I didn’t get a reply on FB Messenger, but staff was very apologetic upon my arrival. They didn’t have the gun I was looking for but tried to direct me to someone that would. Unfortunately, no one had it in town, but fortunately that made up my mind to get the gun I wanted for years - instead of settling. They were pretty knowledgeable from my short time there and very helpful. Selection was above average; especially from the size of the building. Will definitely check it out again.

Unfortunately I’ve forgotten the name of the person that helped me (big guy, bald head like mine) but he knew a TON about AR builds and sold me literally everything I needed to complete my first build. Tons of inventory - including ammo, very knowledgeable, actually care about their customers. I’ll be back.

Great group of guys with an array of knowledge about guns, rifles, scopes, and ammo. The store had a great selection of guns and ammo and will make sure that a new buyer will walk out of their store with a box of ammo with their new purchase. Prices are about average but this is great for a small mom and pop shop.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. All staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Unlike Rays in Dallas, the people here actually cared about having me in the store. They were very informative and took the time to answer my questions. I bought a Savage 308 Bolt Action rifle for my son at a fair price similar to most online prices.

Nice inventory surprisingly, took my father there to attempt to buy his 1st gun. Staff are nice. I do wish maybe they could have explained the paper work to him a bit better as we ran across a problem (possibly my fault, I didnt even think the fact he moved would make a difference) regardless still a great place not a bad 1st impression trying to find a nice shop local for him. Good selection of pistols as well.

Not only do they have a really good inventory (pretty rare right about now) and reasonable prices (even more rare!), They also have a friendly staff.Interestingly, the staff and customers dont carry on like all other shooters are inferior unless they are carrying pocket cannons - this is where real people can comfortably so for firearms and amunition.They certainly have their ARs, but they also have everyday personal protection and hunting options as well.

I used DFW’s Amazon store and the item I ordered hadn’t shipped a day before the delivery date offered. I called DFW and they said that Amazon stocks and ships that item. Called Amazon and said “Oh sorry we’re out of stock”. No email notification from Amazon until I called. I called DFW to see if they had one in the actual store and yep they did. I talked to the online store representative at DFW and they said that they would ship it from the store. Ordered from Amazon 4/30, scheduled delivery 5/13, called Amazon on 5/12 back ordered till 5/27, expected delivery 6/5. Called DFW on 5/12, item scheduled for delivery 5/15 (we’re doing better). No better than that! Received 5/13 as advertised and described. For those of you who had a bad experience the first time give them a second chance. My experience started out great with the purchase but Amazon f’d that up but DFW came through. For that DFW gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazon gets 0.

Friendly and quick service getting weapons and accessories. Additionally, they have another store in Grapevine which offers classes/training like LTC and have a huge indoor range. Highly recommend you go to either place if you enjoy weapons and such.

I wouldve given 5 stars! Most employees in there were good on customer service except the old grouch i asked about some ammo and he acted like i was bothering him or he was mad, just his body language and attitude. I just know next time i wont even ask for help from him. Other employees were great or so it seemed. Ill be going back for my next purchase. Store is pretty cool.

This is my go to local gun shop. I have made a few purchases here and the staff is usually very good. The reason i did not give them 5 stars is because one day i went in there and one of the guys must have been having a bad day because this particular person had no interest in helping me try to find what i was looking for. I prefer local shops over big box stores and their prices are always better than Cabelas and the like. I am waiting for the next sale so i can pick out a couple of new items.

10 months ago you could go online, look up the gun you were interested in, check price & availability. I went to their web site 3month ago, no pictures, no prices, just pushing an indoor shooting club, very disappointed. I even called them about this and got a rude female that didnt have time to answer my questions. Update, got a call from Jared, he explained that they were moving & opening an new facility which has an indoor shooting range. Their web page was under construction & things has been hectic since this expansion project got underway. I will be going back to Bedford to purchase more firearms when everything is fully operational. Thank You for calling me & explaining your situation.

