Ask for a receipt and lady acted like I was asking for her paycheck. Old lady using Eric register. Not very pleasant. Wont stop there again.

I love this place, I love burritos in the morning they are amazing I would and my family would love the recipe,! I do however worry as I see the same two women working in am and pm every day I sure hope they get days off as they are the best and I would hate to see them loose their spirt! the younger. One Bobby I think is her name , is so funny and sweet and so friendly, she’s a doll! The older one I think Krissy? She’s always there and she’s amazing, she’s always so funny and friendly!There is another young lady a few times I’ve seen her she’s always friendly as well I think her name Jade,The Cinnabon at this place is outstanding! Great car wash with attendants that are super friendly! With all going on in the world today it sure is nice to stop at local shop and be treated as well as the staff here treats you! I was ready to stop coming in with the rude guy but glad he is gone! You now have a customer for life! Thank you pump and pantry

Stopped in to grab a jug of wiper fluid a couple of days ago & had an awesome chat with the young woman working there, I believe she said her name was Billie. We talked about customer service & the lack thereof these days. She was very nice & I really appreciated her positive attitude! So many times theres not much interaction when stopping into ANY gas station & if there is, the person working is usually rude or cordial at best. This may seem like an inconsequential thing, but its a bigger deal to many people than is shown. Weve all become so numb & accepting of bad habits...... This young lady is not one of those & I hope her bosses know that they have a great employee on their hands! She deserves a raise! And all because I needed wiper fluid............. 😊

I stop every day, I love the breakfast burritos , the staff is always super friendly and funny and always nice smiles to start my day off right! store always clean, I love the cinnamon smell in morning, and the Cinnabon’s are out of this world! Never have had any issues trying to find my perks card by phone look up. Keep up the great work don’t change 😊

I purchased the ultimate car wash and when I got home my car was still covered in dust. I dont recommend using this car wash.

The morning clerk is awesome. The previous ones were not. They had bad attitudes or were rude. I had stopped coming in because of them. Had to go back when the other gas station had pump issues. Im glad I did.

Tried to buy some cinnamon rolls but the clerk refused to sell us them because she said that they had just expired and she wasnt allowed to sell them. What about a few minutes before, they were just fine then? We suspect that she was want to take them home on give them away to someone she knew because they were not thrown out, just moved off.to the side. We also were sure that she could sell them because they had just expired, but there was nothing wrong with them.

Best car wash in town I have seen. First, an attendant sprays the car down. Then you go into a brush zone, where your car is washed, rinsed, and dried. Then the attendant wipes down the car with soft polish towels. Just dont forget to tip the attendant!

Car wash scratched paint on truck, corporate is rude and uncooperative. Their insurance denied my claim after being told to gather estimates and they would cover the fix. They DID NOT. Then does not answer or return calls and messages. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The car wash at this place is awful...for $13 you dont even get everything it states. No undercarriage wash, no cmplete rinse...drying is unheard of and just a colossal waste of money. As per the other reviews...please take note and stay clear.

Stay clear of CAR WASH! My vehicle was significantly damaged due to attendant/equipment mishap where track pushed me into stationary and not operating overhead equipment. Manager was rude when damage was reported, went to corporate (Bosselman enterprises) where I was told to obtain estimates and send them photos of damage to their rep. After gathering 3 estimates ranging from 4,000-6,000$ in damage and submitting them to the rep they decided to deny liability and their Insurance refuses to speak with us further. Will be filing in small claims.

I would love to be able to contact the owner. I have been so disappointed multiple times at this place. I go there for the cinnabons and get treated rudely just for asking for them. My hometown in Fremont the pump and pantry location is amazing they always have cinnabons ready and packed for the customer and are super friendly. I managed and run a customer service based place but this place is so sad. I would like a response from the owner and love to help bring it up. I guarantee with the right leadership and team there would be a positive response and increase in sales!!!

Malfunctioning car wash damaged my vehicle and I was not compensated

The pump and pantry carwash in Bellevue, Nebraska severely damaged our vehicle. The carwash malfunctioned and their insurance company refused to accept liability. I would highly recommend not using this companies services.

Date of incident: 18 Nov 17 Time: 2:14pm.If it were possible to give no stars I would. Paid for a ultimate carwash (comes with tire dressing). When I got to the end of the carwash, the drying attendant said the tire dressing was put on automatically. Knowing better, I pulled into a parking spot right outside the car wash and took pictures of all 4 tires...all of which had no tire dressing. The clerk inside the store parroted the exact same response as the drying attendant, so I told him to leave a message for his boss to inform him/her that the car wash is broken, since it doesnt automatically apply tire dressing. What a joke...

Cashier had a nasty attitude as soon as i walk in she had a nasty attitude for no reason seriously i should of recorded it ask for cinnamon and she pull out the entire pan and threw it with anger i need a number so i can make a complaint no customer should be treated like that

They close way early. I didn’t appreciate the person who ran to lock the door and put up the sign announcing their new closing time as I approached the door. Terrible. Bucky’s is right down the street.
