Do not order from Ferrell. Been a customer for years. Convenience. Time and time again they are late. Paid $900 for fill up and now I’m am out. Past my promised date, still waiting for gas with temperatures around 0 at night. I’m sure they will try to charge $45 for a pressure test as well. This time the excuse is snow. No snow the past times they have made me wait. Horrible customer service. There is one star because I couldn’t post without.

Paid for gas on 2-2-21 was told 5 to 8 days for delivery. Called the evening of the 10th was told you are on the schedule for 11th(Thursday). Still no delivery so I call again Friday and get call back saying it will be Monday. I will most likely be out before then and I wouldnt bet on them getting here then. Worst customer service Ive ever had, pay up front and dont deliver. Its not like you can get a delivery elsewhere now Ive tried.

Worst service possible. Been with them a year and a half now. This order I paid near$700 up front, two weeks later still no delivery. Every day I call. Every day they say it will be delivered today. No gas. Liars.
