Super rude older man YELLED at me when I went inside at 5:45pm to print ONE paper (a beach pass). It took me all of 60 seconds to enter my code to print 1 paper. As soon as I walked in the door, grumpy man shouts at me WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES!. I only give them 2 stars because of the convenience of online printing. I have worked in customer service for many years and I have NEVER told a customer WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES. Maybe some people shouldnt work with the public.

Rodney got me in an out in under 5 minutes. I had forgotten tape so he helped tape up my package. I had misprinted my label, so he helped me reprint it. I was in a time crunch and appreciated how efficient he was at getting me everything I needed in such a short amount of time. His service is one of the reasons i will continue to go to this fedex.

I placed an order online for the first time for brochures... I spent over $80.00 when I went to pick up I did not like the quality they were cheap and flimsy ... I asked in they could be printed on heavier paper and Michelle told that was the way that I ordered it and there was nothing they could do. I would have to order and pay for an entire new order... overall very disappointed in the entire experience!

Not aware of policies and procedures, which led to me holding up the line. The woman who was working was training, not her fault, so she asked a supervisor who literally told her we dont deal with these often, so I refuse to memorize how to do them. She had no idea how to handle a COD. Nice way to do business, I wont be holding any further packages at this location.

Recently had a rush order on a large banner that Rodney and the team turned around in less than 24 hours. When we found that we had made a typing error, we panicked and contacted FedEx for a solution. They printed the new banner in 3 hours! Amazing service and very friendly staff.

Good customer service, or bad customer service, depends on who you get. 4 of these employees (younger) are AWESOME. They are 100% helpful, know my name (even grab my packages for me when they see my car pull up!). The other few are awful. I know theyre just following protocol, but Ive seen them turn away people for package pickup that other employees knew by heart if they didnt have the tracking number, even if their name was on the box. Bad attitudes, bad customer service, never willing to smile or even go that extra mile.It really depends on who you get. Its weird the younger generation is the most helpful and best attitude... Tom, Tim and the 2 young ladies names that I can never remember are awesome!

Beware of this place.This is the worst FED EX office I have ever been too. Very rude and require way to much information, just to pick up a package. Your suppose to show an ID and get your package and this place ask for tracking numbers, business cards and such. They have denied me picking up packages for days.Im sorry stay far away from this place. Dont have anything shipped here ever as they will refuse the package. Your medicines will not arrive.

The staff at FedEx Kinkos is typically overworked and trying very hard to service all customer needs.I use their large format printing service frequently and they have been exceptionally helpful to me on tight deadlines (typically when files go corrupt).I would like to note that most of the customers in the store are horrible to the staff. They are exhibiting behavior which would not be tolerable in any professional workplace.

Brand new location! Brand new building! Brand new plaza! Tons of small business services including shipping, packaging, and printing options! Lots of photofinishing products as well! Cloud storage with access available at home and in store, so no need for any hardware, just upload to cloud and go!

This place is ridiculous! I swear they NEVER EVER HAVE MORE THEN ONE PERSON WORKIN. And when there is 2 people working they will be a line out the door and the other employee. Will anwser the phone and help the person on the phone and take her time with them and completely forget out the 15 people in the store. Mind u this just happen to me right now and has happen to me numerous times and the supervisor or whatever u wAnt to call her us completely rude and thinks she knows everything about EVERYTHING and when u gotta ask her something about her store she dont know lol. Its a damn joke in this store. I been going here for yrs and I thought that now that they moved it would be better service in actually I think it might be damn well worst! The only reason I have been coming here for years is simply online because I cant find another one near me. Or I would have stoped years Ago . I wouldve given then zero stars but google wont let me. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If u have a choice dont go here! Go to the post office or ups just not here! Horrible!

Seriously understaffed. Order was seriously messed up. I did my print order online. Got there, and waited 20 minutes with two people in front of me. Order showed up in their online preview as the filled in pdfs I submitted. Order received was 60 pages of blank forms. They did apologize and fix the order.

I couldnt even rate this store even with a star, thats how poor the service I received from the store mgr, Tim. I received a shipment from Hayneedle via fedx. I called hayneedle the there was a problem with the product, they issued a returned label for again via fedx. I brought this to the Bedford NH fedx on Colby Dr, Bedford, NH, were I carried it to the counter and placed on top of the counter when Tim, the store mgr told me that it had a hole in the side of the box which I told him that it was done by fedx and one of the reasons its being returned to the shipper. Tim went on and told me he couldnt take it in the condition and told him that was how I received it. Tim went on to say then I should take to the fedx building at the airport. I asked him your not going to accept here? Tim told me that he has the right to refuse a carton in that condition and again I told him thats how fedx gave it to. He (Tim) went on to say: THATS WHY CARTONS ARE USED TO BE DAMAGED, WOW. AFTER A FEW MORE WORDS, TIM FINALLY TAPED THE DAMAGED PORTION OF THE CARTON. WHILE IF I KNEW THAT ALL IT NEED WAS SOME TAPE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO WALMART AND PURCHASE A ROLL OF TAPE AND REPAIRED IT. WHY COULDNT HE JUST SAY, ILL PLACE SOME TAPE OVER THE HOLE AND SEND IT ON ITS WAY, FOR A MGR, NO COMMON SENSE.

While there were three employees in the store only one was assisting customers the other two were just sitting there doing nothing, the one that was working was assisting a customer ship a letter to India so that took a while to get done while myself and the others waited and the other two continued doing NOTHING.
