Came in on a Friday night around 9:30 to buy joysticks for a switch, they’re locked up in a case so we needed someone to open the case for us. We asked multiple employees for help and they went in the back to tell the night manager we needed to get something out of the electronics case. They said they would be out to help us, thirty minutes later the manager still wasn’t coming to help.We caught another employee on his way to the back named Tim to ask for help, and he was so amazing. He found the keys and got us what we needed, the manager in the back that we’d been asking for had enough time to inform Tim that he needed to walk us to the front to pay for it. Probably why they stayed in the back for 30 minutes rather than help us out.Tim is awesome, and should get that management position. He’s clearly better at customer service.

Will never ever in my life go back to that store. Went in there to get an apple i phone case. The little walrus was so rude. That I just left all my shopping right there and walked out. I’d rather pay extra and have good service. Walmart go Biden yourself

Very clean walmart, great clearance, friendly workers. :) the freezers were all fogged up so in order to get what I needed, I had to hold it open. Thats not a complaint, but I always feel bad holding a freezer open. They had everything I needed in stock, which is rare for a Walmart honestly, usually Im having to substitute something. 👍

Shop here a lot. With having 5 kids it is the best bang for our buck.

Typical Walmart. Still difficult to find an associate for help. Although they are more knowledgeable about where the products are located in the store. I still dont like the self check out. Still your typical Walmart shopping experience.

Did not go in was picking up an item for someone else. After waiting for 20 minutes as a young gentleman to check on items for us, seems they never listed us as being there, but he went and got it for us. Very nice and great service.

Walmart has almost everything I need at the lowest prices.. I love the supercenter in Belmont.. employees are very nice an helpful. Their bathrooms are always clean.. at least the ladies room.

We go almost daily and its still a great place always treat you good and good prices

The best prices Ive seen on packaged meat from the deli that Ive seen across 3 counties, cashiers very friendly and went out of there way to help 10/10

I mean, its your basic walmart store. If youve been to one, youve been to them all. Seemed pretty busy, especially the checkout. Could be a product of needing more workers, as everywhere does.On the covid side of things, I think I saw all of two customers in the busy store wearing masks, so if you are concerned about that, you may want to order online.

Food was very good. Ashley was our waiter,she was very nice. Our relatives from Texas was with us and they thought it was very nice. Wish they had a 600 in ElPaso.

Hope you like self check out cuz thats pretty much all thats ever open. Employees have always been helpful when I needed it so its not all bad.

Convenient place to go! Has almost everything. The problem I have ran into (which is everywhere) has 2 checkout lines. They do however have 2 great self checkout centers.

Cant hardly walk. No motor chairs. And everything is so far apart. It was group nicely

Nothing in order. Prices not as marked.end caps was a mess. I got to register and the price was different than on the shelf.they didnt make it right either. All over a disappointing experience

Store was nice, more stocked than I expected and had the one thing I needed.

I use pickup & delivery to do my grocery shopping. Ive done this for 1 1/2 years. They always give me the best dates on my food, milk, cheese, etc. Very friendly & helpful.

I wish theyd stay open later again, but otherwise its a decent Walmart

This WalMart is a very well ran WalMart I opinion. The employees are kind and helpful as well as on top of their jobs and know what role to play. Everything almost seams to run like a machine. Its a team effort but i still have to say that management is on the ball.

Very nice place to shop at and very helpful ppl to help you find things. They have a Wood Forest National Bank there and I had a problem to deal with and they were helpful as well. Very happy here.

I liked the fact that I can get through the isles

I had a very rude cashier who thought she smelt alcohol and would not to sell liquor to me. It was 2 in the afternoon and she embarrassed me in front of the customers in front of me and behind me. So humiliating! I actually asked for a breathalyzer! I called the manager..no returned phone call. I called the home office and they said they would compensate me. Then within the hour, the store manager called me for information and to apologize and wanted to make ammends to me. I transfer nursing homes and customers from the local community to shop at Walmart for food, medications, personal items, food for there animals, and everyone always buy a6.97 bucket of ice cream. We will not return to the store unless I receive an understanding apology and some kind of gift card, a percentage off certain items, etc.. until I hear from you, we will continue shopping at Meihers...35 miles away...you are losing at least 6-7 thousands dollars a week for profit. You should be generous to your loyal customers.

