Great buying experience! Between GM Devon Nodland and Salesman Garrett Hayes I got the fastest and best trade on a new Ram 3500 I’ve ever had on any new vehicle purchase. No guessing, when I had a question they either had the answer or looked it up immediately. I spent no more than 3 hours putting my order together online with them, about a month for Chrysler to build the exact truck I wanted, and then about two hours completing the deal when the truck came in. Garrett taught me how to operate each now component I wasn’t familiar with and has assisted me a few more times over the phone while I was learning. I’m very happy with my new truck and know who I’ll go back to when I’m ready for my next truck no matter where I’m located. Failed to disclose policy information with Td financial. Made mistakes on sale paperwork and made sure that the manner to correct it benefited their dealership. Great at giving you the run around for months. They have been given every opportunity to rectify the situation but instead insist on ignoring all mistakes and errors. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Yet another example of how they either pass the buck or promise to do better next time, without ever really addressing the situation at hand. They are better politicians than a dealership.

Only good thing about this dealership is the sales people. Nicole and Erma are awsome. Bought 2 vechiles from this place. The first one which I bought in early March still cant get an answer on where the title is or who has it because they put wrong lean holder on paperwork. The answer I get everytime I call is We will check on it and call you back. Its end of September and still nothing on title. When I bought my second truck they tried to low ball me by several thousand on trade in and didnt fix it until I told them I would go to their sister dealership. If I knew how much trouble my first experience was going to be I would have never bought a second but I purchased it less than a month from first one. Financing there is a pain...service department still having issues with a problem they fixed. If you do deside to use this place talk to Nicole or Erma.....and I see they replied to call the manager, I have been calling and leaving countless messages to return my call with no call back.

It was a great experience working with Willow, the sales guy. Its unfortunate that they promised me my first 3 oil changes after waiting for 3 hours for their driver to get the vehicle to me, and said they never promised such a thing. Only to find out 10 months later that they sold me a vehicle with sctructural damage and failed to disclose that with me and even removed the page from the car fax report. They even listed the item as a clean title on their website. They avoided my calls when I kept calling about my oil changes and failed to send me my license plate mount for my vehicle. And have failed to contact me about the situation regarding the non-disclosure of the structure damage. Now my vehicle has depreciated drastically because of the damage that was never disclosed with me.Absolutely terrible place to buy used vehicles. I would advise not to spend your money here. You will be left without a vehicle and with an accumulated debt because of this dealership. Manager Jimmy doesnt deliver on his promises as for Willow.Shop on autonation or a major dealership. They wont scam you out of a vehicle.

Went in for a recall on airbag. That was fine. When I pulled in I said in my truck for 10 minutes. Sign said stay in your vehicle someone will be with you. Lady sitting at service desk looking right at me, she never moved had to go in.Asked if they could replace fog lamp bulbs, one was out. I know I would have to pay but they wanted $70.00 to change. Thats out rages!

Went in for an inspection and oil change/rotation. Everything was done in a timely manner, on a Monday afternoon. Only negative comment would be that I had to wipe the grime off my console and steering wheel before leaving.

Went the other day for a headlight for my truck. When I walked in through service Juan Garza helped me to the parts department and offered his service to put in the new part. If I wouldnt have been on a budget I would have ran my truck through service just for how he presented himself.

Ward service manager was very unprofessional and just generally didnt care about me or my truck. Drove my truck in for an oil change and was told it also had a recall for the door latches. I was told I needed to drop off my truck and they dont have loaners for me to drive. Told him I needed a vehicle to drive and he oh well cause they dont have loaners. He was not only rude to me but also to my favorite sales lady sandra. The service lady was very nice and sat back when the idiot manager started to talk digging himself a hole. Sandra told me to come inside and she talked to the sales team and was able to get me into a loaner vehicle. You might be asking why do I keep coming back. The sales team, service dept (besides ward), and Mike one of the managers. Listening to Mike talk about the dealerships mission statement to go above and beyond to help customers and build a bond that they want to come back. I know Mike and made a phone call. Have to say I didnt want to make that call to him but figured her needed to know about this. Mike didnt make any excuses for wards actions and apologized up and down. Because of the help and generosity of the service team normally, Mike and sandra I keep coming back. If you have a bad experience talk to the sales team or ask for Mike. Im sure they will make it right.

I bought a 98 Ford F150 here and was the title for it finally about a month later. Regular blue vehicle title. I had to replace the ball joints on it. When I crawled under the truck to do it I discovered that it was a salvaged vehicle. The title did not reflect that. When I called the salesman that sold me the truck and informed him that discrepancy. I was basically told I bought it aa is. I said that I was not told that was salvaged vehicle. Basically I was ripped off and had not been even be told that they would correct the problem. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone else.

They require you to make an appointment, and I was right on time. I sat there waiting for 2 hours for them to finish, while i watched the entire staff screw around. Why even make an appointment??? Places like this are going to make my next vehicle a Chevrolet...
