Trent, in parts deserves a five star rating. However since the new ownership/management has taken over the saying, bigger is not always better has been proven. Over twenty years of being on a first name basis has gone out the window! Over twenty years of being able to order as many or as few parts as needed during the season and pay the invoice in full at the end of the month is gone!The complete dissolution of any loyalty towards this customer translates into a total loss of loyalty to this Belle Fourche business. I will go where I can get the lowest cost from now on. I will not pay a premium price to do business locally at a place that does not know or care who I am, and is only worried about their profit and cannot show any care for the customer.Remember guys, you need customers MORE than we need YOU!
