I loved the store when it first opened. The store manager catered to our community when stocking items that we use daily. But now they see long lines and one of the clerks go on break and leaves frustrated customers to the other clerk. Plus they close down the store a lot during the day for a good 45min or close early like they did Friday 12/18/20. They need a good manger to get on those employees especially at night. Felt bad for the ones that walked to the store thinking it was open . Last I heard the store closes at 10pm.

Found many things for the kids school supplies very cheap even cheaper with coupons online some items are out of stock.. crazy thing if you like ps2 games they still have some in stock brand new

Some items are good price ,you get to save between 45cents to a 1.00 an item can cast you same or more the price .

I really love this store but I need carts so I don’t have to carry my baby AND the stuff I’m purchasing.

It’s dirty outside and inside! They never have bags. They make money by selling the customer a family dollar bags. Someone can get hurt with all those boxes full of items that need to be stocked. They are lazy and bad customer service. You need a new manager because the one you have orders items that our neighbor hood don’t use. And maybe you should order 6mos worth of bags. So you never run out!!! The outside is full of trash! It’s disgusting!!!

Me myself could not be much happier with Family Dollar for the simple reason I have misplaced my JBL speaker not going where I misplaced it Im roughly getting 5 days later at Washington Family Dollar Im a very young beautiful girl reach under the register to get her purse and handling my JBL speaker I was very impressed and captivated by her beautiful personality still works there and I am very proud of her very very attracted to and smart he knows he is love always Frank

The service is pretty great. The staff themselves for the most part, at least from my experience, are rather nice and seem to care about answering your questions. The products are there but if you dont find what your looking for it doesnt hurt to ask.

Its okay. Outside of the store is dirty and inside looks messy. The staff is friendly. Overall is good for quick purchases but theres usually a wait for the register.

First off the employees are rude. Horrible customer service. I dont feel comfortable going in there because of that. So there was no carts when I went in so I went looking for one and it turns out one of the guys had it to make his job easier so I grabbed the stuff and took it out to use it and then one of the employees comes and tells me that her Co worker was using it if I can give it back. Anyways horrible

As other reviews had pointed out... Dirty, dirty, dirty store, indoors as well as outdoors. Untrained staff, lacking in customer service and more knowledge about their inventory. Unfortunately it comes to no surprise since theyre continuously hiring new employees but usually have only two employees at a time... Which makes it vulnerable when it comes to thiefs.

Was ready to spend at least 25$ but their system is down and is going to take longOh well , dollar tree is close by. :)

She does not say her name on the receipt and that is why I will NEVER go back to that place nor my family and I do not recommend it badly!
