Terrible service. We needed a valve ASAP so our remodel didnt get held up. The in-stock parts took six days to arrive. Every day they said it would be there the next day. We found it at home depot in the meantime - 2/3 the price but different part number, so we waited. Turns out, its the exact same part. The whole order was significantly more then the total price theyd quoted us. They offered a partial refund for our inconvenience, and said the manager would contact us - and reiterated that both times I called to follow-up. Its been months, so clearly they have no intention of calling back or following through with a refund. Im thankful we only ordered for one bathroom here and can take our business elsewhere.

Making all the decisions that go in to a new build has been overwhelming at times. In contrast, my experience choosing a wide array of plumbing fixtures with Ferguson salesperson Edgar Garcia has been enjoyable. His product knowledge, thoughtful advice and good natured patience made finding just the right items a pleasure rather than a chore. I highly recommend him and Fergusons.

I worked with Edgar today and it was such a pleasant experience. He helped guide me through all my questions and decisions for new fixtures in my kitchen and a 3/4 bathroom! I definitely recommend seeing him for your needs.I believe everything is by appointment only so the number of people inside at one time is controlled and they will provide gloves and masks.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Edgar, a gas range for our project was missed by us as well as Ferguson. After this was discovered we needed to find a way to get the range. Edgar was not able to find the exact model we were looking for in the local stock so he offered an alternate. I was not as willing to give up, with the help of another member of the Ferguson team we found several of the exact model I was looking for in other locations in the US. I contacted Edgar several times (left messages) and even drove to the showroom to try to get him to coordinate getting the unit. Edgar had no drive to help me, get the model I wanted. I ended up calling a different Ferguson store in a different state and buying the range and got it shipped to me. We have spent upwards of $100k at Ferguson over the last few years, it’s sad that some members of the sales team don’t value customers.

My husband I are remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and came here to look at sinks and faucets. They have a huge selection of high quality products with competitive prices. Our salesperson Edgar was very knowledge and made the whole experience fun and easy. We ended up finding everything we needed here, including a toilet and pulls for the cabinets and drawers. Would definitely recommend the store, and highly recommend Edgar as a consultant!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer. My order (3k < $ < 5k) was apparently not enough to be bothered with. Arrived on a Saturday morning and was told they were too busy to help me - or even place the order - because they were short staffed. (They are walk-in only on Saturdays.) This despite the fact that I was second in line, as I arrived before they opened and stood in the cold in order to speak with someone. (We are replacing a bathroom vanity due to damage from a catastrophic leak.) The way I was dismissed bothered me so much that this is my first Google review.

Update for below: they got back to me after a phone system problem and have thrown out the cookies. The glass did not come from them, it came from a supplier and they are in discussion.Warning: found glass in cookie. Tried to contact them to let them know but they didnt pick up after 5 min of calling.

Saturday is a browsing day and they typically will not do cousutations (we did get some help eventually, but that was not clear when we walked in). Cousutations can be scheduled for week days only. It can be overwhelming if you dont know what you are looking for. When we did ask for help it was given freely and we actually ended up with a mini consultation (we had walked all the way through the show room and picked out what we liked before hand, she just helped put it all together and gave suggestions for other pieces that might match better). Only the Seattle and Bellvue show rooms are open on the weekend, which is not super clear on the web site.

The sales lady told us we were a bother, and treated us as such. She begrudgingly placed our $3,000 order. Guess we didnt spend enough to make it worth her time. We never heard a peep once the order was placed. We had to figure out when they arrived and where to pick up our items. The Brizzo Litze collection leaks like a 40 year old system and its not even 6 months installed. Not a good impression. Will not be returning.
