I wanted to leave a review for a man who works here named Robert. Hes always a super nice guy and when hes working at the Starbucks he makes my drinks perfectly and has always been professional. I love seeing him there cause I know Ill have a good experience.

#1 target store around ! Very friendly , organized, and clean . The Management is top notch .

Distance is great and store is always clean. Its never hard to find what I need.

Because the man who checked me out was so nice and pleasant.

Curbside pick up is SO easy and quick. I can get whatever I need the same day I order it - usually within just a couple hours- and they are always very quick to bring out my order when I arrive. Target usually has what I need available for pick-up and their products are reasonable priced. I also love being able to vote for local nonprofits to receive funding from Target as a part of their Circle Rewards program.

Every weekend the shelves are empty at this Target. Even when they do have items in stock, you have to check the date on anything fresh you are purchasing because they constantly have food for sale past the freshness date (all Targets have this issue).The Starbucks has polite, and knowledgeable employees, they need to be better staffed on the weekend. The lines are long but that is the fault of management not employees.The store is smaller and has less stock than Fairview Heights and often items are out of place and the store is disorganized. I try to avoid this Target but it is the closest Target. If it is a disaster before the Holidays, I only imagine it will be worse.

Ease of shopping and various ways to pick up items verses coming into store if you choose not too!

In and out pretty quickly for a Friday night. I will say however theyre starting to rely more on the self checkout like Walmart. Self checkout line was crazy long. And only two cashiers in the normal isle. Not much for Christmas decorations either

This store has caught up with the guidelines for dealing with the pandemic.  Face masks are now mandatory.  A staff member is dedicated to constantly cleaning the carts.  Strategically roped off areas help ensure good flow of customer traffic while encouraging social distance.  The store is clean, well-stocked & well-organized.  Staff is helpful, friendly, but not too pushy.  Plus, they got Charmin toilet paper, just one per customer though.  Starbucks has reopened also.

I love this store. Not only good cashiers but always someone there to help you. I love the sign (I posted a picture here) that said that during the 2018 heat wave they were reducing their electrical usage with dimmer lights and less air conditioning. I didnt notice any difference in the store during my shopping, but the fact that they care about the community enough to do that means a lot to me. Also, I love the convenience of being able to order through their app and have it delivered to my car in the parking lot! Wow thats a nice option when my knee is injured!

Let me know where the general typical Target is a lot of cluster in the entrance and exits mostly employees it is handicap accessible but for someone like me who has physical issues as walking its not my go-to place cuz its very large can only walk certain directions and they have nowhere for you to sit down and most times the roller chairs arent available

I placed an order on 9-26-20 at 1:56 PM and it was ready by 4:13 PM. I picked it up at 5:41 PM on my way to give it to my Granddaughter. It was an in-store pick-up and that went great. In and out in a couple of minutes.

I enjoy going to this Target because from my knowledge they are only Target that has a cafe in the area that still pops popcorn fresh everyday. Ask for Alan in the cafe he will take care of you and provides good customer service!

Sign states face mask mandatory to enter yet seen shoppers and a checker without. Web site shows Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper in stock before and after my visit. Big lie! Hour later and still shows in stock.

This is our second time doing curb side pick up and we love it.

15 people in line and one checker. They were not sanitizing carts. No hand sanitizer available for public. It just snowed 8 inches and parking lot has not been touched.

Went to get mocha frappe at starbucks and flies were in their glass case just making that fluttering noise amd worker dont even care. How do they not get called by health dept. I have never nor am i ever going ro that nasty place again!!!!

I like the store because the aisles are very wide and things are kept in place and clean. Its very easy to move around and find stuff. They have a nice little small place to get something to eat and also buy coffee. Many check out lanes for a quick exit.

Friendly, helpful employees and a good selection of products. Produce is fresh and havent ever found any outdated grocery items. There are always good buys with or without the Target Redcard. I love the phone app.

This is the best target in the area! Its clean, organized and the workers are very nice. They always have just enough registers open to get everyone out swiftly and even the Starbucks workers are on point. Favorite place to go!

Decent all around general store. Dont go here though if you need tools or automotive stuff they really have little to nothing in those categories. Otherwise they have pretty much anything youd generally need.

