Just bought my first Audi last weekend at a different dealership and came into Audi of Bellevue today for the 30k service since it’s much closer to my apartment. Im interested in buying an E-Tron GT and visited this location to look over an RS GT in the showroom. I drove around the lot first, it is cluttered and cramped. It does not feel orderly. The showroom is mostly empty. 3 cars on the floor and I was the only customer out there. There appeared to be ample employees around however I hung around looking at the 3 cars for maybe 15 minutes before deciding to approach one of the salespeople to get a closer look. The salesperson was very nice. I asked a few questions about the car, the salesperson was not able to answer any questions, admitting I dont really know a lot about cars. What? I was then told that Bellevue Audi tacked on an extra **$50,000** to the price of this car which by my calculation brings the final price to around $235,000 out the door. My experience here was utterly ridiculous. 2 stars instead of 1 because the salesperson was truly a nice person to talk to.

I had a unique issue that required a part to be shipped from Europe. Bradley, my Service Representative, was communicative, cheerful, and very helpful. We communicated by phone and by text message, which I really found to be handy during the workday,. I had a loaner car for the duration of the repair, and the pick-up and return was very easy. My car came back to me in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service department.

I took my car in for 20000 mile service. My car was ready sooner than promised and they washed it which was great. The location is very easy to get to. John was my service advisor and he was friendly and very helpful. There were no loaner cars available for me but if I had wanted to wait another few days to take my car in there would have been. I wanted my service done before a road trip and was able to make arrangements for pick up/drop off so it was not a problem. I definitely will continue to take my vehicle for service to Audi Bellevue.

Thank you to the Service and Mechanic Team for going above and beyond to service my Audi Q7! I called in and the appointment schedule was booked until the end of the month... my car was virtually undrivable as the EPS system had been triggered... the incredible team talked me through the emergency drop off system and were very clear that it was based on work schedule availability...... BUT they did everything they could and I had my car back in less than 5 days!!!! INCREDIBLE service and concern that my car was essential to this soccer moms schedule :)

Have had nothing but excellent customer service at Audi Bellevue. We’ve purchased a car, had other purchases inspected and had all our Audi’s serviced here with great care. Night and day difference between “other” dealerships and service and overall quality of Audi Bellevue. Ive visited other Audi stores in Seattle and they do not compare. They remodeled last year and it’s such a nice drop off experience now. Daniel in service is top notch.

I have had some unpleasant experience dealing with Audi Bellevue recently.My lease is up in October and was considering either buying off my current car or getting a new Q5. The sales person continued to text me at random times starting in June if I wanted to go in to check out the new Q5 even after I told him that I will reach out later. He was very persistent with his text messages, so I thought he would be helpful when I really hard to sell the new model. However, when I was in the store to check out the new Q5, he only showed me the car that was sitting in the showroom without offering a test drive to actually show me the new features. I was not impressed with the new model at all and thought he wasnt even trying.. He simply provided the lease quote for the exactly same car (same color/same tier but a newer model) without even telling us what other colors are available in the store. When I asked him about the maintenance package/extended warranty that I could purchase for my current car, he simply told me that I can call the Audi customer number to get these information and he doesnt know much about it. He didnt even bother to look at the current packages I have. I thought it was such a waste of time going into the store as I didnt get any helpful information afterward, not for the new model nor my leased car. Side Note - he continued to text me almost every week after that visit and asked if I want to return the car or sign a new lease. I was very annoyed about it cuz there is a third option in my case that I am going to keep my car.When I was on the call with Audi Customer service, they told me I can also go into the store to buy off my car. I thought going in was an easier process, I decided to pay it off through Audit Bellevue. When I went in to the store, the Sales person told me that there is a $1,000 inspection fee I have to pay if I want to buy off this car through them.. Its a required inspection as they are selling the car back to me.. which I think its ridiculous and no one has told me at any point that an inspection is required when I want to buy off my car from the store. I felt the required inspection is such a rip off as I dont need an inspection and its not written anywhere in the lease contract about this required inspection.This whole experience made me feel that the sales people at Audi Bellevue only care about selling. Once they dont think they can make any money out of you and you are not a potential customer, they stopped caring about the customer experience and they dont want to make any efforts to get your questions answered.I love my Q5 and I am happy with the servicing center at Audi Bellevue, but I wouldnt want to buy a new car from Audi Bellevue ever again.

On impulse, I saw a beautiful used Mercedes SLC300 hardtop convertible that they had advertised. I talked to Melissa on the phone, she was lovely and answered all my questions. When i decided a couple hours later to come in (I live on the island of West Seattle), I didnt let her know as she had asked, so instead Benson helped me out. He is amazing. I fell in love with the car. I indicated to him and Randy how I wanted to do the deal, and they adjusted perfectly to my cadence. Day later, I go to pick it up - it is perfect. Everything is ready. And Benson is just a gem. He laughed that he was an Audi guy who didnt know as much about Mercedes, but I respectfully disagree. He had a quick answer for everything I asked him. And he was funny and genuine, and I can honestly say that was the best car sales experience I have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Benson and the co-workers I came into contact with. Wonderful experience and I LOVE my car!

