I love ice cream! BR is my go to spot as it it near my house. I love how they have different flavors that they add each month, very excited to try them out. When they added some flavors for Stranger Things I thought it was so cool and they tasted so good. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a nutty coconut and Jamoca ice cream on a cup. They serve a good size and the taste is excellent. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Very good experience

Came back here for the first time in a long time and it was not disappointing at all! Great customer service from the staff especially Anthony, even with all the covid rules, he treated us well and was VERY patient with our family. wonderful smile too! definitely coming back here.

Bad costumer service. We come here with kids every week. We had a really bad experience today, my wife took walnut flavor and the walnuts tasted off even a bit old, we went back in the store to exchange the ice cream and instead of understanding/ apologizing she told us “it’s only for people that know how to eat walnuts” and “this is the last time”That is definitely not the customer service I would expect from a place that respects itself. This is definitely the last time I’ll buy there.

Got a birthday cake here ordered and it was fantastic, came for a quick dessert one day and had bad customer service and was hard to hear them cause of the way the inside is set up.

I had bad experience I could not use a restroom I bought the ice cream and I was waiting in the store and the guy he was so rude and he was kick out of the store

What else can I say besides DELICIOUS!!!! They gave all the classic BR flavors as well as new ones. Theres a nice selection of cakes and frozen pies as well. I wish theyd bring back soft serve ice cream. :)

Thank goodness for BR! Same tastes and flavors Ive had for 50 years. The place had great service and plenty of parking.

Friendly and efficient. There was a family ahead of us who couldnt decide what they wanted and because we did, they waited on us. Its summertime so they have my favorite chocolate almond. John tasted the lemon custard and decided on that instead of his usual chocolate malt. Tables were clean and not sticky from previous customers. Place was very busy and the employees were still helpful and friendly.

My son loves this place. For me the ice cream is a little bit on the greasy side. Every location I have been hasnt enough parking lot. They have good offers once in a while.

I had so bad experience the guy was on the counter there was a boat guys and they can’t eat inside but we were standing over there we didn’t have no chair so I told my kids to just stand and eat but there they told us like you need to get out you have to stay outside and eat if you want to but you can’t eat in the store thank you so much is really bad I had a bad experience over here I don’t like it

I had the best icecream in this place. The guy at the front desk suggested caramel mixed with cheesecake flavoured ice cream in a waffle sprinkled cone. It me be a little too expensive for just a cone but it totally worth it.

Do I really have to say anything? Ive been going to this location since I can remember, literally. I love that its still there. Reminds me of the old Kips that was close to there. The Big Boy was right there on Bellaire Blvd.

I came to this place at 8:54 and they turn off the lights and when I tried to ask the person who work there to let me in he said no I cannot! You said in google map you close at 10! I came minutes drive for nothing!!

I have been a loyal customer since I was in elementary school I am 55 years old and I never got tired eating at Baskin Robbins I used to work at Swensens Ice Cream Parlor and I have noticed that there are other ice cream stores that does not last long 31 Baskin Robbins has been around for many generations and years in Houston at this location it has the most neatest toys that you cannot find anywhere anymore that are collectors displayed it on top of the selection of different flavor of ice cream to enjoy to Taste and to eat and to order:-)! They even have ice cream birthday cake well-stocked and made very fresh and you get different flavors :-)! I love 31 Baskin Robbins one of my most favorite place to go to even my son loves their ice cream and to work there too:-)! But, he has to quit because hes going to college! I would like to recommend to all the people who loves ice cream especially foreigners to come visit 31 Baskin Robbins and eat and taste their ice cream:-)!
