Wow, where do I begin? I had already gone a month without a car, no money to put towards one and with credit issues. I knew I was grabbing at straws but I decided to take a chance so I reached out to Auto World Mitsubishi online. Salesman, Pedro Rodriguez, responded, sent me a link to view cars and started the pre-approval process. My first surprise was being told that I actually QUALIFIED for a car (did I say my credit is REALLY bad?!), and that an Uber would even pick me up from my home since I didnt have a way to the dealership. Mind you, I live over 20 miles from the dealership. Because Pedro had been in communication with me since the day before I felt I could trust him so I took the chance. The environment was professional (pet peeve with me!) process went smoothly, Pedro was patient with my indecision and very thorough. I thought Id found the right car but unfortunately after 2 days I decided to return it as there were some safety issues. I contacted the dealership again and Pedro and Mike the Finance Manager (I believe thats his title) really took great care of me!!!!!! I returned at almost an hour before the dealership was due to close yet these guys made me feel like it was the top of the day!! I didnt feel rushed or pressured. As a result of my troubles I was offered and accepted a BRAND NEW 2021 VEHICLE which had a total of 20 miles, with no previous owner - AND my payments are now $47 LESS per month than they would have been had I kept the first car! I was shocked beyond belief and am super delighted with the service I received. The guys were professional, accommodating, fun and didnt seem bothered by my asking a million questions. I believe should have received my free oil change and computer system check. It was my service with a vehicle that I purchased from the same location. I had not reached 3000 miles until August. I tried to book an appointment online with no success. I tried to call to make an appointment many times I got no answer. Finally, reach someone days later and was told that they booked out for several weeks. She told me that I would have scheduled another appointment during the week to get my delivery detail completed.. I had to take two and a half hours off work toShe finally squeezed me in on Friday, the 27th. Once I arrived I showed my coupon and it was expired and they couldnt honor it. I also told that past Saturday that may be turned completely green for about 5 minutes. She could not check because was too long ago.

Found a car on auto trader that was at this location. We call to see if the car is available and they say it is so we drive 45 minutes to come see it. They say there is an issue with that car and they had to bring it to the dealership to fix the issue, and that it would be there for us the next day. The next day they say the sold the car to someone else already, so we called from another phone where they didn’t have the number and they said they needed to fix a problem but it wasn’t sold next. Fake people that are there to play you for your money. Do not go to this dealership the other bad reviews are similar to my experience

Never I repeat never purchase a vehicle from here. We have had ours for two years and have replaced the transmission minor items like brakes rotors tires and a starter. Found out last week the frame is completely cracked and now today the Engine has blown. We are stuck now 3 more years with an auto loan. It’s unbelievable they get away with this.

Took my 2018 Outlander in for an oil change. The tech spilled oil all over the motor. He must have removed the engine cover to clean the mess and lost one of the bolts. They would not replace the missing bolt. Now my car smells horrendously every time I turn it on. UPDATE: management is correcting all my issues. Very quick response. Thank you.

Most places I looked at or talked to employees at never even offered me the option of e-mailing my paycheck stubs or a picture of my drivers license to them through my e-mail like you guys did. Also doing this helped with my appointment and getting me a vehicle because when I came in I was already approved for a vehicle. The staff was friendly I felt no pressure and they did an amazing job with finding me car insurance as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

July 20 Luke gives vague response we may get it in today. When I asked to be transferred for help on escalation- I’m sent to several full voicemails. Also a period from 938am/10am-July 20 No answer from sales department or service.(Entire office has work cell phones with landlines…Contacted Tom how return product since I can’t get simple help,guidance, service call backs for simple questions. Tom-Qoute call bank take a repo…08/03/21Owner did not introduce himself. (Qoute- you signed wave warranty…3 workers and service supervisor Luke denied warranty availability. Gave me loaner car no updates on my vehicle.. No plastic mats from Honda for diagnostic service validity or write of issue.. Salesmen wrote a number for a mechanic no card or tow to his business. Informed I’m responsible for tow and expenses, after confirming on recorded line they will take car of service…15yrs + business with this rating cause for concern.

Dont buy anything from this crooked dealership! They wont even return any calls to resolve our problems. took vehicle back to be repaired and they did absolutely nothing, the engine light still coming on and they wouldnt even give us a repair report of what they supposedly done. Sounds very fishy to me. Only reason for the 1 star is because you cant post without one
