Definitely my favorite place to go for “fast” food.The food is always great but, wow, how long does it take to throw a burger together… geeze!Whether I’m ordering a few combos or just an ice cream, it’s always “please pull up and wait for your food” and wait you will do! A single ice cream cone or 4 full combos it’s always a 7 minute wait at minimum!! I don’t know what the DQ in KENEDY is doing different there, but they have their stuff in order. A minimal wait time if there is a wait at all and I’m ordering the same stuff!!Perhaps DQ of Bee wants their customers to enjoy the anticipation of the experience, foreplay if you will.
Long waits and the last chicken basket gave me good poisoning. Never again. Needs to get cleaned up!
Its pretty decent the wait can be long but nothing you can do about that. Price is good the staff are usually pleasent
Not the fastest food in town but worth the wait! Love to come here for a good, made-to-order burger or a quick stop for a blizzard (Oreo cookie is my vice). The staff here are always warm and pleasant to interact with.
Dairy queen is my favorite new place. Fresh food and great customer service and workers are very friendly.
1st visit to this location and less than satisfied. My BLT sandwich was awful. The bacon 🥓 was overcooked and tough as nails. 1st and last visit!!!
So I called in my order so i wouldnt have to wait inside. Long story short. I had to wait in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes. Because they wouldnt move a car that was there before me. I was the third car in line. Then they tried to give my order to the car in front of me. And 20 minutes later when I get to the window they gave me my order cold. So i asked for a fresh order. So i waited in the back. When they brought my order it was cold. I will not be back for a long time if at all. This store in Beeville is going down hill as service.
My food always comes out perfect. But prepare for a wait.

I have enjoyed eating in many Dairy Queens across the state of Texas but never have I had a better meal than tonights in Beeville. The crispy chicken sandwich this not to be missed. Enjoy!

The only reason why this place is getting one star is because the food here is decent. Their management had the audacity to call a favor runner rude when the favor runner was only trying to explain why they could not co-mingle the orders together
We stopped in for a blizzard with chocolate in it and they gave our dog plain vanilla; just a little taste.

The food was disgusting. The fries were soggy and not even fully cooked. The chicken tenders looked,felt,and tasted burnt. The gravy was gross and even the ice cream. Very disappointed wouldnt go back.

Service was quick, food was great. However, one thing I noticed the red trays they bring out your food on need to be washed and cleaned. I had to throw away a few fries that were touching the tray when it was presented to me. 😳🤮gross!

When they run a special they should be clear on the hours of the special. They go by the hours on the register so, tell people the special ends at 3:55 not 4:00 BECAUSE We tell time by the correct time on our phones and watches not your stupid register! Or how about you set the time on the register correctly? Rude! Also, make sure people know the correct hours of specials. One employee says it different from the other.
The food is excellent. Always fresh and hot.Perfect portions. You wont leave there hungry. Great desserts

I ordered a dude with cheese... a few bites in I notice no cheese. I went back and explained the problem. they took the sandwich back and they gave me my order after getting to work I discovered they literally put a slice of cheese on the partially eaten sandwich.
They didnt cut my damn toast.... Other than that... It was good.😂😁
Went to order 2 ice cream blizzards and from time ordered till I received was less than 5 mins. And personal were very nice and friendly, I highly recomend, its a place I would take my whole family too, . Without hesitation. And the place is very well kept and clean. I give this business a triple AAA+ in all categories.
Dairy Queen is excellent place to have some delecious food with family i like their half price sale you can get all drinks and milkshakes try it for your self

I’ve been in this store many times & although the service hasn’t ever been 4 or 5 stars, tonight is the worst. The two women behind the counter have got to be the rudest people I have met. The place is disgusting.If you pay attention to behind the counter you will realize how dirty the place is.The fry oil looks at least a week old.Cups left out without a cover.Food not cooked to order is picked apart and slapped back together.Tortilla chips had flies landing all over them.Dirty wash rags left on counterFood on floorSlow service.And everyone looked like they had an attitude.The Dairy Queen in Mathis TX is worth the 25 min drive

I went in to order, its my familys 1st time in a DQ. Not mine but My Familys.. Ur COUNTER PERSONAL WITH PURPLE EYE BROWS AND A BIG ATTITUDE, SIGH AS I CHANGED THE ORDER ETC BECAUSE MY SON WANTED ANOTHER CHOICE. 1ST SHE WAS VERY RUDE WITH HER WELCOME YELLING.. I CAN HELP THE NEXT PERSON.. WTH HAS HAPPEN TO PEOPLE THESE DAYS... NEEDLESS TO SAY ME AND MY FAMILY WALKED OUT!! I WENT TO SONIC INSTEAD AND WAS HELP WITHOUT THE RUDENESS!!!! The wait time is a little bit of a wait, but the food is always hot & good! The service of the staff on the other hand is not so great. Most are rude, always feel rushed & like theyre just yelling in the drive thru.
2 ⭐⭐sThe food was good except chili cheese fries (fries were cold and tasted like they had them sitting there for over hour) but the rest of the food was good.The other reason Im only giving this DQ a 2 stars ⭐⭐ is because customer service is really BADd at this one and only location in Beeville. It 2⭐⭐ would of been a 4 stars but the staff walks around like they are NOT happy to be there, they walk around there like robots. Each time I have gone in there I dont get greeted, if they are doing something they dont bother to say Hi I/someone will be right you! Nothing... If anything they just look at you like they are mad at you for walking into Dairy Queen.

Worst service of any Dairy Queen in the U.S. I was there today at the drive thru. placed order, paid for order, asked to pull forward and wait as with EVERY car there. Waited 10 minutes. All orders were taken care of in the parking lot. It was the same way 1 year ago when i was at this place. No other DQs operate in this manner. Pathetic business operations.
