I called Twin Towing to have my car towed, as recommended by the Police, since AAA was taking 4 hours to come and I was at a dangerous spot. Car was towed to our home. I was unable to take the car to the mechanic for a couple of weeks. I had the car towed from my house to the mechanic via AAA. The AAA guy used the tow hitch that came with the car to attach the hook. The mechanic noticed that the tie-rod was broken and sent me a picture of it. The mechanic said that was from the towing. I called Twin Towing and spoke to Chuck and explained the situation. He said that since its been 2 weeks, they will not take responsibility for it. I told him the car sat in our driveway for 2 weeks, how would I know the tie-rod was broken, plus, I didnt even know what a tie-rod was until now. And when my car was towed to the mechanic by AAA, the guy used the tow hitch that came with the car to attach the hook, unlike Twin Towing that went underneath the car to attach the hooks. He said that I would have heard a loud noise when it happened. I said I did, but he said, I only said I heard it because he mentioned it. Regardless, they will not take responsibility for it. Next time you have your car towed and you hear a loud snap, please make note of it and bring it to their attention. They may have attached the hook to your tie-rod. Its a $600 repair. Please report them to the Better Business Bureau if they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake, and perhaps take legal action.

If you get in a very bad accident where you need to be towed (Parkway, NJ turnpike).... First thing you have to do even before the police gets there is to call your insurance company , which is a probably 1 hour wait b4 an agent connects with you on the phone .. The reason is because once the car is impounded at the towing place... youre not going to get your personals in your vehicle ,unless they know there going to get paid ✍️ by your insurance.... So you immediately u have to set up a claim and have your insurance company call the towing service so you can have access to your vehicle and get your belongings...

Twin towing saved my life! My insurance found a towing provider to help me after the flood in NJ and I had been waiting for 5 hours and they kept pushing ETA. Eventually they canceled my order. Therefore I called Twin Towing and they promised to arrive in 20-25 mins. Joe drove the truck arrive after 20 mins and spent another hour helping me to get my car and towed to dealer. They saved me lots of time and money so that I can fix my car in time. Joe is very hardworking, friendly and professional. He will smile to you to make you feel calm and safe and then help you with everything of towing service. This is a very excellent experience I have ever had!

Great prices prompt service

I wanna start off by personally saying thank you. During the snowstorm I got a flight in my pick up truck, a pick up truck that I was Borrowed from somebody. I saw his truck pulled over and asked him for help so we contacted the company and they dispatch somebody right away to help me. Keep in mind it was during the snowstorm with no complaints this gentleman helped me and got me get home quick. Being stuck on the road it’s not always pleasant call when you have somebody to help you right away a company like this made everything that much better. The tow guy Lorenzo was professional and courteous. Thank you once again.

My car recently broke down on the Garden State Parkway. What started out as a terrible situation, was made much better once Twin Towing showed up. The driver took great care when loading our car onto the flatbed and he was very pleasant throughout the entire process. Their facility is very modern and clean and all staff members were wearing masks and made a strong effort to maintain a safe distance. Though getting towed is never fun, Twin Towing made the experience as painless as possible. Thanks again!

The place is a disorganized mess. They are unable to understand any information over the phone. All information had to be given three times before the ratchet secretary could figure anything out. No masks or social distancing. I suggest going anywhere else and telling the cops not to use them for your emergency tow.

Disgusting place. No one is wearing a mask. My car got unlawfully towed so when I came to pick it up , the employee asked for my key to take the car out. I said no obviously. The man wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves. His shoes and clothes all dirty. No way was I allowing these unprofessional and unsafe employees in my Mercedes. Especially with Covid going on. This place deserves a negative star. The girls in the front are rude af!!! Horrible horrible place. Needs to be shut down

The lady I had an encounter with was mean, not understanding, demeaning, condescending etcetera. I had my documents in the car and I needed them badly..they wouldnt let me even see it. My car window was open and all the dust for the whole week had accumulated inside. If I would rate the company zero I would have. But am glad am not going to see that place again. Phew!

I was involved in a 🚗 accident in Belleville, NJ. I was struck by a driver who ran a stop sign. I suffered a concussion and emerged from it disoriented and in great physical pain. Twin towing arrived on the scene and towed my vehicle. When I arranged to pick up my belongings I found that some 💰 I had in vehicle was gone. My hand sanitary, wipes, car shampoo, and candy for uber riders were missing. When I brought it up to the receptionist and staff member I was ignored. I was so upset because after my accident I had to be taken to emergency room and never thought these items would be stolen. Twin towing took advantage of my situation and lined their pockets with my belongings. Beware! These people are thieves!!!!!

