I rent from these guys whenever I need anything. Fair and reasonable.

I actually rent from these guys a lot and have dealt with every rental company in town and they are hands down the best! The negative reviews i have read seem mostly made up problems. For people who actually need equipment and rent a lot of it, give them a chance. I have never had a bad experience and spend $5,000-10,000 a year here. The customer service is top notch and the prices cant be beat.

Don’t bother with a reservation, they won’t have what you need when you need it. On top of that their equipment is constantly falling apart, then you get charged to fix it. Rent somewhere else!

Good counter service and the equipment was in good condition and was clean. I only needed a floor sander for a few hours so I appreciated the four-hour rate. My only beef was with the insurance – was a pricey add on. Probably would pass in the future.

Amateur Rentals is more like it - Id give zero stars if I could. Had equipment reserved for well over a week. Called 30 min ahead just to confirm they said, yeah, cmon down and pick it up. Got there and they said they didnt have what I had reserved and what they just told me they had ready. Complete amateurs. Zero stars for these guys.

When they asked how much it cost to rent a clean ladder, they literally laughed. Quotes for times on the phone not at all what they are in person. Ill rent from anyone else before I give this company one more time.

They changed the price about 3 time for a rental canceled my first rental don’t waste your money go to a better and more professional place

We have been frequent renters from Pro Rentals and have never had an issue. I had a forklift reserved for half a day once and at the last minute our freight carrier notified me our freight would be delayed 2 days. Pro said no problem and just rescheduled for two days later. I appreciate doing business with other businesses who focus on people, not just business.

Good place to rent heavy equipment but the delivery fees are killing me ....Im already paying over 200 a day ...still I can get the jobs done with ease due to these rentals .good people too.

Do not rent from these guys!! Rented us broken equipment, service guy couldnt repair, they charged us full price anyway. Asked for a manager to dispute, and he will not return calls! Never again. What a rip off.

Repeatably terrible. I have rented from these jokers 5 or 6 times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive dealt with uninspected, faulty equipment. Twice now theyve sent me off with damaged trenchers and the one time I rented a compressor from them it blew oil all over a customers driveway when I started it up. I am disgusted with the lack of equipment maintenance. I, the renter, should NEVER have to make field repairs on their gear or explain to my customer why they have strains on their driveway.Use Pro Rentals as a LAST RESORT ONLY.

Dont rent from these guys, they will say you damage equipment when it was already damaged before you rented it.Never ever deal with these guys again!!!!!

Rented a lot of equipment from them, had some issues with a repair, but they stepped up and took care of it. Will rent from them again, and would recommend them to others.

The best place to rent anywhere

These clowns are the most poorly managed group of insufferable halfwits Ive yet run across. I call three days in advance, and they didnt bother to schedule my delivery. I ask them for a bigger bucket, which they claim they have, then they proceed to deliver my machine with the same bucket they had that I said I didnt want. Never, EVER, rent from these hooligans, I know I wont be coming back.
