Went in to talk varnish and epoxy. Staff knew as much as I did - because I can read the tins too. Felt like this really wasnt an area of expertise. Ended up buying online elsewhere.The store is good though - lots on display and friendly service.

This store has quite a lot of empty shelf space and a lack of inventory diversity, but is satisfactory for finding water sport related good in a pinch.

Place has everything you might need for boating. Looked everywhere for life jackets, and they had them in stock. Everything is overpriced, but it is a nice store with super friendly service and not your typical commercial fishery warehouse.

Ok for guys with little boats, but small store without much depth to their stock.

I can’t say enough about West Marine, and in particular, Randy at the Bellevue store. When placing an order for my son’s Christmas present, I made a mistake with the address. FedEx tried delivering to the given address on Dec 23rd and fortunately the homeowner said there was no one by that name there, so FedEx took it to the Bellevue store. Randy phoned me in Canada and even offered to meet my son half way to make sure he got his present on time for Christmas. We didn’t need to take him up on his offer as our son said he’d go to the store and collect the boxes. The fact that Randy was willing to help like that means the world to us. We’ve always been customers of West Marine, and always will be. Merry Christmas, Randy!

Always a great place to go. This location is my favorite because the staff is excellent! Always kind, friendly, and helpful! I tend to stop by every month to purchase some new rope and even though it can be a hassle for them, I have never heard any complaints from them, and will even work with you on lengths and have bulk savings! Defintiely recommend if you can spend the little extra on the premium products.

West Marine consistently raises the bar for customer service. Today they replaced two west marine batteries I had purchased exactly 18 months ago, without a receipt and without a long discussion about how the batteries were not working as expected. Hassle Free is an understatement.

You go to place all thing marine in a brick and mortar location. Knowledgeable staff and quick in and out without a lot of hassle. You pay a premium for the good but all are top quality.

The two old men working when we came in were clearly making fun of us while trying to make a purchase. Highly inappropriate and will never return or recommend shopping here. Will only purchase from Amazon or other big box stores in hopes that this place shuts down.

Staff st this location are great. Nice guys, knowledgeable. Typical West Marine location that has a variety of boating goods, and you typically pay more than you should for quite a few items. With that said, Harken sailing gear and a few other items are surprisingly well priced, comparable with online.

Trying to order spark plug coils for my boat. The older man helping me was externally rude. 2nd time in here. First time I let it slide but seems like he needs to change his attitude.

We called to know if they have any fishing bait, we waited on the phone for long time but no one answered. We finally had to drive to this place and we didn’t find what we were looking for, not to mention the person there was rude.
