BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I wanted to buy the Yamaha round logo for the FJR 1300 Gen2 side panel stickers, but they only offered for the Gen3. I kindly requested if they could make it for Gen2 and they did!! A week later the stickers arrived in a package all bent up by the USPS, I was kind of bummed out, I reached out to them and immediately without asking they send me a new set No Charge in a box to avoid any bending from the delivery service. Needless to say, I am super happy with the product and the company!!5 🌟 service. I strongly recommend this company to buy with confidence.

The reflective rear bag decals arrived VERY quickly (10 days to Alberta Canada) but the fairing decals had to be ordered twice as USPS seem to have difficulty with this product to Canada. I ordered Oct 8 and USPS tracking showed product sitting in South Beloit, Illinois from Oct 13 to Nov 4 before I finally received the product Nov 17. If I were to order again, I would pay extra and I would try to get the product shipped via a different carrier (Fed Ex or UPS) Great service from Alex as he did all he could to make sure I received my fairing decals. Unfortunately, Alex doesnt run USPS.