Service for the employees

They have competitive prices, clean store, polite employees, and fresh meat and produce. I love that they stack a Target coupon with a manufacturers coupon, and they price-match too. My only complaint is that I have to go to customer service to price match (they cant do it at the register). Thats a bit of a pain.I love the dollar bins, too.

New location and very nice. Youre still in Belleville, so the folks are pretty much the same, but not Targets fault. I would recommend this place without a doubt if youre staying or working in the area.

Love, love, love Target for everything!! I buy my trash bags & paper plates only at Target. I get my K-cup coffee (Green Mountain Dark) for the best prices.

This is the cleanest most well organized Target in the locality. The staff are very responsive to any questions and the management is very nice. They dont allow long lines to form, but when the lines get long, the always open up another lane.

Super convenient considering there aren’t any other stores like Walmart in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful too.

You need to buy a lot there for them to acept your check. I tried to get my medications and they would not take my check. I have never wrote a bad check. I just dont shop at target that much , they are expensive, I cannot afford there prices. So I will not shop there any more.

Terrible. Cashiers here are too lazy to place bags in the cart. I asked the cashier to do so and she said they do it for “some” people and she looked at me and walked away! Sounds horribly racist and rude!

I was in a hurry and was trying to get in and out. I was literally 3rd I line and they opened another line for us. Very quick and yet still very friendly. I will be going back.

Was there to purchase a picture day outfit for my grand niece. The layout was easy to understand. Checking out was a breeze. Will be back.

Great prices Friendly associates.

This is my neighborhood target, and everyone is always friendly. I usually shop with my little ones, and today they were starting to melt down during checkout. One employee ran over immediately and started helping me unload my cart while talking to my daughters. They instantly stopped crying and crisis was averted! The added stickers made them smile as well. People like him are why I prefer shopping at target over other similar stores. Thanks for the rescue, dude!

There was this handsome cashier named Dylan Kelly and he was the nicest person at Target and he provided excellent service to be honest always having the worst day of my life debating suicide but he talked me out of it what a great man God bless and give him a raise.

While prices can be expensive, they have great options for everything. While planning my birthday party, I got most of my items from here for a good amount. You can get starbucks and food inside and the employees are friendly and try to help the best rhey can. 10/10

Went here looking for a laptop, picked out the one I wanted, pushed the button for assistance, it didnt work.Pushed the button at the electronics counter, clerk tells me they dont even sell those laptops anymore and doesnt know why they are still on display...Waste of time.

I came here with a friend with bad mobility problems and has handicapped parking access; After entering the store, I noticed no motorized carts were available, so I helped my friend back to her car and did her shopping for her while she waited for me; I later noticed a young woman maybe 5 months pregnant riding a motorized Cart while shopping with her other 2 young children; Not once did I see another adult with her to help; If she had someone to pick her up at the door when she was finished I could understand but she didnt- just got off the cart with her bags and walked out the door to her car! NEWSFLASH LADIES: Being pregnant does not automatically entitle you to one of these motorized carts! Do not use these unless you absolutely have to and think how you would feel if you had a disabled spouse or parent who needed one at a store and someone was using one who didnt truly need it; If you can walk across a parking lot and take 2 young children along with you without help, you do not need a motorized cart and my friends car was the only vehicle in handicapped parking; Please have respect for those that really need these carts! Target needs to monitor this more closely.

Purchased an xbox one game and when I went to open the game, there wasnt a game disk inside but a blank disk. When I purchased the game, it was sealed with the theft proof sticker on the case also was intact. I am not happy that this happened and hope the store will rectify it in the morning.

Great atmosphere and customer service.

Over the weekend, my grandmother asked for a Sunbeam mini fridge that was on sale for 54.99 last week. Amy wrote a note on receipt paper stating the fridge brand and product number. She then said, it will be put on hold. We came back for the fridge, and nothing is on hold for my grandmother. We spoke with manager Chad, who offered a different fridge for the current sale price of the Sunbeam 69.99. Since my grandma is on a budget it was out of her price range. Its disheartening to know that Target could not keep their promise.