Days before my visit my Audi rep. (Tanbi) went over options and avenues of approach; models and trim levels. The day of we test drove 4 vehicles and landed on the car I later purchased. The second I said “I wish you had it in white because that’s my favorite car color,” she was reviewing inventory. This vehicle hadn’t been detailed for show yet but she brought it to me nonetheless (plastic protective covers and all) knowing I would appreciate every ounce of her effort… I did. Then she broke my heart slowly by announcing that my pre approved financing had funds delivery delay that was later verified. Thanks for lunch as well; I love Chipotle. If she didn’t know the answer she didn’t try to force or invent it.In the end it was the best experience I had with a car purchase. The drive back to central Washington was overwhelmingly comfortable. I hope all future Audi of Bellevue customers will have luck on their side when they call the general number and she answers.Sergeant, USAProud Audi owner.Onward!!!

Engine light on with a known issue that needs dealership software update, so went in to Audi Bellevue service.After the service, the engine light turned on again on the way home (with the same error code), called Audi Bellevue and was told that if come in again will be charged again for diagnosis.Went to a different Audi dealership instead, they found the software was not updated and fixed the issue, and recommended contacting Audi Bellevue for a refund.Contacted Audi Bellevue last week, still waiting for response from the service manager.update: the service manager and representative responded regarding the process and that the refund check is on the way. Overall they have been communicative and professional, and showed that they care. Will remove this post after receiving the mail.

Our sales person, Tan Tran, was a wonderful person to work with at Audi Bellevue. He was so helpful, energetic and positive. We werent even at Audi Bellevue to buy an Audi; we were there to look at a Mazda that they had. He was so knowledgeable and thorough while helping us inspect the Mazda and test drive it. The entire process with Audi Bellevue was smooth. When we are ready for our dream Audi A4 we will definitely give Tan a call. We cant imagine working with any other salesperson. Overall this place has been a mix of good and bad experience. Im sure this can be better if all the people are in sync. I have gone 2 times for the service to this place and have had issues in getting loaner car. The representative on the phone have no idea how long the service takes in the shop and dont offer the loaner. When you reach the shop the time estimates are higher and you are stranded for hours. However, the staff in the shop was helpful explaining the situation. It helps but doesnt solve the problem.

Each time, he has provided quality customer service. He is very thorough with explaining everything and ensures you are taken care of. I brought my car to get my broken window fixed. Although, I had an appointment, I needed to wait 5h just to hear that they need to order the window. The internal communication in the company is a total mess and they cant figure out whats needed for their customers.Also, they wanted to keep my car overnight as inspection was taking ages, despite my appointment, and did not offer an alternate transportation.2nd star is only for a few staff that were trying to be helpful.

I can’t complain about the work on my car and when I get it back there are no dirt hand prints anywhere.However, I think the reason I really like this dealership is because of my service advisor Dan R.Dan goes above an beyond to make me feel welcome. Actually it feels like l’m catching up with an old friend. He goes the extra mile.Two years ago, I went in cause my windshield was difficult see through at night and especially when it rained. That day, Dan wasn’t there and another advisor told me it was my wipers. I bought a brand new one and that still didn’t work.I went back on another day that Dan was there and he suggested that I let him clean it with a glass cleaner he has first before they do anything (just so you know I tried the glass cleaner, I tried vinegar at home and nothing worked). Walla!!! That took care of my issue.Then If there are specials running, he applies them without me even asking. If I call and ask for a call back Dan will call me right back. If he says he will research something and get back to me, he does that. Sometimes I call for random information and he is never short or rude to me.If Dan ever leaves, I will follow him. He is rare. My service experiences here have been so disappointing that I’m not coming back. Because, while they claim to fix things, they rarely solve the actual problem. And while they’re a large, full service dealer with lots of perks and bells and whistles, none of this matters when it takes multiple appointments and thousand of dollars to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time.In 2019 I took my car in because the engine was intermittently failing to start. It took four visits and four different services over 12 months to correct the issue. And each time they charged me for something else, acting as if trial and error was the only way to correct things. On the fourth visit, where they actually solved the problem, it was clear the technician did something novel and fully examined the engine.Even after this, on a return appointment in 2021 (I know, I know) I brought the car back only to discover that they failed to perform two of the three services I asked for, and the thing they charged me to fix didn’t fix the problem I brought the car in to have fixed.I immediately took my car somewhere else only to discover that what was needed was a mechanic who not only interested in discovering what was wrong, but took time to diagnose my vehicle and confirm my issue. They didn’t just plug in a computer. They examined the engine, which is how they found the oil leak that barrier Service said was only a faulty monitor.I’ve come to believe that Barrier Audi basically just checks the error codes and fixes whatever they tell them to fix. They don’t try to determine if anything else is wrong. Or if the error codes don’t tell the whole story. They “fix” it, charge you, and send you on your way. Waiving the charges for diagnostics and a loaner were my only concessions. But I would have paid those fees if the could actually fix my car correctly the first time.I was fortunate to have had a great mechanic once. Unfortunately, he passed away and unable to find someone else I trusted. I went to the dealer out of convenience. And returned aginst my better judgement because I thought history and loyalty might count for something. I know I was naive but it is what it is and I’ll move on. But learn from my lesson and don’t service your vehicle with Audi Bellevue.

