I’ve been going to Prestige for several years and the service is great. Today my car battery died at work. I called Moody and he said he could take care of it. Thankfully a friend was able to jump my car so I could drive it over. When I arrived, Moody had already ordered my battery and my car was immediately pulled into a bay. Since his two employees were out sick, Moody changed out my battery for me! Now that’s great customer service! Based on my years of experience I find it hard to believe the bad reviews are true and written by actual customers. As a woman I appreciate Moody’s honesty and explanation of my car problems; unlike every other mechanic I’ve been to. Thanks for the great experience Moody!

The best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. The owner seems like a genuinely great guy. He was able to squeeze us in when my light turned on during a road trip. He took care of us quickly and even offered us breakfast, which turned the initially stressful event into a nice memory. I would go to this shop for everything if it was closer to me.

I had the best experience here! It’s close to my house, so I stopped by for an annual state inspection. I had some lights that needed replacing so I left my truck with them. They did a great job acquiring the parts from the dealer and updated me on the process. I was able to pass the inspection and went to get my registration sticker right away.The waiting room: sparkling clean! It’s more like a doctors office. I’ve never seen a cleaner, nicer waiting area. Wow! The garage itself is also clean and organized. So impressive. And everyone working there, mechanics and the owner, were so friendly and helpful. I love this place! Will bring back my vehicles each time.

Repaired brakes 3 times. Every time they said they couldnt find a problem, and every time the brakes failed again.VERY lucky coast off of the freeway without being injured or killed.Do NOT use Presitge Complete Auto Care. They do NOT know how to do brake repairs, and do NOT stand behind their work.

I dont leave reviews often but this was to amazing of an experience not to review! Not only was it the most cost-efficient place in Houston but it was an all around wonderful experience! They were both quick and thorough in completing oil change, inspection, and vent change (as well as a cleaning which they comped!). The lobby was beautiful and the manager was professional and kind. Would recommend to anyone needing service in the Houston area!

Ive taken my Armada to Prestige a couple of times and have been really impressed. Moody is super proffessional and always takes the time to explain the service/repair needed as well as their recommendation and the components of the cost. The waiting area is very clean and well appointed. I also appreciate that after each visit I have a e-mailed report on all they did. Their pricing is also extremely fair! Id recommend Prestige to anyone.

Today was my first visit to Prestige. I was there with my infant and was amazed to find a spotless bathroom with a changing table. The waiting area is really kid friendly, with a small chair, kids laptop, juice, and pouches. The owner was extremely kind and didnt push any additional services on me. The whole experience was very different from any other auto shop Ive been to. I have definitely found my new oil change spot.

Beautiful inside! Very modern style with snacks, drinks, and coffee. The owner is really nice and approachable! I went in for a state inspection and they were very fast. They also washed and vacuumed my car for free!

After reading the positive reviews on NextDoor regarding Prestige Complete Auto Care , I decided to take my vehicle to them for service. Since I knew I needed new tires as part of the service, I called them in advance to make sure they could get the tires I wanted in advance so I did not need to leave my vehicle there for an extended period of time. They ordered the tires immediately and I brought my vehicle in the next morning for service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the owner, Moody. My first impression was this was the cleanest Auto Care shop I have been to. Moody was extremely friendly and professional. He reviewed the work that needed to be done and gave me an upfront quote for the repairs. I left my vehicle at the shop and he gave me a ride to my office. A few hours later I received the call that the repairs were complete and was asked if I needed to be picked up from my work. When I arrived at Prestige, my vehicle was sitting under the carport, repairs made, and it was even given a complimentary wash!!!! (A very nice touch) Since that service I have brought all 3 of my family vehicles there for a range of services and each time the experience has been pleasant. I am very happy to support a small business owner in the area and I hope you will consider him for your next auto care needs. On a side note, the waiting area is very comfortable and there have always been coffee, waters and snacks to enjoy while you wait. (Again, A very nice touch)

I had an auto accident that was covered by insurance. But the insurance was authorizing reconditioned parts that looked weather worn from a junk yard! They insisted that the parts were warranted, but I didnt want to take a chance with the front wheel, suspension, and brakes. Moody went out of his way to find after market parts in better condition, fought with the insurance company to pay more, and charged me a small difference that I was very happy with!

I just did the state inspection today. The staff is very friendly. The counter stuff helped me print all the details that I have to perform maintenance.Nice atmosphere. They also provide Marker and drawing paper for kids. Highly recommend

I visited prestige this week to get an inspection on my car. I was greeted with friendliness and the whole process was done within an hour. They even washed my car and vacuumed my rugs! I Waited inside which is very nicely remodeled and enjoyed some of the nice coffee they had out. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back!!!

I recently had both cars (same make, same year, different models) worked on at Prestige. One needed body work – a total “cleanup” to take care of years worth of dings, scrapes and scratches including re-painting the affected areas. The other had a problem with the cabin heating system, one so bizarre that even a specialist in the make had given up on it. Fixing this issue took many hours of research and trials but fix it they did.Throughout, the owner/manager Moody, was friendly, patient, and determined to complete these two projects to my satisfaction. I feel that he went “above and beyond” in terms of service, quality and communication with me. And I was quite satisfied with the final cost of the work on each car. Being right in the neighborhood was a big plus for me also.I strongly recommend this business for your automotive repair needs.

Moody was fantastic. I had an issue come up with my car on a Friday night and they were able to get my car in by Saturday morning first thing when they opened. They had the car finished by Monday afternoon and this included a car wash. They were able to identify the issue that was wrong, gave a quote and stuck by it. Overall would recommend and I will be using them for my auto needs going forward.
