Even called me before they were arriving so I had time to get to my drop off location AND even offered to drop the car off at a different location if I needed. Sold a car of mines and had to ship it a few states over. Called a few places before finding Grifo Auto Transport and they were significantly cheaper than others while also telling me that my car will be picked up the next day. Melissa was very prompt and courteous, got be booked right away. Will be the first place I call when I need a auto transport in the future!!

Emailed Melissa to get a car shipped from ATL to NJ. She provided a good quote within an hour. Had a driver in 6 days. Driver texted to keep us informed and the car arrived a day earlier. Very happy with the service. Will use them again.

It took a bit of a while to get a response after my quote to let me know the scheduling of my pickup was being worked on. Took a couple of emails. Then I got assurance that pickup would be within the week, and it was quickly set. Driver did very nice job of putting my car on the truck, quickly and competently. I felt my car was in good hands. It was delivered in Maryland the next day as stated. Driver took pictures of car at pickup but did not show the pictures at delivery. I think he should have because car went to another person. Delay on communication at start and no showing of pictures at the end are reason for 4 stars.

We have used Grifo twice now to ship cars from the Chicago suburbs to the Carolinas. The driver in our last shipment was particularly efficient, courteous and fast . Exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. The Grifo folks responded to us quickly when we reached out to them for service. Again, exceeded our expectations for responsiveness. Highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are brokering freight without a broker bond and after you haul the load for them they refuse to pay you. Their payment terms are 30 business days but the owner thinks because she does not have to pay until she gets paid. They are SHADY AND DISHONEST. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

First time shipping a car. I decided to search locally after getting bombarded with spam calls and emails from a car shipping quote website. Funny enough the quote i got from calling Grifo was lower than 90% of the quotes i got from the spammers. (Its been exactly 1 week and im still getting random calls from out of state numbers)Anyways Melissa was really helpful explaining the shipping process and always responsive to calls/emails. She was able to get a driver 1 morning, the car was picked up in the afternoon and delivered at 8:30am the next day from NY to NJ 240 miles away.. I didnt pay anything until the car was delivered. It was a good experience, will definitely use their services in the future

Non-Payment. Do not recommend this company to anyone. They broker freight illegally without a broker authority or bond. Also they refuse to pay you until they get paid even after you wait their ridiculous 30 business day terms. Still waiting on payment and no reply from the owner Melissa Grifo.
