Just Parties was great to work with… they communicated with me in advance and answered all of our questions every step of the way from booking to pickup of the tent. The morning of the party we realized a lightbulb was out and the store owner came right away to replace it even though they had to come back later to deliver the balloons. We will definitely use them again- thank you for everything!

Called regarding chair rentals and the gentleman who answered wasn’t friendly and not the type of person I’d want to do business with. Conversation went a so:Them: How many chairs do you need?Me: 20Them: they are $1.85 plus tax (decent price)Me: Do you deliver? ( I’m located less than 3 miles)Them: Delivery is $60Me: Do you offer the option to pick up as well?Them: No but can call someone else to rent chairs.Me: Thank youSo because I asked if there was an option to pick up I was basically told to call somewhere else. RUDE!This little place has been in Belleville since I can remember (would go there as a child for balloons)However, this conversation made me go elsewhere.Not only did I find a better price but the place I found charges $15 for delivery and they are more than 7 miles away. ($1.25 a chair)I would of paid Just Parties price had the guy not told me to call elsewhere.

I found this place here on google maps and decided to stop by.first, its a mom and pop family owned business which we should be supporting.their service is phenomenal.she assisted me in getting all the items I needed and went out of her way to customize and make sure everything was just right for what I needed. dual birthdays.the price is very reasonable.one of my custom balloons deflated by the time I got home. I went right back with it and she simply replaced it without any questions asked.I have been back for other birthdays and will continue to come here thanks to their service and support.They have a multitude of other devices where you can also rent chairs for larger parties and so on. call them and dont shy away.she will take care of you as she took care of me.

I just walked in to Just Parties in Belleville NJ. I asked to have about 10 pink ribbon cancer balloons filled up. The couple at the store did just that. They asked me who they were for and I told them for me sister who just finished her chemo treatments. They were extremely compassionate and extremely generous. Definitely a store I will visit in the future because of the kind hearted folks that run this store. Best wishes.

I was in a jam , and no one was willing to help me.....until I called them.My Granddaughter’s first birthday was about to be a washout , but they stopped that disaster , from happening , and I will never forget that ; ever.Not only did they help me , they did so with kindness and went way out of their way for me and my Family - they were on time , adjusted to my constant changes , and always with a smile.Their work was outstanding , and they always let me know what was up as we completed the work.I’m mad it took me this long to tell the world what great people , and professionals , my new friends at Just Parties are - so I’m telling you now.Don’t do anything until you talk to them first - at least you’ll then know what best in class work should look like.Proudly ,Joe Gangone .

I have only ever ordered balloons from them but always provide great service-even for smaller orders. They are efficient and orders have always been ready on time. What always amazes me is the quality. They may not be the cheapest option but I have never seen balloons hold up the way these do. 3 weeks after the party, even the regular latex balloons are floating!

Throwing your own baby shower is very stressful, but having a company that has everything you need in one place makes it so much easier. Not only did they have everything we needed but their delivery service is A1. Our time for the delivery was 1pm and they got everything to the venue and set up by 12:45. (Before we even got to the venue.) From their customer service to everything else you won’t find anything better. I’m so glad I found them. Will definitely work with them again for any future parties!

Called to rent tables and chairs for my baby shower and I live in a building , they would be delivering the tables and chairs to the back yard , their policy states they don’t deliver to builds , ( which is fine ) but for your worker who answers the phone to not know why they don’t deliver to buildings and give a rude answer exact words while raising her voice being ( IDK WE JUST DONT ITS IN THE POLICY) train your workers to be more professional when answering phones , I wouldn’t have mind the policy being what it is but customer service is everything.

I hope Just Parties see this review..... My name is Gladys Gabbidon my son passed away 13 years on August 11th I have been renting tables , chairs, and tent from Just Parties. This year I had a major set back my pluming broke under my house costing me a great deal of money. I was not able to rent all the tables and chairs that I usually rented but I made my son a promise to always celebrate him for his Birthday on August 3rd . I called Just Parties and told them I will not be renting all that I usually rented at this time of year he said ok. I was visiting my sons grave site when I got a call from Just Parties he said Gladys how many chairs and tables you wanted I said i told you i cant afford it this year i only wanted the tent. To my surprise he said you will be getting the tables, chairs, tent lights, at no cost to you only pay for the tent. I told him I will call back , he did not know I was crying I was so touched by that it took me a long time to called back I cried so much knowing that someone would do that for me . I just wanted to say THANK YOU JUST PARTIES AND MAY YOUR BUSINESS CONTINUE TO BLOOM FOREVER. THIS IS THE BEST THING ANYONE HAD DONE FOR ME . I STILL CANT GET OVER THE KINDNESS HE HAD DONE FOR ME.
