I ordered 2 step and repeat banners to be made with one to be shipped to a neighbourhood in Seattle and the other all the way to Bermuda. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rochelle Juetten and she was fantastic, even replying to my mails at 06h00 her time. The reason why I say her time, is beacuse I am in South Africa so the time difference is quite a bit. If I ever need to order any form of sign again no matter where it in the USA I will always order it from Fastsign in Bellevue.

(4/23 a new part of our sign has fallen. Again. At this point we might expect the whole thing to fall down over time. Dropping a star due to owners snarky remark. Response to the owner: 4/17/20 another sign fell down today, a sign that had not fallen previously. This makes the fourth or fifth incident. The ones we have fixed have not fallen. The adhesive used in this install was not appropriate for the wall it is on.)The initial set-up was great: CSR staff were both professional and prompt with communication. The quality of the signage at our office is to spec and exceptional - unfortunately we have had trouble with the signage staying up ever since installation. My desk is right under our office signage and the plaques have now fallen four times (two within a day of each other, a third a few weeks later and a fourth just this morning right where my head should have been). When the first one fell it irreparably broke the $80 heater we just bought. We have asked Fast Signs to come back and re-set the signage now twice. The first time they came back within a few days. The second time took over 3 weeks to get resolution. For the two plaques that kept falling they replaced the adhesive with a stronger bond. I wonder why this was not done with the other plaques. The lower two signs have missed hitting my head but when I came into the office this morning one of the top two had fallen and landed right where I sit. After the second incident someone should have checked in with us just to be sure that everything was still ok but it seems like the company is not too interested in making sure we have no further issues. We will likely figure out a fix ourselves now that a third incident has occurred and dont feel like waiting another 3 weeks for follow up.

Update Feb 2021: Contacted Bellevue FastSigns to take down dimensional letters purchased in Nov 2019 from old office then reinstall in our new office. Estimate was 45% more than original install of this sign PLUS another sign. I replied, pointing out the increase but also acknowledging current economic times so I offered 10% over the 2019 TWO sign install cost to install ONE sign. FastSigns response was I am not interested in negotiating our services. Disappointed to say the least, reducing rating from 5 to 4 stars.*****************************************Nov 2019: Was able to obtain a price estimate quickly. Appreciated that our representative came to our site to double check space for the planned sign. Pricing was reasonable. Installer did a good job of including me in the decisions during install. Quality is excellent.
