I rate it a zero.... out of most the ice creams.... we were charged more then the posted prices ( charged us almoat 10.00 for 2 like it dishes of ice cream) and when we questioned that the employee said she cant help what the computer charges... would do nothing to correct it and then after we sat down she came back and was yelling across the restaurant about it at us..... poor quality, it ended up in the trash and we are lovers of Cold Stone but this was a terrible visit... had to repeatedly ask the rude employee for her name and she just kept asking why I wanted it ..... Will not return there for sure...

Terrible service and selection almost as bad.

Went in to get ice cream stood there waiting i was the only one in there 3 employees was just standing there on their phones guy finally walks over asked what i wanted i told him said this is front of you is all we have like only 4 flavors so i picked up and left went to the back for like another 3 minutes came out asked me what bowl i wanted which i had already told him took him another 3 minutes to put the ice cream in my bowl which was a mess very slow service no greeting at the door nothing seemed like they wasnt happy i was in there get home to eat my ice cream and took a bite and felt something spit it out and i had foil in my ice cream very disappointed will not be going back i would rate this as a 0 but wouldnt let me so it got a 1

Very very very slow, ice cream very soft and mushy, not cold at all, sloppy mess

Walk in and an told they arent doing ice cream right now. At 5:00 in the afternoon. No way to know if they are actually serving ice cream or not
