. We will come back for more. If you are in the market for a good pair of shoes, look no further.

The employees were 5-star - very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are the prices are full retail unless you join the VIP program, which I find a bit convoluted. I still recommend the company.

They analyze your running style to identify what type of shoes are best and can make custom insoles. Ive been a VIP member for years and will continue to go there for all my running needs. Absolutely fantastic experience. I was helped by Sayer - he was awesome. Im not a runner - just a guy who has had 5 back surgeries and needed the most ultra gushy shoes possible to absorb walking impact. He said this is the one. i insisted on trying 6 other shoes - during this time he was unbelievably polite and helpful. And he was right! the best pair by far were the ones he recommended from the start. Just plain excellent experience. Thank you Sayer.

Always a pleasure to shop at road runner. Their sales associates are very knowledgeable about features and benefits of each shoe brand/ model. Give you the important pros and cons to help you decide. And of course there are the in-house treadmill‘s so you can give them a test run. And lastly they make you a customized foot bed! Highly recommend!

Best place to buy running shoes and clothes... As a VIP member for over a decade, Ive maybe used the 90-day return program three times. Twice was in just this last 4 months because my old running shoe has changed too much to feel right to stay with them. I got to replace two pairs that I gave good effort to get used to but they just werent doing it for me. Happy to report that I found a pair that now fit and feel right after my first run in them this morning, and first really solid run in a long time! Road Runner has been excellent through it all, Im so happy they have a program like this so you dont feel like youve wasted money and have to suffer through wearing something you really dont like; after all, running is supposed to be fun and enjoyable... My experience at RoadRunner has been a mixed bag the last few years. I raised those issues in the past (as they even resulted in not getting the right comfort-fit running shoes), and I was assured further staff training would be put through; for the issues that were related. I took a chance again and went to the store last week and had an AMAZING experience. People were patient with me; No-one was trying to constantly upsell; and I got a genuine “how have you been doing with the whole pandemic mess” question. I loved it!Perhaps my past feedback was taken to heart.

I am in no way a runner. I have zero knowledge of quality sneakers. I wanted to walk in and be guided through the world of sneakers to find a walking shoes that is very comfortable to help encourage me to walk more (I have feet that hurt a lot so it usually decreases my desire to move). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were crazy busy but Victoria still made the time to give me wonderful service while helping 2 other customers. She we clearly extremely knowledgable in how to use the tools provided to her by the company and in the products. I walked out of there wearing my new shoes (I haven’t done that since I was a kid). And I told my family I never wanted to take them off since my feet where in clouds. 😍

I have been buying soles and shoes from roadrunner for 3 years now. It all started with me training for marathon when I starting feeling some pain in my left ankle - I went to Roadrunner and their highly educated sales team helped me understand the basics and guided me to buy the right shoes. It was no sales pitch but only genuine suggestions. I became their member that provided me flexibility of using the product in case I had to return. Overall, I am a lifelong fan and customer of roadrunner - would highly recommend!

It was really helpful that I could create my appointment online. I needed to get new custom inserts made. The store is quite large and theres plenty of space. Additionally they control how many people can be in the store at one time. All the staff was wearing masks and was very conscious of space. The gentleman that helped me, Darius, was extremely courteous and nice. It definitely felt like a place for all kinds of runners. Darius created my inserts and got me out the door in about 10 minutes. Hes very thoughtful of my needs and extremely knowledgeable. Ill definitely be returning for future needs.

This was the first time Ive consulted experts for custom sports shoe recommendations. Prior to this experience, I had visited stores such as the Nike outlet in Factoria where the recommended shoes didnt turn out to fit and had to be turned back in. Here, Patrick provided the expert guidance of someone whos deeply experienced and is part of a well-run organization. After taking 3-D pictures of my feet (where I found out that their not both the same size!) and my walking style, he explained the analysis of the data and made easy to understand recommendations. I highly recommend this stores approach and, specifically, Patricks top-notch customer service!

Three of us purchased the perfect shoes yesterday after first getting our feet analyzed in 3D by their customized computer. It was so worth it spending the extra time with Darius (what a wonderful gem of a sales person!). Good afternoon.I have been a client for a long time and used to love the Bellevue location, and Im a VIP member with Road Runner Sports. I visited the Bellevue store on June 1, 2021, with my wife and needed help with shoes, we informed the customer service representative of her unique condition where one foot is a size and a half larger than the other. The customer service representative informed us in a very unprofessional manner that the policy of selling two different size shoes as a pair has been canceled. He refused to listen or help at all and we left the store with my wife in tears. I find this completely unacceptable customer service and I would like to immediately cancel my VIP subscription this blatant discrimination against someone with a disability has convinced me that you are no longer the customer-oriented company you claim to be and I will be expressing my dissatisfaction on social media and to the Better Business Bureau.

This is the best running shoes experience I’ve ever had. They have all the tools to help you get a great fit and employees who understand running. I worked with Sayer who was exceptionally kind and he’s a college runner at SPU who knows the sport well and the importance of good shoes. My favorite part was the custom made shoe inserts!

I have been having a lot of foot pain lately and had an inkling that it was due to me wearing the wrong type of shoe or needing inserts. The folks here helped with scanning my feet, observing how I walked, and selected several shoes for me to try on. They took into consideration the different types of activities I do and how often I’m planning on wearing the shoes (near daily). They were very patient with me - I tried in seven or eight pairs of shoes - and they listened to my feedback. I really appreciate that they didn’t tell me the shoe/foot discomfort was something I just need to get used to it. They also set me up with some custom molded in soles. I went on a long walk after buying the shoes and now... I feel like I can go on a walk or jog until I am physically tired, rather than just going until my feet hurt too bad to continue.Highly recommend buying shoes here especially if you need some guidance on getting the right shoe for your foot.

They have a good membership that saves me a lot of money, but the website never recognizes me as a member after logging in, and I either have to go into the store or call to get my discount...so that is extremely annoying.

I have been a customer at this running store for the past few years. I am only now writing a review for this place because of the phenomenal customer service I reviewed today. My gf and I came in because I was looking for a new pair of running shoes, obviously, and I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Patrick. He was very nice and he offered lots of great insight into running and shoes. He got me on the scanner and then offered to fit me with custom insoles. I had never done this,but he recommended this to me because my arches were uneven which could cause pain and what not. All I can say is i bought them as they made my feet feel so amazing when running.. Patrick, unlike some of the others I have encountered employee wise, wanted to get to know you. He made sure to keep a conversation going while also getting shoes ready for me to put on. While conversing, he mentioned he was a new hire, I was shocked as he was so professional and friendly as well as informative. Everytime I come in I want to make sure to get his assistance as I know I will get excellent customer service. Thank you Patrick for making my experience at Road Runner Sports amazing.
