Its walmart. Lots of stuff, reasonable prices. Big store for such a small town and in an area that clean and stocked is not typical, it was spotless and had everything we looked for. Also good fuel prices so filled up after shopping.

It’s kind of hard to find help in the area but it’s always stocked and accessible.

Placing an online pick up order was pretty easy until it came time to pick up the order as is specified when editing substitutions Walmart is SUPPOSED to give the customer the flavor of product but better quality if not available according to their supposed better quality product garuntee and not charge the customer extra or give a refund for the difference in price for a cheaper product. I Never received this better quality product garuntee because when I ordered Owens regular breakfast sausage beeville super center wanted to substitute with Owens hot breakfast sausage. Beeville Walmart did this because obviously the two same brand products only different flavors are the same price therefore denying the better quality product garuntee. I would assume that when a customer orders a specific flavor that means they want/prefer that flavor USUALLY NOT a different flavor. They were supposed to give me a regular breakfast sausage but different brand and adjust the price if necessary. Same thing with the single red potatoes beeville Walmart substituted 6 single red potatoes with 3 russet potatoes although the pic says 6 russets they only gave me 3 (just saying). Same concept wanting to substitute a different flavor product. They could have given the cheapest small bag of red potatoes because that is the specific flavor/breed of potatoes I requested. Which in turn would more logically constitute the better quality product garuntee. BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT GARUNTEE NOT SAME BRAND DIFFERENT FLAVOR GARUNTEEP.s. I apologize if Im being too harsh the fact is experiences like these can complicate things when you have picky children/family preference and specifics matter especially when requested by a paying a customer. Even though I was frustrated, the staff was not rude.

I was pretty upset the other night when I had went grocery shopping, and as I was loading everything into my vehicle the half gallon of milk I bought fell through one of the bags and busted. So I took it back in with the receipt went and grabbed another half gallon of milk walked up to the customer service center and was assuming Id be able to explain and exchange no problems. I guess store policy states that once you walk out the doors its in your possession, and they are not at fault. I get it, I really do but I have alot of mixed emotions on this one. I know its happened to me before at HEB and they had absolutely no problems exchanging it for me since it happened while I was still on the property.

Always has everything I need for just about everything. Great place to shop for the every day

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!A friend had to call me to come inside to help her checkout because not even one register was open. Plenty of employees working, a greeter and a lady supposed to be working in self checkout too. Instead just essentially being another greeter. If you see a customer needs help, help them! Why schedule greeters but no cashier? I tried calling at least 3 times to speak to a manager but there was no answer in multiple departments.

Usually, I have a pleasant experience. But lately there hasnt been employees to handle self checkout belts. Or have any more open registers except the tobacco lane. Several of us who get groceries here had to use the little cubicle registers. There is no room to do this. So, for now on I will stick to HEB for groceries. Walmart for what ever HEB doesnt have. So Walmart in Beeville needs to hire more people ASAP. And stop hiring just friends or family.

Always super hot in the store. Only one register open and the rest are self check out. Constant register problems so it takes forever to check out. Their stock is terrible. You are better off going to HEB. Much better service and selection

Awesome location in beeville but good lord was it hot in the store I felt so bad for the employees they all were wiping their brow of sweat and having to apologize while bagging my items. Maybe thats something to work on other than that it was nice .

Theyre doing a good job. Speedy service everywhere but the fabric department where you could be waiting 10+ minutes for service. Their Produce is lacking and often wilted or bad quality vegitables find their way to the floor and stay there for way too long. I tend to pop over to HEB for produce, and often just go to HEB for my groceries.

Often seems like the local store discontinues some items I like in preference to items that turnover faster or provide a higher profit margin. Business 101 but annoying when you cant rely on them to have what you like. Also, they move things around and dont provide an easy way to find what you want such as an online lookup for a product and location. Quantities are often wrong so their inventory system is faulty and/or not maintained properly. Otherwise, they have some things I cant find elsewhere and prices are often lower than other stores.Update: If you order online and pickup your package in the pickup area, be sure to check it for damage or outdated merchandise, especially food. Theyre interested in moving merchandise/inventory and dont care about quality or customer satisfaction. To them, thats an outdated concept, just keep owners and shareholders happy... the people actually putting money in their pockets dont matter. Very often, inventory is shown as in stock online but when you arrive theres none to be found... even the store employees cant find the items. If there was a Costco nearby, Id give them more of my business. Over the years Target and Amazon have been good or better competition.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Management staff has no communication skills, no desire to right their wrongs, they will yell, they will argue, even interrupt you. Managers Monica and Danya, are inconsistent with reasoning behind they themselves breaking policy that my father is now being penalized for. Five imes they broke policy releasing funds to him under same name. Now that the funds are more than the rest .... They arent releasing them. Super disgusted with the way things are NOT handled over at this store.

I hate that this is the only place to shop in our small town. Some of the customer service is absolutely horrible.I like the ability to shop what’s in stock on my app and pickup at curbside.

I had a full cart of groceries and I really wanted to get checked out with a register with a employee, but as usual there was only one register open with a employeeand there were to many people in lineI have spent hundreds of dollars at Walmart. Unless Walmart starts opening more registers I will quit shopping at walmart.

I travel for work and go to many Walmarts all over Texas. I have to say this WalMart was the best one I have ever been to. It was clean the floors shines like glass. This store had everything. It was very well stocked and very organized. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. I was amazed! No other WalMart anywhere in Texas can beat this one. Alice Texas is the best. Thank you for your pride in this store. It makes a difference.

