They are super responsive over email and over the phone and are always willing to try new things to make customers happy. I have managed our Pot O’ Gold coffee service accounts for over 15 years and two separate companies. Employees from both companies continuously express their appreciation, not just for the quality selection of coffees, teas and soft drinks, but our water cooler and extensive variety of snacks. They also provide cleaning and hospitality supplies. Our coffee machine makes espresso shots, lattes, mochas and hot chocolate in addition to regular coffee/decaf. It’s been a huge hit! A technician arrives once a week to rotate and restock supplies. IF there’s ever a problem with any of the equipment they’re there within an hour to troubleshoot. It’s an extremely well-managed company and that allows me to focus on other tasks that require attention.Thank you Laurie, Lisa, Corey, Blake(s), Blair, Larry, Alex and ALL of the POG family for your fantastic customer service! I love working with Pot OGold. I actually had worked with them at the company I previously worked for and when I changed companies and it was time for a new coffee vendor, I did not hesitate to bring them in.