I rely on Audi Bellevue’s service team for my cars routine maintenance. If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. Everyone from service to the sales team provides excellent customer service. However, scheduling service appointments with a call center representative can take a lot of time. And for some reason, their online scheduling/call-back system doesn’t work correctly to reserve a time. - Overall experience with this dealership over the years has been great!

I came to Audi Bellevue today. 10/30t21 to get help with my key fob. I was referred to the retail parts dept and was greeted by a very pleasant young man named Tyle. I got the error messasge that my fob was not recognized. He immediately confirmed my suspicion that the battery needed changeing.He got a new bsttery, instants it and l was out of there in 5 min! I recently had to take my car in for routine service and to repair damage from driving like a race car driver over a giant curb. My service advisor Ricky updated me regularly on the status of my car including additional charges for things that needed to be repaired. He also fixed a cosmetic issue on the side of my car that I had totally ignored for a year. I was allowed to keep my loaner for the days that I needed to as my work schedule did not allow me to get in right away to pick up my car. Overall a pleasant experience.

I have been servicing my car at Audi Bellevue since 2009 and have great experiences. During my most recent scheduled maintenance Dan Rubin, my Service Advisor, called to say my belts would be needing service soon. I appreciated the call and asked if they could keep the car and get this done. My only concern getting to work the next day. Dan did his magic and got me a loaner car! Tran who was our sales executive was so amazing explaining everything about the car and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. Sold me a car with AC compressor not working and when the car was sold they told me everything was in great condition. Once I realized AC doesn’t work I made multiple calls and trips to get it fixed. I love my car now though once the issue was fixed. I just wish someone told me this before I bought the car. On the repair sheet, they literally said that they were aware of the issues with AC compressor but the car was sold like what .

Audi Service in Bellevue is worth the drive. No nonsense, easy and thorough. Where other dealers shied away from a large, complex warranty repair job, they took it on, were cool and as far as I can tell the car is like new. 5th trip to the shop & uncommanded moon roof shade movement issue still not resolved. No fault codes shown, yet the cars shade occasionally moves on its own. Quoted $104 to replace $3.50 bumper tail light bulb that takes less than 10 minutes to replace it. Purchased extended warranty from Audi at the time of car purchase, but shop has no visibility of that warranty & its awkward. 52,000 miles & shop would not rotate the tires. Quoted about $5,500 for new set of tires and brakes . . . . Yikes! Nice they provide a loaner car & washed mine! ! ! ! !

This is the first time we have bought an Audi and had a positive experience at Audi Bellevue. Kevin, our sales person, was extremely helpful in answering our many questions and demonstrating some of the amazing features of the Audi Q5. There was no pressure during the process and the sales manager, Lucas, went the extra mile to close the deal. Making the decision to downsize cars and switch to an electric car was easy, finding a car in stock during the global pandemic and chip shortage not as easy - until I reached out to Audi Bellevue. Diana was awesome, confirmed by phone and text that the car we wanted was on the lot and treated us warmly (even with a toddler in tow) when we arrived. When we realized the charging cable didn’t make it into the car, they brought it to our house the next day (kudos to Josh) - all and all a good experience.