This Wal-Mart store dont honor their sticker prices that they have on their merchandise with all the correct information on it. Before going to check out we scanned it on the Wal-mart website scanner to make sure it was right and it was. Then we decided to go over to the store scanners and it had that same price. Finally we went to pay and they wouldnt let us purchase the car seat. They also said, They dont sell displayed item. We were told this price was on all displayed item and none of the others had it. We checked with a store clerk looking too and she couldnt find it on any other car seat on display. We were also told every car seat on display was tied down and not one of them were. I have a video of that and the ladies trying to cover up what they were telling me but didnt have any proof to back them up on why they wouldnt sell it to me. The first two pictures are of the item and, the third picture is of all the others car seat on display had display written on them somewhere--not ours. NO WE DIDNT LEAVE THE STORE WITH IT.

If you need to come by and pickup medications and you are a truck driver, will they allow you to park and get your meds then leave?

They only have one register open with a human . The rest are self checkouts that don’t work properly half the time! The Beaty section has opened boxes and crushed or cut open boxes of hair color! They always have horrible boxes of hair color! I don’t understand the problem?! Are they throwing the boxes off the truck? Why are they ALWAYS so badly damaged? Yet again, I have to return another one that is leaking! We are at the end of April and they barely have summer clothes in. The store is still closing at 11 every night! They need to go back to open 24hours! Wake up Walmart!!!!

First car of the day in the auto dept and i only needed an oil change but still took over an hour. I dont know how they prioritize their work but i think it sucks.

I always leave with something the prices are cheaper in Texas than in California.

I so wished the Walmarts in DFW were this well maintained, organized and had the selections that this one offers. Also, this Walmart does not announce every couple of minutes after 9 pm,that they are closing at 10. So, it was just an overall better Walmart.

Ive been here plenty of times and almost everybody knows that there is nobody over by the Electronics to help unlock, help or check out. Like today an older guy said he was standing there for 30 min and NOBODY asked if he needed help. I had to go find someone to help. I shouldt as a customer have to go find someone in a different department, that is an inconvice to me and other people. The lady that I found to came over to help him, was just flat out rude. He was looking for a phone case for his wife and she barely looked in one spot (knowing there are multiple spots with phone cases) and told him Im sorry sir, we dont carry that kind of phone case. Walked away to check out another customer. So I had to help find the phone case. (Me, A CUSTOMER!!!) And we did find it on the other side. Note: she did raise her voice at him. Than after we found it I was telling the guy that he can find better phone cases/screen protectors on Amazon for less too. And she buts in and says Ya I buy all my phone cases & screen protectors off of Amazon. 😒1: Be patient withthe slow or elderly2: Be professional, even if your frustrated3 Actually look before you say that yall dont carry it4: You are there to help of you actually cant find what they are looking for you can refer them to your online store/app or in this case Amazon5: Walmart please have more that 1 to 2 people in your Electronics Department.

Super sweet and good actually! I almost always choose HEB over walmart unless Walmart has something I need. This trip I was greeted by not 1, but 2 teams of staff, who were gifting new mothers a flower for mothers day. Walmart was also very well stocked (except for the diapers section), and the produce section I will have to say was the freshest looking produce for a Walmart Im pretty sure Ive seen. Thanks yall, keep it up and we will come back more often!

I had to get a sewer hose connector for the RV on short notice in the midst of our trip. I used the online ordering with same day pick up. Theres a big orange tower at the grocery entrance for these types of orders. You just enter your order number or scan the emailed bar code and the tower dispenses your bagged package. In and out in 5 minutes flat.

I did the grocery pickup on Saturday and I have to say I was very impressed. I cant remember the womans name but she was very efficient. Its so nice when things go well. Thank you walmart.

My wife and I have only visited this location 3 times. The layout and cleanliness of this store is lacking, compared to other locations.

Received a walmart gift card for christmas, tried to use it to buy items, would not work. Employee asked me if I had any money on it. $50.00. Its not working, can you pay with something else? Debit card, i guess you want cash back! Ugh, no! Omg! Went online, card showed a $50.00 balance. Tried calling every number, hit # for dept, instant hangup on their part. I printed receipt with Bal showing $50.00. Wanted to call before I drove all the way over there. Not a good number to be had. Employee was stupid rude. Do not buy their gift cards if they wont work with ya.

Im not crazy about shopping at Walmart but I will tell you the lady that did my check out did a fantastic job bagging the groceries and was very friendly I wish I had gotten her name. I believe she was Vietnamese

While I know Im spoiled because I moved from Waco, where there are several huge Walmarts with vast selections, this one still seems a bit underwhelming in terms of choices and stock on hand. Ive also found the checkers and other employees to be brusque and rude. There are two glaring exceptions. First, the women Ive dealt with who work the self-checkout area have been exceptionally pleasant and helpful, even when on one visit where I had trouble with my Walmart+ checkout, I growled that I hate Walmart. To still be so nice and helpful to me makes me sorry I didnt get her name to praise her to corporate! Those ladies are awesome and salvage what could be an unpleasant chore. And second, the lady who recently did my curbside pickup was the same, simply wonderful. I so much appreciate them, and recommend those options when shopping here!

Well i walked around in the shampoo and conditioner area. And i passed by 2 employees that were discussing how they were being teated at work. And they saw me wandering around making circles for a while. Neither bothering to ask if they could help me. This is not an single acurance this has happened before. And yes these 2 have been employees for yrs. Honestly this is the reason i dont freakwent your store unless i absolutely have to.

All the associates were very friendly, and even with everything going on with covid and the recent power outages they had everything I needed they were even just stocking up on milk! I will be giving them more of my business in the future.
