Did amazing job fixing our fiber glass. Great family friendly office to work with. Took great care in working on our boat and fixing any issues we had! Hope we wont have to use the fiber glass repair anytime soon but will be back for winterization in the fall!!

My boat was damaged while I was in FL and I had it repaired by the Bass Pro down there. However, the paint Tracker (manufacturer of my boat) provided the shop didnt even come close to matching the actual paint. Tracker actually used Randy to perform a custom match and it turned out perfect. He did such a great job that when I had another repair, he was the first one I thought of to bring my boat to. I would highly recommend him!

Dont trust anything Randy tells you. Even if you get it in writing he will still try to wiggle his way out of it...if he cant wiggle out of it the he will try to bully his way into not honoring an agreement. I got the if you write a bad review-Ill sue you speech as well. Seems like a nice guy initially but it goes downhill quick.

This shop is very unprofessional and dishonest in the way they do business. They claim to be a repair shop that specializes in Seadoo repair and this is the reason I went to them. I unfortunately put my jet ski in the water and forgot to put the drain plugs back in, resulting in it taking on water. Once I realized something wasnt right the engine compartment was 1/3 full of water. I immediately took it out of the water and drained the vessel. Once it was drained I put the drain plugs in and put it in the water and tried to start it without success. So I took out of the water and left all the engine compartments open so it could dry out. I then took it to Metro East for repair. This is where the nightmare starts. They take two days to diagnose it, a total of four hours of labor. They come to the conclusion that the engine needs to be replaced at the cost of $3,600.00. So since its a 2000 seadoo I decided to just do an insurance claim, the jet ski isnt worth that much. So my insurance company tells me to have them do an estimate and to break it down into parts and labor. Pretty straight forward if you ask me!! But they refused give me a copy and said that they would only send it to the insurance company. So by now we are trying to figure out a day and time for the 3rd party investigator to come out and look at the jet ski. This was next to impossible to work out a time with the repair shop. Because it was locked inside of the garage when in fact it sat outside uncovered the entire time it was at Metro East. So after several phone calls between myself and the receptionist who by the way is the shop owners mother we finally were able to get something set up, the mother is not to be trusted with anything she says, she had the nerve to tell the investigator and myself when he asked me where the accident happened and I told home lake Carlyle that she always recommends lake Carlyle to her customers so they will tear up Their boat and have to bring it back to them for repair. So by the time it was all over with I got back a very dirty seadoo that had sat outside uncovered engine compartment and all, plus the spark plugs were missing and various wires unplugged and they received a check in the amount of $1,100.0 for an estimate fee and storage fees. Mind you they had the jet ski from 8/29/17 to 9/13/17 and that was mostly because they wouldnt send the proper paperwork to the insurance company. I told them I was going to give them a bad review and Randy the owner told me that he would sue me if I did. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING TO Anyone. AVOID It AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND DISHONEST!!!!

Make sure you get an outside inspection on anything your thinking of purchasing here. It will be money well spent before making a long trip.
