We took both of our road bikes for a beginning of summer tune up. The process was so simple to drop the bikes off. They did a quick inspection with us there so that there would be no major surprises on repairs. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The pick up was super easy as well, and our bikes are good as new. The pricing was also very affordable for a tune up!

Bikes are very hard to find this year. Stadium East had the bike I wanted in stock. I ordered by phone and picked up the bike the next day with all the accessories installed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They adjusted the bike fit and explained all the bike features including the hydraulic disc brakes which were new to me. Great place to buy a bike.

Brought my bike in for a tune up. I also needed a few new items. The employee helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel I walked out of their with the best products for me. The bike tune up was completed within a 24 hours and was done well.

Stadium Bike East has a very friendly/welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I came into the shop. They have a great selection of Bontrager accessories in stock and are very helpful in navigating the product selection without being pushy to buy more than you need/have budget for. I have only purchased accessories from here so I cannot speak to what its like to purchase a bicycle from them.

Their Wausau location located the bike, I drove over to Greenbay and completed the sale. Smooth and efficient.

We can not thank you enough for the awesome bikes we bought from you guys for a very fair market price. They ride like a mercedes and truthfully, we cant believe how we shopped the ENTIRE day for bikes from Wausau to Green Bay, almost giving up hope, then right before your closing walk in to your store & BINGO. there was my bike waiting for me & Pardons at the East store. It was crazy...The young man who helped us was adorable as well. And to top that off, one of the employees even had the perfect used bike rack for us to purchase as well. It was crazy... So were beyond happy...The ONLY complaint is that those Trek seats, suck rocks and killed our rear ends the first day of riding after (3) hours. The bikes were were a blast and we ended up taking our new Trek seats off & putting our old Cannondale & Diamond Back seats on our Treks. Now they are perfect for sure...Not sure, why anyone would pay 5K for a bike, when the Trek Rogues that are considerably less yet literally ride like a Mercedes. I cant see how they are perfected in any ways. Just my opinion of course. Thanks again for putting up with our awesome tired selves by the time we got there & selling us our awesome bikes. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a nice selection of bikes made my buying experience an enjoyable one.

I took my bike to Stadium Bike several months ago. Trek told me to go to them for warranty service. Stadium Bike stated there was nothing wrong with my Trek 920 bike besides needing the front and rear derailleurs adjusted; this was false and Trek replaced my bike under warranty. The crank started to fail after I took my bike to stadium bike worse than it had when I brought it there. If I was not paying attention, the failing crank could have seriously injured, or in the worse case scenario killed me. I specifically told stadium bike mechanics my concern about the crank, and they stated nothing was wrong. The mechanics at Stadium bike are not competent and they do not take care of their customers. Trek specifically told me on the phone that you did not do your job when you did not warranty my bike with Trek.

Great experience with this shop. I came in from out of town and needed a rental. Process was easy, Josh was incredibly helpful he even offered me a bike lock. Whenever I’m in Green Bay, WI I will be coming here!

I am a complete novice when it comes to biking. They didn’t judge in any way and hooked me up with a sweet ride fit for exactly what I needed. Nice large parking lot with various riding surfaces to get a “real feel” of how the bike handles. Hours fit my schedule.

Great employee interaction and fair prices

Ive been a customer of Stadium Bike since I took up cycling 6 years ago at the advanced age of 61. Ive followed Josh Hanson from the Mason Street site to his present location at 633 Development Drive in Bellevue, just off HWY 172 and Monroe Road.Ive asked Josh to investigate the possibilities of changing my cassette on my TREK Domane to something that is easier to ride up hills. He found out that with my present setup he could install a cassette with the lowest gear using a 34-32 ratio (same ratio as Chris Froome uses on his high mountain stages).I was so happy with that setup Ive switched the cassette on my TREK Madone to the same 34-32.After that, I did a bike redo on both my TREK Madone and TREK Domane. Now there is little left of the original equipment. Ive changed the tires to the to CONTINENTAL GatorSkin HardShell, added 50cm aero wheels, added FIZIK bar jell and used Bontrager double cork bar tape. My bike cockpit has a GARMIN Edge 1000 and POWER TAP Joule GPS power meter that I can switch on both bikes. For safety I use the bontrageer iON 100R/Flare R City headlight and tail lights for both bikes and keep spares in my seat bag in case one loses battery strength. I use a SERFAS split seat that is cushioned for long rides (up to 12 hours and more) during the outdoor riding season.For my offseason (Winter Training) I now upgraded to the CycleOps Hammer direct drive Smart Trainer formerly using first the Fluid Trainer 2 and then PowerBeam Pro Smart Trainer. I use ROUVY (formerly CycleOps Virtual Training) as my indoor virtual program. This allows me to ride road courses throughout the world with up to 4K video. The Smart Training program with a resistance unit that is calibrated gives the most realistic that almost feels like riding outdoors. You can also use the training workouts for specific workouts (ie., high cadence, increasing your FTP (Functional Threshold Power), and interval workouts. Just try the Blender, 1 hour and 43 minutes of misery that will use all the workouts in one. For the casual rider, you can select any course that allows you to ride Flat road courses or for those looking for a challenge try a High Mountain Pass ride.This past month I had both bikes in for a GOLD package update that had all the cables replaced and had the chain ring and cassette cleaned so when Spring rolls around Ill be set to ride.Finally, Ive followed Josh Hanson to his present location because Josh is a USA Cycling trained Race Bike Mechanic. This means that he knows how to fix things fast and correctly. Josh has 20 years of experience working on bikes and all you have to do is watch him do a quick Silver Package tuneup and youll understand how that experience and training has helped keep me on the road.Thanks Josh!

Very shady be very careful and check all pricing they tried charging 30$ more for a bike trailer then the price tag connected to the trailer and when confronted them about he quickly tried ripping tag off and saying it’s a old price which is illegal in Wisconsin for not honoring the price difference they have been reported to the state
