Make sure it feels good and is exactly what you want. If you don’t you will lose your money and have a bed you can’t sleep in. Needless to say I’m still in need of a bed 750 dollars later. FYI, you can lay on a bed for hours in store but your not going to really know how it feels until you sleep in it. So you may want to go with someone that has a sleep trial. Which I should have done in the first place. I definitely learned a valuable lesson.

My sister is so happy with the mattress she got at Mattress Showcase. Shes sleeping really well on it and she says it very comfortable. The customer service was excellent and we couldnt find a better price. Thank you to Alex and the team, we are very pleased!

I came into Mattress showcase on Saturday before 6 the website said they closed at 7. However Joyce welcomed me in and ask how she could help me. She took her time and didnt rush me even thought they should have been closed. I picked out the mattress set I wanted and she picked out a set for my daughter. We did the paperwork and delivery was set for Wednesday. I came back in on Tuesday to pay for my delivery and for my daughter to check out the set Joyce chose. She loved it we made our payment and Scott said they would call tomorrow between 9:30- I think 11:30 he called later that night and said we would be the first delivery of the day and we were. Everything was great. Great service!

The dear man there is VERY NICE. I and my hubby bought a queen matress a little over $1000. I just wish he had asked us key questions about delivery because they could NOT get it up our stairs . they had to come back and br I was flying out for a wedding. So I didnt get to be a part of the resolve. My husband wasnt happy about THAT. Our staircase up to bedrooms had a curve . the delivery guys couldnt get around. #oldhouses

RE: Elyria Location-Minimal selection. Better make sure the mattress is exactly what you want before you leave the store or you WILL be out every cent you paid. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS! EVEN IF ITS THE SAME DAY & THE MATTRESS IS STILL ENCLOSED IN ORIGINAL PLASTIC! Very poor customer service.

I just purchased my 4th mattress from Mattress Showcase. I have a bad back so Im really particular with my mattress purchases. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase. My last mattress is my best purchase. I bought a Therapedic super pillow top with gel. I love this mattress. They have always gave me great deals. I would really recommend the Bedford location they will give you a great deal.

I am very unsatisfied with this store. I went in the store on 02/24 to browse for a mattress. I wasnt for certain if I was getting a good deal or not, so I wanted to shop around. I was told by Mike that if I put the mattress in layaway with money down, that I could cancel and get a full refund if I changed my mind. I would like to cancel but now I am being told by the manager Alex that this isnt impossible.I was mislead to get my money......
