Went here for breakfast on my birthday and asked if there were any birthday specials. I wasn’t expecting there to be any, but just figured I’d ask. The lady taking our order was so kind. She said they didn’t have any but started singing Happy Birthday. When we got our order, we noticed they added a cookie and it had a little heart drawn on it. It was such a sweet gesture. And of course our bagels were delicious! We both got their lox option open faced. I got mine with sun-dried tomato cream cheese. It was so good. It was not our first time here and it certainly won’t be our last. Great food and great customer service! :)

I had a random bagel craving one night and decided to go here with my friend for breakfast the next morning after seeing what an amazing menu they had.It was a really hard choice but I like to do a sweet breakfast so I went with the French Toast Bagel. My friend got the Snickerdoodle.We had them plain, no cream cheese needed.I tasted the Snickerdoodle first and it was really nice. The cinnamon sugar on top went perfectly well with the toasted bagel.Friend really liked it too.As for my French Toast Bagel... This was just pure bliss! The vehicle itself was yellow in color just like French toast and even had swirls of maple syrup in the bagel! And to take it to the another level It was topped with large sugar crystals and more maple syrup. I asked for it toasted and this was just the perfect breakfast! I really cant say enough about how good this bagel was.It was so so hard to resist getting another one! 100000 recommend.

Amazing sandwiches - the bagel was fresh and nicely toasted. I had turkey, which was thick cut and tasted great. The mustard and schmear added great flavor to the rest of the delicious sandwich.We got through the line really quickly, and there are lots of great combinations to choose from.And the best part, they gave us exactly zero plastic or Styrofoam with the meal. The napkins, the wrappings for the sandwiches, the bag - all paper! They even had recommendations on the paper to recycle it! Sustainability and responsibility are really important to us, so this place really blew us away. Check it out!

I ordered a jalepeño cheese bagel egg sandwich with bacon and cheese and ordered a pumpkin spice latte with it and it was out of this world! Super delicious 🤤 I definitely recommend and I will be going back for sure whenever Im in the area.

Usually good but I find their bagels chewy a little. Some cream cheeses are really good but others are a hit and miss. one thing to make the bagel taste good is to ask for it to be extra toasted

Pfft best bagels in the world? More like slowest bagels in the world. Over forty minute wait for two bagels, when asked before ordering they said it would only be ten minutes again. Bagels aren’t even hot, it’s like they were ready and then forgotten about. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Short girl with glasses was helping us does not know anything about the menu. I kept asking about how can I put toppings (first time here) and she kept telling us about the craft sandwiches. Kept asking her coworkers and stuff. Obviously hasnt been trained well for her position.

Blazing Bagels in downtown Bellevue and Redmond are both excellent spots for breakfast and lunch. The Redmond spot is near biking and walking trails and very pet friendly with outdoor seating available. The food is very good. My favorite is the salt bagel with salmon and cream cheese sandwich.

Waited 45 minutes past their estimate for an online order for pickup. Poor customer service, no apologies for being so behind, and no explanation (just stood there 45 minutes waiting, and they didnt tell anyone how behind they were). Not worth the wait for (now cold) bagels.

Still no seating. No acknowledgment when I walked in the shop. Any less service and I’ll just make the sandwich myself.

Hard to beat this place for local, fresh bagels. Tons of flavors and different sandwiches and spreads. So glad they opened in Bellevue.

Driving by this place, happened to catch a glimpse behind plants and cars, did a U-turn and whew, so glad! Their bagels are big and dense, chewy without being annoying, and the predetermined sandwich options are perfect for people like me who do not want to have to think too hard for what to order. Pop in, read the menu, order and pay. Its that fast, and then youre out the door to go sit by a lake and have your treat, or drive all the way home and dine casual in front of the tv.The bagels are fresh, the fillings lush. Cant wait to return for that Joe Zuckerman bagel sandwich with the lox and capers, etc. Yay!

Hi,I used to like bagels here untill I found a finger nail in the cream spread. Absolutely hate the sight of bagel and cream spread now.I bought a bag of bagels and garlic herb cheese spread. While I was eating it. I found something hard and found out it was human finger nail. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic.

