I recently purchased a pair of Resound hearing aids from Brad Vestal at Hearing Aid Express (Bellaire). These are so superior to my first set (another brand) and the help and support Ive received from Brad and his team far exceeds what I experienced at the other vendor.Highly Recommended!!

I bought Resound hearing aids from Hearing Aid Express several years ago to help mask Tinnitus. The warranty has long since expired, but I have brought them in a couple of times and theyve repaired them free of charge. Today I went in again, and within minutes Chase May figured out it was a bad receiver, and replaced it and I was on my way in no time. Great Service like this is what keeps customers coming back....Thanks for your help Chase.

Never again. I purchased a set of Resound hearing aids from the Bellaire office about 5 years ago. The dispensers, Brad and Norma, were friendly and always worked to solve all my problems.Now, there is a new guy in there, Chase, and Brad and Norma are gone. I came in for a repair. Chase performed no tests, instead started on the hard sell to lease me new hearing aids at $175 per month. I told him I didnt want to lease. He told me I could buy the hearing aids for $5600.All I wanted was a repair. $500 says Chase. And only a six month warranty. And I really wont like my old hearing aids. All this guy tried to do was upsell me. I walked out. I will never deal with these people again. He wasnt there to help me, he was there to peddle hearing aids. Thanks but no thanks.

The entire process with Hearing Aid Express has been very pleasant. From scheduling the first appointment, ordering the Hearing Aid and the appointment to fit the hearing aid. The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They will also work with your insurance company. I highly recommend hearing Aid Express to anyone that is needing to get a hearing Aid.

Ive been going here ever since I knew I needed hearing aids. Got my sister and mother to go as well. They are truly incredible people to deal with, especially Gloria, the receptionist!

I bought a pair of Resound Hearing Aids from this location several years ago which cost me a fortune as they cost more than ten times a regular pair with the understanding that they will be repaired and adjusted as long as I have them. This hold true with the past crew (Norma is one of them) until the current new person was coming (just found out his name today Chase.) When I came last year for a tune up, he told me that my pair was too old and he was servicing then like doing a favor only. He tried to hard sell me new powerful thing and talked down on mine as not worth a thing but to me with regular maintenance they were invaluable.I set up an appointment before Christmas for a reprogram or adjustment and today when I show up, the front desk told me that these are too old, the software no longer available and if I need to check up just drop them in the box, bring to him for check.I don’t know whether this person coming to this location with his mission to sell or it was his company’s mission. But it was conducted bluntly, rudely with past customers an I concur with Wayne Herbert comments about this location with this person.

Warning, they do not stay open till 5:00 pm like the the Internet says and the sign on the door says.I drove there in heavy traffic on Friday afternoon to drop off for repair, arriving at 4:54pm — Six minutes to spare. Plenty of time to simply drop off my hearing aid for repair. They were closed. They left early.

I got my first hearing aids from Hearing Aid Express 21 years ago when I started having trouble hearing instructions from the TV truck during Astros telecasts. I just got my third set of aids with improved technology and am well pleased with them. Music sounds so much better. I can follow the dialogue at a movie or play much better. I didnt realize how much I was missing. Brad Vestal did a great job fitting me and all the people at the Bellaire office in Houston have been most helpful. Sometimes I stop by just to say hello.