Very clean, like every walmart not enough workers, but mgmt was very kind and helpful. It was not packed like most stores, parking was easy with good close spots for elderly mother and they made sure mom got a motorized cart.

Weve moved out of state, and one thing I miss about Michigan is my local Meijers. It was great to come back on a visit.

Lots of bare shelves, have a hard time finding items I am there to shop for. Also does not have fast checkout unless you do self checkout.

I miss the old WalMart. We had to wait quite some time for assistance to confirm a price in the frozen foods; however when the associate did get to us she was knowledgeable and polite.

Was a joke, waited almost 20 minutes for assistance at the sporting goods counter. Asked a employee if anyone was working the area and he paged for assistance then walked off. Asked three more employees for help and same thing paged for assistance at sporting goods and left.

Walmart is the same one stop shopping destination it has always been.

I try not to go to Wal-Mart alot. Its always to crowded for me. I like to go where there are less people. But, thats just me. Try it out for yourself. Just dont forget your face mask before entering.

I’ve been hesitant to leave a bad review, but after continuous visits with no help I’m left no option. Management at this location is absolutely horrible. And the mass majority of the staff is unpleasant and rude, not to mention lazy. The past few visits I have needed something from a locked cabinet. So after searching the store for an associate, they tell me they can’t open the shelves. Okay no big deal right? Try again. They can page and page someone, but no one comes. And when you ask what’s taking so long for a manager, the associates tell you to calm down and not be dramatic.

Its Walmart they always have what you need , however the Walmart located in Bellefontaine ohio , there customer service are horrible even the shirt manager is very rude. But you always give someone an understanding because nobody is perfect however when its everyday . Then there is a problem

Horrible store! Im so tired of walking into this location and there are NO carts inside! I had multiple items to get and had to carry them through out the store. I noticed a group of workers standing around chatting. Why werent they getting carts? Another time, 4 young workers were chasing each other around in the electronics dept. Ive seen many workers with ear pods in while working. Half the time, they have only a few registers open. There will be long lines. Christmas time was horrible with long lines and very limited registers open.

As usual its difficult to find an associate to help. Had the oil changed in our car and the guy who readied the order and took the information kept interrupting me as I spoke. It didnt take as long as expected though! Lines of people were waiting to be helped, while the ONE associate tried to get all of the orders and the other 2 people tried to fill them. With all the money WalMart makes, why cant they schedule more people to help the customers who PAY their salaries.... Remember this, .....if just for ONE day everyone refused to go to Walmart, you would lose millions of dollars! Pay attention! Stop spending money on 27 unmanned registers, pay employees what they are worth, and serve the public with respect, instead of dismissal!

This Walmart store NEVER has anything you need! The isles are always wiped clean of products.

Only self checkouts open with a line back almost to the milk. All the workers on other end by pharmacy hiding and being lazy talking to each other. Waited in line for a half hour just for the machines to not work either. Worst Walmart. I see why people steal from it all the time.

There cleaning products are starting to be stocked again. They still ask for people not to start hoarding products that are in demand! They are having sales for Christmas, so last minute shoppers might want to see what they want before items sell out.

Always the place to find everything your Looking to purchase and do all your shopping needs in one place.

Selection is poor. Out of many things.

This is just your typical country Wal-Mart. Good prices, too many unenthusiastic employees. Of course, except for the cashiers. There are only 2 or less of them. Wal-Mart (and some other stores) tries to force you to use the self checkout stations. Heres a hint. Some customer service training and cross training of employees couldnt hurt!