The first time I was given an all grain bagel instead of my ordered jalapeño bagel. I made sure I shared this detail with the person there when I went in the next day (because I had to try the jalapeño bagel). My intent was to make them aware so they catch these at their end. They noted the feedback and made my order on the house.This is definitely an above and beyond expectations response, which is deserving of appreciation… because everyone makes mistakes, it is about how you handle the situation after.

Bagels were good but bagel dog was so cold I chose not to eat it. My fault for ordering that I guess. Stick to the basics and youll be fine.

My fiancé and I love blazing bagels in Redmond! We are here almost every week. The bagels and sandwiches are delicious and the coffee is always hot as well as the staff super friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the Bellevue location. If you have the choice go to Redmond. The wait time was very long, my hot chocolate was only half full and didn’t taste like chocolate, only steamed milk. My bagel also had very little cream cheese on it and I didn’t ask for light CC. My fiancé ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and it came out cold and the bagel wasn’t even toasted as requested. Their coffee was hot so I give them that. Skip Bellevue and go to Redmond. Their quality of food and drink is way better and always on point.

Bagel sandwiches are good. I could try different bagel sandwich than what I used to have at Einstein Bros.I went on Saturday morning and it was very very busy, had to wait 25 minutes for my order. I hope they increase staff. However, the staff was very friendly and courteous even when under so much pressure of long lines and wait times.

These are seriously excellent, well made bagels. I buy a few bags of the day old bagels, half price, and throw em in the freezer. The basic sesame is a 10/10. I also get the everything, onion, and jalapeno cheese. These are boiled and baked as they should be.

Messed up both of our orders and when we went up and asked for them to be remade they looked us like we were crazy and then were rude when giving us the “correct” order which was done by scraping off the wrong ingredients and adding the right ones. Horrible experience

I love Blazing Bagels, but really disappointed in how they ring up simple orders. Beware of overcharging. The below order was $2 more than had they itemized as a custom order... the person working the register asked the manager if there was a better way to ring this up and they just shrugged their shoulders...

Such a fan of the lunch box! It comes with a drink, chips, pickle, potato salad or coleslaw, cookie, and custom bagel sandwich! So good and for under $15!Staff is really friendly and accommodating and the food is good. Only complaint is they arent open that late (I think they close around 5 or 6) but its the perfect place to stop for lunch or breakfast!PS. The pizza bagel is amazing!!

Stumbled on this Wonderfully casual little hole in the wall. Great bagel sandwiches with delicious schmear. I’ve missed the days of bagel bakeries. Hearty and piled high. Delish....bagels that come from the bread aisle of the grocery do not compare. Service good. Highly recommended.

I used to have just a 3 star review for this place for some reason, but I have to change it to 5 based on this bagel I had! I switched from egg and cheese sandwiches to bagels with cream cheese and that ended up being a wonderful decision. This Beechers cheese (limited special) bagel was AMAZING. Seriously incredible how much I could taste the Beechers. Then topped with plain cream cheese, it was so delicious. My mouth is watering as I type this but sadly it is night time and they are closed right now.

Blazing bagels has a big selection of bagels with many flavors for everyone! My wife and I went there for breakfast and it was great every time we went! I had a delicious pesto bagel with cheddar cheese egg and breakfast sausage super yummy!! 😍🤤🤤🥯🧀🍳🍘. The homemade coffee is a sure winner with a variety of flavors to choose from. We enjoyed our time in bellevue and I highly recommend this bagel shop if your passing by!!

My first time going the other week and the bagels are amazing!I like the section of half off day old baked goods, the brownie and rice krispie was chefs kiss.Their M&M cookies are wild good too

Vegan cream cheese!!! Be aware that these bagels are authentic New York bagels - extremely dense. Personally I prefer Einsteins unauthentic bagels, but these tasted great, and of course I was very impressed by their vegan bagel toppings. And a bakers dozen is 14 - whaaaa???!!! :-)

The best place you could ever go for breakfast or for a lunch or for whatever. The bagels here are fresh and delicious! Any bagel is good, their muffins and brownies are also delicious.Try the pizza pepperoni bagel with ham, pepper jack cheese and chipotle cream cheese.

Bagels are very much an east-versus-west kind of topic. For what they are, these are good if you want a dense bagel and are used to that. Theyre made fresh and theres nothing like supporting a small independent shop.
