Nice clean, covid 19 friendly store with really helpful staff.

I bought the newest Prada backpack in Bellevue - The Bravern as well as a white purse. I would give the store a 5 star review!! The reason why I would give it 5 stars is because of Joshua, his customer service is everything you would expect and more. Joshua knows his bags, but more importantly gets to know and invests in his clients and their style. Joshua is also up -to-date with fashion trends, styles and timeless pieces. He went above and beyond and completely out of his way for me with his customer service numerous times and because of that I will always buy my Prada bags from him as well as highly reccomend him to all my family and friends, so ask for Joshua!

Max is literally the best and not even an SA. Awesome communication and made sure I was taken care of. Was able to snag the Prada Re-Edition 2005 bags while I was back in the states and I’m so so happy! Yuna was also so great to help find and order the white bags in other boutiques. You guys are the best - thank you!

I had been in the store a year ago, as I was new to shopping at The Bravern. Recently I came back to check out what is new in the mens department. I was very impressed with the way we were greeted.We asked for Allison (Store Manager) as she was the person I talked too on the phone about a certain sandal. She took us downstairs where Spencer was working (Met him years ago there) and he was so very attentive to what we were looking for, and suggested other items.He offered us a cool beverage and then we started shopping. So many new and classic items to choose from. We spent a good amount of time looking at almost everything. I had purchased some new (season) shoes and sunglasses.If they dont have it in store, they can always check stock and bring in whatever you want. They have periodic sales and we are going to go back and see them more often.The store was clean, organized, and had a relaxed feeling.

This Five star review is for Sophia Su at the Bravern Prada store. She’s very accommodating. She made sure that everything was just perfect for me, I came in to exchange a bag I purchased online, she made sure the process went smooth, she called me personally to let me know that my bag had come in. She’s very nice and friendly. I highly recommend you ask for Sophia when you go to PRADA at the Bravern.

I have been shopping at the Bravern for quite some time now. Every time I would go there, I would just pass by the Prada store...never really wanting to go in or shop. Well just a few weeks ago, I decided to go in and check everything out. BOY WAS I IN FOR A TREAT!! The mens section downstairs is BEAUTIFUL! Spencer (the sales person) was a DREAM to work with, along with the entire rest of the staff. Needless to say, I walked out of there with SEVERAL Prada bags! I now have a new favorite store at the Bravern, and cant WAIT to go back!

Not appropriate attitude to customer !They are not willing to help and made me uncomfortable !I was so upset about the gold hair woman who was helping me of my birthday present and I feel unsatisfied on her service ever in my life !!! Her service made me never wanted to shop in that Bellevue Prada store anymore.I would never purchase any product in this store.