Amazing service from Nick Taylor. We drove 170 miles for our new Q8. Drove past 3 Audi dealers. Everything was worked out over the phone. It was literally, sign and go. If they message you and say they could doappraisal on your car just ignore it its a SCAM.They saw my ad on the internet and messaged me so I go there and without even looking at the car they make an offer which is half the market value.They are just trying to buy cars for cheap and make money. OK, here is my experience purchasing a new Q5 from this place.I bought a new Q5 from Audi Bellevue on 7/18/2021, but had to return it back to the store immediately after I got it on 7/21 because of a Vehicle Starting System: Malfunction issue. And now its already 8/9/2021, the car is still staying in this Bellevue store and having the same issue not being fixed.The sales man noticed the issue(vehicle starting system: malfunction - the message only shows for about a second after starting the car) which I didnt notice while doing test drive and he promised me it was a small battery issue and the battery will be replaced the next business day when service department back to work. I trusted him as the car could start and didnt have any functional issues I could see. They gave another new car to me for driving during the weekend. The next Monday, they dropped off my Q5 to my house saying the issue was fixed, but it was actually not, so I had to return it back to the store immediately after that . After a week, they told me they figured out what happened to the car(an alternator needs to be replaced) and a part sent from Audi will arrive their Bellevue store on 7/30/21 and promised after that the issue will be resolved. On 7/30, I had to call them to confirm I could get my car on that day, and was told the package was delayed, and based on the package tracking number, it should arrive on 8/2, I trusted them again. But now, its 8/9(three weeks from the first day I purchased the car), my car is still not being repaired. I contacted them again today and was told that they tried another way to fix the issue by running an overlay on the circuit and not to replace the alt and it didnt work.(So whats the package sending to you from Audi on 8/2)From the conversations I had with Audi Bellevue, I was told that I SHOULD blame Audi INSTEAD OF Audi Bellevue as Audi is the manufacturer and Audi Bellevue is only selling cars.This is just the experience I had with Audi Bellevue. From my perspective, I think I should blame someone, but maybe I should only blame myself for trusting Audi Bellevue too much.Two stars as they gave us a car for driving during these three weeks and promised to reimburse Uber costs while I didnt have a car to drive.

This Audi deal is providing some unprofessional service. We did car service and get all tires replaced in here. In my first drive in the highway next day, I got a tire pressure alert after 10 minutes drive! We checked the tire pressure immediately, all tires get 30 tire pressure and our car expected a 39 tire pressure. With a expensive tire service, we get 4 brand new tire with low pressure tire installed. What a basic check of any tire service should provide. We did so many car service and tire replacement, not a single a time we get such similar experience. We could get a flat tire or car accident with 4 low pressure tire. Very unprofessional.

Me and my wife were planning to switch to an SUV from Sedan and Auto nation made it possible quite easily. Diana Bidna (Sales advisor) was very helpful through out the process. She listened to all our requirements and found the perfect car for us. She followed up the right model from port and made sure it was available to us as soon as it was released from inventory. David Paris is STILL the best service advisor anyone could ever ask for! My car needed extended repairs and he got me a loaner and the work was done a week earlier than initially predicted. Top marks for the service department at Audi Bellevue! As I check out, the other advisors I observe seem very polite as well, but David has been my guy for 20 years (previously had a Volvo from the same dealership prior to Audi Bellevue switch). Thanks!

1st I thought I paid for an “all inclusive” 5 year maintenance plan for my wife’s Q3. When she got there, they told her that a tire rotation was not included in any of their service plans.What? I already paid a huge chunk for what I thought was a 5 year worry free plan. Nope. Be prepared. Audi is going keep changing for something that should be included.2nd I scheduled an 11am appointment to get the car maintenance completed. I understand maintenance takes time, but you would think if you have an appointment at a certain time it would get completed reasonably soon after. I had to call Audi 4 hours later only to find out that it was still incomplete. Why schedule an appointment if the work will not be done at around that time.The service man I spoke with seemed mildly empathetic to these issues, but at the end of the day, he didn’t really care about making sure his customers were happy.In summary, I’m not impressed by the Audi Bellevue Service Department. They have a lot of ground they will need to make up if they want me to buy another Audi there.

I’ve been servicing my car here and bought it since 2008. I moved away for about four years and recently came back here. Honestly the service has gone way down. To even try and get an oil change appointment I had to wait on the phone for over an hour then to check in today it took 30 minutes. They used to have free loaner cars but they don’t need more. Oil change about $90 for many years. Today when I went in they quoted me 220. When I asked them to break down each charge the guy took about another 10 minutes and then quoted me 200. When I asked him what the difference with the $20 was he just said oh our system didn’t add it up right. I’ve had a Lot of good years here but I think I’m gonna start taking my service somewhere else. Between the wait and the up charge I’m not very satisfied

I took my Audi Q7 in for suggested maintenance based on mileage. The service department took complete care of me and my car. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it wasnt ready and would not be ready for a few more hours. I was provided a nice Audi A4 to drive home. A service member delivered my Q7 to my driveway that evening and took the A4 back to the dealership. I am very happy with the dealership and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Providing the vehicle feedback by video is also an awesome feature.I usually work with Alexis and she always go above and beyond. Ricky was the service advisor this time and he did a good job.My constructive feedback to the team is, my brake service went from a day job to 5 day job. I had a loaner, so it wasn’t a problem, but it would be good to let the customer know if you expect a delay. I had to call and check every day. Usually, this doesn’t happen.Keep up the good work!

And the car was returned stained (headliners with grease stain) and they didn’t even correct the clock after having replaced the battery. Certainly not a service level consistent with the Audi brand.
