I’ve been going to Rose for my permanents for the past 5 years. She’s AWESOME! She’s so flexible and easy to work with, and I highly recommend her. Adela is terrific, too, and I love them both!

I purchased a gift certificate last year. The person went to use it this year and the owner wont accept it. She gladly took the money last year. Dont go to this place owner lady is terrible.

I am only leaving a star so I can comment. I am very disappointed. I sent my brother to pick up a 150.00 gift card as a birthday gift. That was last Feb, 2020. In March, 2020 everything shut down due to Covid. Gift card was brought in recently Feb, 2021 to be redeemed and it will not be honored. There is no experiration date on it. But it wont be honored because she doesnt believe it was bought... now how would my brother have gotten the gift card to begin with?! I will not support this business anymore and I will do all I can to spread the word of this dishonest operation. Obviously you know nothing about customer service. Sometimes you have to take a so called loss to keep your clientele happy. I wasted $150.00. Shame on you.

Rose is the best. She has cut my 94 year old Aunts hair for over 30 years. She had some catastrophic events come up in her life, but she still came in on New Years Day and cut my Aunts hair, laughed as only two good friends can, and made sure my Aunt felt so special. Ask for Rose personally. You cant go wrong. Now, she cuts my hair, as well.
