Needed a new phone with a good camera for my blog. The gentlemen there were able to point me to the new S20 Ultra. I couldnt say no.

Its a great store with good service but it is one of the smallest AT&T stores I have visited, you gotta get there early though cause the place fills fast with customers

With recent storms knocking out power in parts of Bella Vista, my 68yo mother went by this store and asked to charge her phone for a little bit. They refuse to allow her any service.

Terrible - employee was condescending, patronizing, bored, uninterested, unfriendly, rude, etc., etc.! (No one else was in the store!). I am old and don’t understand new phones - he made sure to let me know how stupid I am! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - should be fired!

The employees here were very rude and judgemental. I bought a budget friendly phone as a christmas gift and it wouldnt charge after first being opened. When I brought it into the store the girl behind the desk said you get what you pay for and insisted that it was my outlet. They could have been more friendly and i will not be back to that store.

I would not wish having to do business with this store on my worst enemy. In general, it is a bad idea to go to an authorized retailer, as they have limited selection, but this must be the worst location to ever go to. They will do anything to make a sale, even if it means lying to you about the selection that you could have had through AT&T. They also have terrible communication with AT&T, and AT&T cannot control what they do.

Store is always nice and clean and associates are always friendly! :)

Friendly staff. Easy to find. But they changed the hours which doesnt help me. I work nights so its hard to go there and get back home to go to bed after a long nights work.