Won a bid for $1500 pistol on Sunday, paid in full Tuesday morning over the phone, and told I would be given tracking # as soon as it shipped. Called Wednesday afternoon and got the honestly, it hasnt shipped yet, and sales rep left early today, speech. First thing today, I was told, it would be shipped. Still nothing. I hope youre all enjoying my paid for pistol before it ships, because this better not be a scam! You can bet youll be hearing from me in the morning. Very unsatisfactory so far. Making me think it really was too good to be true now.

Visited this place while in town, and they have a large selection of almost everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful, as I was buying some parts for my fathers first AR build. They do have gunsmithing service available, and their prices are pretty good compared to the shops in my state.

Really great place to pick yourself a gun. I got a nice 9 mm. They have a good selection from something a bit more simple to really nice beautiful guns. I brought my buddy who collects guns here, and he was very pleased. Nice owners too.

DFW Shooting sports is awesome!!! I had never even heard of the place and stopped by on fluke. I spoke to Megan. She is awesome. Her product knowledge and general happy go lucky attitude is exactly what you are looking for when considering buying a new firearm. I bought my M&P Shield 9mm. I immediately upgraded the Sights, Trigger assembly, and bought some talon grips. The talon grips did not fit properly. Robert the gunsmith called me a let me know. Next thing I know I am having the stippling done and my god I love my gun. It is a freaking hit and shoots night and day different from stock. The stippling is incredible!! Robert impressed me with his pricing and can do attitude. He also text me back late into the night. The customer service is first class. I am now a loyal DFW customer for life!!! Thanks Megan, Robert, and staff for the flawless experience!!!!!! Ended up going back 2 days later and buying a Springfield 10mm 5 TRP. Nicest gun I have ever owned. I just couldnt believe, when I first walked into the store just how much DFW Shooting Sports had in terms of rifles, pistols, etc. I knew that at minimal, I was going to find a gun that suited my needs. However, I definitely appreciated and didnt expect the amazing customer service I had. Good guys here! Ive been dealing with them for about 15 years. When A.B.s son took over, (Jarrod) the shop got a major overhaul and its a super nice, well quipped facility now. I deal with all of them but Charlie is my favorite. Hes ex-military and passionate about his job. He is diligent in making sure you are well taken care of.

Their prices and inventory rival the big box stores but their service is second to none. I like the fact they are a local, family owned business and really seem to pride themselves on customer service. This is by far the most well stocked tactical arms dealer I have seen in Texas. They have a good Gun Smith and if you have a bear of a project, they have a master Gun Smith that has worked on one of my guns, and did an exceptional job. Prices are average to the market as well. Nice to get to see and hold what you want before buying it.

Extremely easy to do business with via their website (kinda liked their old/personal site better than the generic one everyone else has). Follow up for my web order was quick and friendly. In fact, most everyone was friendly except for one employee that did my background; he made it seem like I was wasting his time with my cheap order. Anyway, Id still give the place 4.5 stars and visit them again for their great used selection - it seems obvious that they dont buy good quality.

Justin Hoover - I went to get some upgrades to my glock installed. The Gunsmith installed them in about 10 minutes. I asked how much do I owe ya? He said, Nothing! Merry Christmas! I then decided to go ahead and purchase some night sights. He installed them as well and only charged $10. Fantastic job, great service. Tons of guns and accessories. I will be going back and highly recommend this gun shop and gunsmith!

Walked in and no one greeted us. They were all huddled by the computer and helping one person. Never acknowledged that we were in the store or anything. Most places will at least tell you to give them a minute and they will get to you. Nothing. Never going back there.

Also, their prices are actually comparable or lower to those you see in the big box stores which is uncommon with a local shop.

The store has a great selection of guns and accessories. They are a little heavy on AR’s but that’s not a bad thing. They have a big selection of handguns, anything you want. I came in looking for a certain rifle, they did not have it in stock but they gladly ordered for me. I ended up getting a used shotgun for a good price. I will shop here again without hesitation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, good to see that in gun shops.
