Ali & Sam were very friendly and helpful. Easy to setup . I had issues with my port, they were able to escalate on technical issues, followup and get it resolved. Was able to get the help via phone and email. Didnt have to drive multiple times.Would surely recommend this location for metropcs.

Great customer service!!Salim was really helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing. Although the process to port and activate was little time consuming but Salim was super quick.

They port my number, but didnt give me the cell phone base on promotion offer and charged me $60.00 extra.Customer service couldnt find my payment details in their system and again referred me to the retail manager.Their manager didnt accept to refound or rebate my money.They passed me together and eventually didnt solve my problem.

I love the people and the owner is always willing to help if it is needed. If I was unhappy with anything he has always worked to fix that to his ability. Wouldnt go anywhere else

This is a great Metro PCS location. We have been customers for years and had frequented stores in the Seattle area. This store is now our choice for all our mobile phone needs. The staff here has excellent customer service! Also, really like the wide selection of accessories, devices and phones...

The wait is long if there is a few people never alot of people on shift so it takes a while per customer so if theres a lot of people just come bakk later

I love this Metro location. They are always so kind and amazing. They go above and beyond to help customers. I have been to other metro locations but these guys are genuine. They have always provided me with the best customer service and given me the best price on everything. Unlike other stores they also have the best accessory selection in town. Highly Recommend!

Went here to move my number from AT&T to Metro PCS. I called before hand to see what I would need in order to port my number. I got everything ready by the time I went to the store. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Service was great and to the point.

I am an 84 year old female and am technically challenged by all the advanced that have been made in my lifetime. I visited the metro store in 156th n.e. bellevue, wa some time ago. I have been back many times since with multitude questions. Austin and Samuuel., the Merchants brothers, have been so unfailingly knowledgeable, helpful and kind that i needed to express my gratitude. What terrific representatives for your company. They continually make my visits productive and enjoyable. Thank you for helping this old gal survive in todays ever changing world.

Not a good customer services

Great customer service never had a issue when needing the smallest things.

This store is the worst. They are scammers and liars. I replaced a phone on my account, and they sold me a t-mobile phone without telling me it was not a metropcs phone. (The box only had the carrier name in small print in gray on a black box.) I called them the next day wanting to return it, and they would not take it back. On top of that, the phone is still locked to tmobile (which owns metropcs). They will let you use the locked phone on metropcs, BUT the service on metropcs does not count towards the service time you need to have to get the phone unlocked. In other words, I can never get this $700 phone unlocked unless I use it on tmobile for a year even though I bought it in a goddamned METROPCS STORE.

We are currently waiting in line, its née nearly 30 minutes in a very hot, non-a/c store. The two clerks did not even acknowledge us yet. I like METROPCS phone service smd great value for the service, However you definitely pay for it when it comes to customer service!

I was about to give up on metro pcs before I was referred to this store. Metro pcs central help line is about as helpful as a bra in a nudist colony. Finally I met Inez, the cell wiz of Bellevue, and she had my phone up and ringing in 1 hour. My account had been frozen without my knowledge, let alone consent, and no one else knew how to take the stupid thing out and thaw it. So Inez gets 10 stars out of five for knowing more than her higher ups. Metro pcs gets zero. That averages out to 5 stars for the little store that could.

Got a defective phone...dont bother with Metro...7 day return policy..what a joke...this is after spending 30 minutes in line