We were in a jam with a time sensitive container move and even under very short notice without any previous history with Twin Towing, they came thru 100% on time with both the pickup and drop off. My experience was not pleasant at all, from the time the driver arrived to pick up my car at the accident scene. My wife was waiting on me at the side of the highway where the accident had occurred. The NJ state trooper then assessed the scene and concluded that it was not safe for her to wait there. So she exited on to the ramp. All of this was happening while i was being assessed by the EMT. When I was done with the EMT the Trooper asked the driver if it was alright for me to ride with him being that my car was on the flat bed(tow truck). When all the paperwork was finished we exited the ramp and my wife was on the opposite side of the highway. Within 2 min. of waiting on her to get to the other side that I was on the driver told me he had to go. Its below 20 degrees and i was basically kicked out of the tow truck to stand in the cold at approximately 2300hr after being in an accident. He could careless. The following day i went to the Tow yard to retrieve my personal belongings and when i gave the receptionist my information unfortunately the insurance company didnt send over my claim number etc. just yet. The receptionist was extremely rude about it and just told me the price and I wouldnt be able to get my stuff until that information was sent or if i paid. My insurance company sent over my information within mins . Now I am able to get my stuff out of the car the keys were nowhere to be found. The first guy tried to break into my car to unlock the door, but was not successful. He walked away and didnt say a word to me. I was under the assumption that he went to; perhaps check for the key again or ask for assistance. About 10-15 mins had elapsed. I went back to the front entrance to find out what was going on. The person who was in charged had no idea that i was not able to get into my car. He finally called two other workers who eventually was able to break into my vehicle to only find that my key was in the cup holder. I hope no one ever have to endure what i went through with this company.

The company I used to purchase containers from, unfortunately, uses this company as its contractor to transport the containers to our locations.We had a time frame scheduled between 8:00am-10:00am. I arranged to have two of my guys on location to help with the container.10:15am - No container. We called the towing company (Twin) and they mentioned that traffic is brutal and that the truck would Delivery in the next hour.11:42am - No container. Called Twin Towing again and said the driver was JUST getting into my state. Another 1-2 hours until they arrive.I, obviously, get upset. Ask for answers. The owner of the company Joe threatens to have the driver turn the truck around.I wasted 8 hours of wages for my guys and had to postpone a drop off for my rental car because this company cant get their stuff together and plan ahead for Jersey/New York traffic.I mean I could be wrong, but if your in the transporting industry.. shouldnt you be taking the traffic conditions and distance into consideration before arranging a delivery?Have more respect for your customers and maybe companies will keep contracting you.

Professional and didn’t rush me

Worse towing company you could ever go to. Over charged us almost $700 for a tow wouldn’t even let us take our stuff out of car than tried to ask us if they could keep the car to junk it..which is ridiculous then they tried to over charger us for leaving the car there for less than 24 hours.

Not that having your car impounded is ever a great experience, the people here are professional and respectful. Their vehicle fleet is modern and clean. I am confident that they respectfully towed my vehicle with care and professionalism.

Super expensive on top of that to use their towing company it is really expensive as well. Only plus size was the actual driver from the towing company was a really nice guy and helped me out a lot.

Today Twin Towing brought seven forty foot shipping containers from Bellevue, New Jersey, where they are located, up to our property outside of Kingston, New York. Both my husband and I were thrilled with the entire experience. Not only were the drivers exceptional, they were friendly and a great pleasure to work with. The drivers arrived right on time, 8am in the morning, and one after the other drove up the long drive to deliver their container, turn the truck and trailer around in a tight circle, and leave. It was all done so professionally and smoothly we were very impressed.

Great experience with these guys. Towed my tri axle dump from tinton falls to Belleville. Mark, the driver made unbelievable time to my location and amazing time the way back. The office staff was great as well. Kudos to this company for doing it the right way. Hoping to not need a tow for a while, but if I or my company do, I know who to call. Car broke down on the NJ turnpike at 1am. Called 911. Truck came in 15 min. Towed us to the closest open Wall Mart 3.5 miles away on a flatbed and left us at parking lot. Price was fixed from the state $85 + $7.50 per mile. Professional and fast. No complaints.

My mother-in-law had an accident on Garden State Parkway with a van packed with her belongings. While gratefully she was ok it was a very traumatic and trying situation. Twin Towing was the company that provided towing services. They were absolutely great professionals. Christina was our contact and absolutely lovely. Christina and team made every effort make sure she was comfortable and stayed open to let us pick up all her belongings from her car. Thanks again!

