Amazing gem!!! Best cappuccino ever!! I was craving a croissant and the owner Duval found one even after selling out. My sisters got the honey creme coffee and said it was delicious. The owners son made amazing pastry bites too! They had an owner from Costa Rica there having a talk in the back which was also cool. I’ll definitely be stopping by again

Excellent customer service and great coffee that stays hot for over an hour in the stock cup. The coffee was strong but the more I sipped, the better it tasted. The owner who greeted me was very polite and engaged in Conversation. I told him that I was passing through from Killeen TX and saw his adds on Facebook. He stated that the coffee beans were fresh from Mexico and I believe him. Just a great cup of coffee!! I wished they were open on Sunday that first cup was addicting........

Very friendly manager (Duval), was working on the menu sign (wish it was online somewhere) so he helped guide us to some delicious coffee. It was raining and I’m sure he was all damp in the drive through. Great courtesy, good cause, great Honey Hazelnut Latte!

I wish u could have gone in to see their menu. I ordered the Caramel Latte and it was delicious. Thank you for the excellent service.

Coffee was pretty good, however the space is tiny and not conducive to anything but grab and go. Looked like the owners kids or family had commandeered the three tiny tables. Seemed more like their living room than a place of business. Be forewarned, the food menu doesnt exist on Friday and instead is replaced with a pizza which is really a boat of bread with some scarce toppings.

Im not from the area but I would easily plan a weekend trip just to visit The Coffee Barrel. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is delicious (I recommend an iced Honey Cream), the food is impeccable, but above all else, Duval and his staff are some of the friendliest, community driven and caring people on earth.Recommending this establishment to friends and family in the area. Best cup of coffee I have had in a long time! I’ve only lived in the area for about 8 months, but sorry I haven’t tried this place sooner. The owner was so hospitable and friendly. I live a little ways down the road from Beeville so mostly drink my coffee at home, but come to town for errands and will definitely be back next time I feel like treating myself. I ordered the honey cream latte with an extra shot and got it only half sweet or less sweet and it was perfect!! Don’t sleep on this little gem!

This place is so good I’ve tried the breakfast croissant. So yummy. Caramel frappe with almond milk. Is too die for 😍. We love this place. This place will make you a morning person for sure 😇

It was busy, but worth the wait. My husband and I both got a mocha frappe with an extra shot of espresso. Beautifully dressed and delicious. Reasonably priced compared to every other place that serves coffee. Owner was very polite and took the time to answer any questions.

I went through the drive through to run a favor. The order was not for me, so I cant comment on the coffee itself. However I can say that it took 30 minutes to get the order. Then when he gave me the clipboard with the receipt to sign he didnt give me a pen, I asked do you have a pen? He handed me one and said no need to be rudeI told him I wasnt being rude that he was expecting me to sign something without a pen and he continued to argue with me about it. I told him he needed to quit and he said he wasnt the one who started it I can not believe the way he acted. It was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. Just downright rude.

If you want a cup of coffee in the coastal bend there is no other place to even consider!! This is a family owned shop and every beverage is made with care and the finest ingredients. Top notch in my book.

The owner was there on my first visit. He was very personable and down to earth. I stopped in for a frozen coffee, but I wish I had time to lounge. The staff was very nice and provided great suggestions for my first visit. Not only are they the local coffee shop but they provide a lot to the local community. If you want the Starbucks experience with a home town feel this is The place to go.

This place is absolutely stellar!!! Very interested in what I wanted to drink, and made sure I got it. Reasonably priced. But the best part, community garden. This place is off the chain! Highly recommended!!! Id give it 10 stars if I could.

The owner met us at the drive through window & took the time to learn our names and where we were from which was the highlight to my experience ! I am a picky person with coffee & he was VERY patient, knowledgable, & made me feel heard . He was also very honest about what breakfast would be good . Prices were amazing ! I had the Creme Brulee Latte and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast biscuit, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly and I will definitely return to try another one of their many types of coffees.

The Coffee Barrel has excellent coffee drinks, both hot and cold, and the best baristas a coffee parlor could have! Great atmosphere and place to hang out! Open Mic Night is lots of fun too whenever they have it! All proceeds go to support a great cause too, so go grab you a great cup of coffee and help out at the same time!

The coffee is good, but space is limited. there is room for a great back porch, and if its developed it could be great. If your looking for a good coffee to go, best for 100 miles. Unfortunately if your looking to spend time at a coffee shop, there is not enough space

Cant believe such a great little coffee shop exists in Beeville. Better than most places in Houston. Ill come back everytime Im in town.

I tried it about a year ago and ordered a caramel macchiato, it was ok but a bit bitter. I tried it again today and ordered a Reeses latte. It tasted nothing like Reeses and actually tasted more like sour milk. Ive come to the conclusion that these people arent very good at making coffee so dont waste your time here.

Good experience each visit. Coffee is consistently good, and try the kolaches (my fave)! :)

I love the coffee​ here! Closest thing your gunna get to a star bucks in Beeville. Friendly staff as well. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is that drive through takes a while dont try to swing through if u only have an extra 5mins on your way to work.
