They always over charge me then had to sit with them for hours trying to fix it every single month be careful people they’ll take your money and very poor service also talked to the boss Mr. Frank Denish he’s response is if you don’t like it leave so I’m thinking they know about the over charging

Fernando and his crew were responsible for unloading my belongings via his company Gonzalez Moving and Storage. He was able to accommodate to a delay caused by the loaders and unloaded the WHOLE TRUCK in 1.5 hours when it took the other crew 4 HOURS to load. He was quick, professional and really nice to talk with! This self storage location is very nice and secure! Theyre even a U-Haul dealer with 24 hour drop!Whether it be self storage or a moving crew, you can count on Fernando Gonzalez and his crew to get you taken care of! Spread the word - this is how people should run their businesses!!!Thanks again, Fernando!

I have used Ultimate Storage for both personal and business storage needs. They are very reasonable in price, reliable in service, and easy to work with when ready to move in or out.

My only complaints are minor. However important. First, the are not open 7 days and second, there is no emergency number to call for when they are not there.Other than that, Ive used Ultimate Storage for over 2 years and am happy with the staff. It almost feels like home.

We were helped my Fernando and he was just amazing. He helped me make everything fit and had trucks ready every time I needed them. Go here for great service and friendly help, you must see them. We have used so many moving and storage facilities and never had better service!!!! Thank you Fernando.

Worst storage ever.Weve been with them for a year because for half the year weve been attempting to empty our storage but we werent able to due to:-Gates dont work so we have no way in-Get extra lock when we have made a payment already-Office is usually close for emergencies-When tried to pay online, online payment is always unable making my automatic payments always late charging me the extra fees-When try to call for payment no one answers!As an active duty family our time in Beeville is very limited and weve have been trying to get out stuff out since December 2017, still no luck.I would give zero starts but Im force to give one.Only good thing about it is customer service, when theyre open or someone answers which is almost never but guy there is very friendly and attentive.

Low quality customer service. Not willing to help the Customer out is key to a disastrous company.

BEWARE, this company has exhibited bad business practices in terms of illegal billing practices. DO NOT USE ultimate storage for any of your storage needs. Go anywhere else!

Ive heard bad things about this business, they constantly bill customers with late fees even if they are on auto pay and there is no possible way they could have been late. Do not use this business!!!

Shady company with shady billing practices, do not do business with this company if you do not want to be screwed over.
