Staff was rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. Didn’t want to help until I kept asking and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about at all. I am a sprint customer and it’s sad that I now have tons of problems I never had before. Not worth dealing with this company.

This place is just terrible! Every time I go in they try to get me to buy something I dont want nor have a use for! I made mention of a promo they have going on. I was told that I had to activate a new line and lose my phone number in order to do so. Or...I could buy a tablet and get a phone for free. In either case I would lose my phone number, or so the employee would have me believe. He was really pushing me to add a new line after I told him, multiple times, I dont need nor do I have anyone I would like to give it to. I really needed a new phone so I entertained the thought of losing my old number to be able to do so and I was about to pay nearly 200 dollars. Turns out the store didnt have the phone I wanted so I had to go to a different location. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for; new phone, same number, no additional line, NO BS and for a little more than 70 bux. Dont waste your time going to this place. Go to the store on Bellaire and Hillcroft. This store doesnt care what you want. The attitude here is this is what I am going to offer you, take it or leave it. Trash 🗑

I wish I could give zero rating for their customer service, I went there today to change my account from post paid to prepaid. The guy over their was first not willing to help us buy by chance the manager came and told him to do it. Then he kept us there for 2hrs and finally when he changed our sim the number never got activated and now I have some random number active on my phone. He asked us to wait for few minutes, then 2hours and now he said it will take 24hrs. Such bad customer service.

I Dont want to post any negative comment but Im gonna have to be honest anyway. Last month December I come to this store just to pay my bills. This guy employee Ricardo had made me change my plan that I wasnt interested. I told him No multiple times and I kept telling him Can we do another time? I just wanna pay my bill and leave, thats all. He didnt seem to care or not taking my advice. He was very pushy and forcing me to buy a new plan. When him and his manager explaining to me that youll get a good discount with auto pay. So I accepted the new plan that I though I was gonna get a google map international wifi that I dont have to worry about changing sim card whenever I go travel to overseas and use it. But I wasnt sure exactly. Until I found out another day come back to the store again, the other employee help me check it just to make sure... but they told me it was not include it. I was upset and unhappy that the employee Ricardo lied to me and made me change the new plan and now Ricardo telling me that I was agree with the manager. HONESTLY, Ive never want it to agree anything! I have already said No. Why they cannot accept my decision?! They dont listen. I was been force by them, all I know is that they trying to make more profit. No wonder why he so pushy😡 I only come here to pay my bill. Ive never ask anything! The new plan price month was too expensive for me and Im in the budget. When I say No if the customer say No. They need to respect customer decision but they dont, seems like they dont want to give a customer a chance. Its totally ashame. This kinda pushy behavior is totally unacceptable.... I am sorry Ive never want it to be rude this way but this is how I felt when a pushy person lied to me by ripping me off.... Since he already helped me that I told him to remove that plan and gave me a discount. Im gonna have to give two stars. If this would never happen the first place, I would give this 5 stars. If he didnt help me anything I would put 1 star but I prefer 0 star. I wish I could go back to my old plan that I used to pay. Too bad its gone. Thanks to him for wasting my time and I regret it all. I shouldve walk away from this store. I DONT LIKE PUSHY SALESMAN PERSON LIKE HIM! IT IS VERY ANNOYING AND IT IS NOT RIGHT TO FORCE CUSTOMER TO BUY THINGS THAT CUSTOMER DONT WANT. SHAME ON HIM ESPECIALLY WITH HIS MANAGER! THE NUMBER ONE GOLDEN RULE! CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! This is going to be my first lesson. Next time gotta becareful. Avoid pushy salesman at all time. If I were you, go to the different t-mobile store. Dont make the same mistake like I did. Lesson learn!

I went here to add a line to my existing plan. We had to update some things, but they ended up getting me a better deal. They were very helpful and friendly. The process ended up being surprisingly pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location.

Typically you have to wait forever at T Mobile but its always fast here. This last time Marvin helped me out, he was very efficient and answered all my questions, very helpful. This is the T Mobile store to go to. Excellent customer service!

Every time I come here, it seems to be always busy. Takes forever to just pay one payment that will take under 5 minutes.Another issue I have is usually theyll write my name down, and when it seems to be like 5 people or less in the store they dont bother to look at the list to call names.Last month I upgraded to Note 5, it amazed me that the guy who first told me said it would cost me only $5 with tax, he did not include about switching me over to the new jump plan without telling me. So when I came back to get my new upgrade, thats when I found out that i needed to move to the jump plan and didnt include that I would pay $55.They need to make a station where you can pay your bill and leave instead of waiting over 30 minutes.So if you have over an hour of free time, by all means come here. But if youre in a rush, might as well go to another store.Also, a chick who works here got done helping a customer and just walked to the back while Im starring at 2 workers slacking off, barely 2 customers in the store, and no warning that the chick will be back.Horrible place.Usually the staff here is nice, but only one chick here makes it well. Sadly dont see her when I come in.

At first I went to a different TMobile store and they where telling me I would have to pay $390 for a new phone! Obviously I said F that. When I told my husband what happened he said off the rip that didnt sound right so we went to this location instead and right away after I explained what I wanted and what the other store said they ran my information, told me I only needed to pay 120 for the phone I wanted! A BIG difference. The staff where really nice and in the matter of 20 mins I walked out with everything I wanted.

These people jacked me around. They told me I could get a free Samsung galaxy phone if I bought one but then after all was said and done they said I could only get it if I changed my plan and added a line. This was really disappointing because they didnt mention that till the end and then said I would have to pay restocking fee to change it even though I hadnt left. I would never go there again. Find any other T-mobile store.