Got into an accident parkway and Twin got out to me in less than 15 mins! Staff was friendly and professional, and rates were cheaper than I anticipated. They also recommended me to a body shop and got me back on the road in no time!

Twin Towing delivered our 20 foot container that we purchased from Interport (an awesome container company) and we couldnt have been happier with the service. Lets just say this place sucks and OVER CHARGES. Avoid at all cost. They have the worst customer service and lie about there prices. If it wasnt for just wanting to get home I would have fought them on their over charging me. I give 2 stars only for the 2 stars aka guys that helped me and went above beyond... Hector and Eli. If it wasnt for them, I wouldve never make it back home.

My bumper was not on my car when I went to go retrieve my vehicle after it was towed. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me the run around for about 2 weeks until someone finally told me theres nothing they can do about. They steal items from vehicles after they tow them. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was told to be here at 8am, no one was here until 8:45. Not one person had a clue on what they were doing. They wanted me go to different police departments for a release that was NOT needed! Wasted hours here when things could have been resolved within minutes! The policy of this company not to call when they are going to be late . I have been waiting for 3 hours plus. The manager has been unapologetic. He was like do what you got to do. The only bright spot is the professional way the receptionist handled my angry call. The manager should take some lessons. While he is at it he should learn something about empathy. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company.

They are thieves and liars. Everyone that is employed by the owner is scared of him. They’re also very rude and racist. They are insulting people that will not help you for anything even after paying for service. They put garbage in the car and charged for cleaning fee and did not clean ANYTHING! Very Dishonest! Car was damaged in their yard after being towed there. They refused to acknowledge the damage occurred there, even though it was obvious with the broken pieces laying right under the broken light lenses. Horrible Bold Face Liars!!!!!!

The best towing service you can get

Very rude and expensive. Wasted my time by trying to trick me into bringing my trailer in and prompting me to give them authorization to fix my trailer before they could tell me what it will cost. I did not authorize any work to be done to my trailer and soon after they gave me an estimate that was nearly double compared to most other places. Very happy that i did not do business with them.

Make sure you get everything out of your car before it goes on the truck.. these guys are unreasonable and thieves. Would give zero stars if I could.

I honestly believe they must get paid based off of how awful they treat people and who gives the most attitude/hardest time to people. But I mean I guess that’s what you get when you work at a job that doesn’t require anyone EVER wanting to go there. Let’s hope technology speeds up and they’re replaced by A.Is sometime soon

I actually wouldnt even rate this business with any stars 0 for service. Had our tractor truck break down at 5 pm on a wed night the night time person was very nice told us they would discount the towing by having the day time crew the next morning fix it. A $180 part which we can fix at our shop here in Maine in an hour took all day. Called to check on our truck and the office told us its in the garage we will get to it when good and ready. Completely RUDE and $1600.00 yes $1600.00 later and an entire 24 hours later my truck is on the road. I will NEVER use them again. Next time it will be roadrunner towing and truck all the way. Dont use twin towing they are a rip off and rude.

I believe that personal items were stolen from my car while it was being stored there awaiting appraisal from my insurance adjustor but it is my word against theirs. I have filed a report with the Belleville police but dont really expect anything to come from it. If I could give them no stars I would. To the person who did take my stuff (4 cases of music CDs), shame on you! May you get whats coming to you.

Oversight on my car registration cost me 435 dollars to get my car back. That was just for one night. In my opinion the cost was way too excessive. It is what it is.

They are the only tow company for Garden State parkway, my girlfriends car breaks down at 10pm on the GSP, Triple A refers her to twin towing...they take over an hour to get her and when she calls up asking where they are, they state they are THERE TOWING HER CAR!!1 They went to the wrong nissan and picked up someone that had only been there for 15 minutes and then proceed to drive past her and tell her it will be another 20 mins.They then tow her to an empty gas station in the middle of Union and tell her good luck they dont jump start cars or change flats. They made her get out of the tow truck and wouldnt even give her a number of someone to call and triple A told her 2 more hours until someone can come fix her car...mind you this is at midnight int he middle of a closed gas station in union.They are horrible human beings at this tow company and did not care about someones safety at all.

Car was impounded because of overdue parking tickets which I never received notice on , They destroyed the roof and trunk of the car and overcharged for storage , basically they are extortionist but get away with it because they are contracted by local municipality , If I had the time and money I would make it my life mission to put together class action law suit against theses thieves and put them out of business and put the owners in jail.
