Laura is amazing! My fiance and I had awesome customer service there and she was so helpful with everything we needed assistance with! Best deals in town!

I went to pay my mother’s bill the other day and the girl that helped me told me that Laura didn’t work at the store anymore. I told my mom and she was devastated because Laura was always so nice and helpful when helping my mother with her phone. The lady that helped me had really poor English and it was challenging to understand her. I just want to know if Laura moved to a different store to see if we can go there instead.

The young lady that works there is always so very helpful and polite. She has great customer service skills and even when Im running in at the very last minute ( and I do that quite often) she never gets upset or hurries me up just to get me out cuz shes in a hurry to clock out and go home, instead she stays patient and helps with whatever it is that I need. She is an amazing person to have on your team and I truly hope that she appreciated and acknowledged for her hard work and dedication.

Ive been coming to your store a little over 2 years and Laura has been the one to help me every time I broken my phone Ive stretched my phone Ive lost my phone and Laura always seems to have an option for me or a cover to protect my phone she is just a great salesperson matter of fact I dont even know any of the other employees if Lauras not in there I just come back another day when she is because I know that she will treat me like Im the only customer that she has when I know thats not true so Im just letting you know that Laura is great you lose her youre going to lose a lot of business you guys are great and I hope you keep hiring great people like Laura thank you

I have nothing but problems since I have gotten this phone my texting didnt work they had to change towers my back arrow doesnt work cant download my information into my car its just always been something calls drop its just the problems going on and on just very disappointed I done the unlimited text and just like. Now have type cant talk in to phone going change phone service and they dont answer there phone

I called metro to be helped and the lady hung up on me as soon as i told her the reasoning that i was calling and I called 8 times and nobody is answering now . This isnt my first time having a problem with them .

The lady running the store is very rude and does not want to help. She trys to get you to spend more money on a plan before checking the availability of what you really need. Do not get a phone from this store.

The owner discriminates his employees and breaks the law by keeping their checks. Also slanders employee names.

I have had my cell number for around 20 years.they told me that I would need to get new number to get there services. So they lost my bussness

Told them we wanted both phones unlimited and they told us thats what we were told we were paying for, but our accounts said that we paid for the 2gb plan.
