AMAZING!!! My husband made hos appointment, was in and out very quickly. They told him the tests they were preforming and was so nice all the way through the process. Explained the procedures to follow and said if we get home and have a question, please call. Efficient! Excellent customer service skills with seniors!!! Thank your staff!!!

Just received my hearing aids from advanced audiology and they are awesome.The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl who does the hearing aids explained everything to me before i left the office.Very pleasant experience.

Ive seen Kelly maybe 10 min in 3 visits for new hearing aids. Laura taking care of me well.

I would like to thank the ladies at Advanced Audiology for the service they give and that they care about you. Have put off getting hearing aids for way to long, am so pleased with the hearing aids that I have, wish I had done this sooner. Can hear the birds and other things that I have not heard for a long time. If I could give this place a negative I would. this terrible place deserves no stars at all. my son is getting tested for autism and the first step for that is having his hearing checked. He went in and he is a huge explorer and likes to touch and get into things (what 2 year old doesnt). so during his check he wasnt setting still once again what 2 year old will set still while having something placed in their ears! the lady giving the test grabs my little boys arm and by grab I mean squeezed my little 2 year olds arm pulls and holds it down, by this point I was outraged and very upset because this lady was not professional at all and by the look of it should not even be around kids! I then spoke up and said do not be so rough with him! she smarted off well he wont set still.. i picked up my little boy and said we are done here and we left. we will never go back and I will never never recommend anyone to go to this horrible place!

Love this place they have me till I can hear again and girls are really good about adjusting hearing aids when you need them

I have had my kids there multiple times! All of the staff there are SO incredible! i would highly recommend this group to anyone!!!

I had some testing done here a couple of years ago at the request of my ENT. They had me come back twice. My doctor was not please with the results and sent me to another audiologist who had the capability of a different type of testing. That test showed I did indeed need hearing aids in both ears. Then, as my lawyer was preparing for my disability case 2 years later, he read me Advance Audiologys notes which said I was untruthful with my responses during the testing. Seriously? Why would a person lie about being unable to hear certain sounds. My disability case has to do with my arthritis not my ears. These people have in-antiquate equipment and horrible people skills and after making me repeat my testing they blamed bad results on the patient. Poor business practices if you ask me!
